ABC News’ Teddy Davis Reports: Even though Bill Richardson will be on the Korean peninsula when MoveOn’s "virtual town hall meeting" takes place Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm ET, MoveOn members will still hear from New Mexico’s Democratic governor.

Richardson taped his MoveOn presentation prior to leaving for North Korea, Richardson spokesman Pahl Shipley tells ABC News.

While his Democratic presidential hopefuls are stateside Tuesday, Richardson holds a 9:30 pm ET meeting with soldiers stationed in the Joint Security Area of the Korean Demilitarized Zone.

Other Democratic presidential hopefuls participating in Tuesday’s MoveOn forum will be Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., former Sen. John Edwards, D-N.C., Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, and Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del.

Candidates were invited if at least 10 percent of surveyed MoveOn members said they would like to hear what he or she has to say. MoveOn members were allowed to vote for more than one candidate.
