Bloomberg Brings Back Personal Website, ’08 Speculation Continues
ABC News’ Tahman Bradley Reports: In what will likely be seen as continued flirtation with a potential independent run for the White House, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced that he has re-launched his personal website www.mikebloomberg.com.
"This new website is the single place where people can go to find out what I’ve done not only in government, but in business and philanthropy as well," Bloomberg said in a statement.
A billionaire, Bloomberg is personally paying for all costs associated with the website, his office said.
There is speculation that the mayor would fund a presidential campaign by using his personal wealth. He spent over $73 million in his 2001 campaign for mayor and another $85 million on his 2005 reelection.
Bloomberg ran as a Republican in both races.

Why can’t we get a discussion/interview with an independent candidate like Jon Greenspon from California? I would like to see his views compared to those of Hillary, Fred and the other “main stream” comedians running for President.
The constant practice of the mainstream media like NBC, CBS, Fox, etc. to only go after the big name candidates is not exactly fair to the nearly 48% of us that would like a truly fair election process.
