God No Likes?
It’s gorgeous this morning in Manchester, NH, near the site of the third GOP presidential debate. But last night an intense electrical storm threatened to take out the whole satellite feed.
It allowed for a moment when it seemed that God herself disapproved of an answer given by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Read more HERE.
Did you watch? What did you think?

CPAC: Romney Struggles to Convince Voters
Obama Backs Off Birth Control Battle?
I didn’t get the opportunity to watch the debate, but, based on your concise report of the event, it seems that these ten candidates were providing answers more like the Keystone Kops would provide, all in their desperate attempts to distance themselves from the extremely toxic current president and to attempt to portray themselves as independent thinkers. Unfortunately, they appear as dependent on failed policies and stagnant thinking as Ann Coulter is on her peroxide.

ha ha, trust me, if g-d were a “she”, she’d exact revenge on one of the other guys, not Rudy

Well CNN did a better job then msnbc, but still the questions were weak and seemed more for propagandar for the left to use.
I think Romney answered enough questions about his religion, I think Rudy answered enough questions about abortion.
They all answer very well and Presidential, each one would be 200% better then any of the candidates on the socialist side.
Republicans are made up of different ideas, unlike the Dem’s who all say the same raise taxes, more government, socialized medicine, raise taxes, government can do a better job (Sounds like Marxism to me)the only difference between them is who spends the most on haircuts.

Spock, we’ve repeatedly denied the rumors that you’re the love child of Michelle Malkin and Rich Lowry, despite sounding like the worst of both. Maybe you should try to deal in the world of ideas and stop the idiotic name-calling and conspiracy theories.

bones (well spock and bones always disagreed) anyhow what conspiracy theory?
What does the Republican religions have to do with being President? How come no Lib is asked about their religion especially Obama, because implications are is that he is Muslim?
So what ideas do you have as a lib?

spock – anyone who’s following the race knows that Obama is definitely not a Muslim…
and more importantly, what does ANYBODY’S religion have to do with their fitness to be President…I only care about a candidate’s religion when their proposals are a (not-so) thinly veiled attempt to cram their beliefs down my throat

Bones, you wrote: “Maybe you (Spock) should try to deal in the world of ideas and stop the idiotic name-calling and conspiracy theories.” All I saw from Spock that might be construed as name calling and conspiracy theories was: “…the Dem’s who all say the same raise taxes, more government, socialized medicine, raise taxes, government can do a better job (Sounds like Marxism to me).”
If you recall, it was Hillary Clinton who stated the following on May 30th:
(1) ” (It’s) Time to reject the idea of an on-your-own society and replace it with shared responsibility for shared prosperity. I prefer a ‘we’re all in it together’ society. I believe our government can once again work for all Americans. It can promote the great American tradition of opportunity for all and special privileges for none.”
(2) “There is no greater force for economic growth than free markets. But markets work best with rules that promote our values, protect our workers and give all people a chance to succeed. Fairness doesn’t just happen. It requires the right government policies.”
Hillary Clinton made the “on-your-on society” comment referring to what the Bush administration has touted as an ownership society. Apparently she now has a problem with ownership. She DOES want to drastically raise taxes on the wealthy and redistribute that wealth to the poor and middle class. She SAYS “special privileges for none,” but in actuality, she would take away privileges from the wealthy and GIVE special privileges to the poor and middle class. She praises the free market, yet she wants the government to set limits on the market with policies that promote HER values. And she IS in favor of big government and universal, socialized health care.
If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and smells like a duck, it’s not really “name calling” when you call it a “duck.” What Hillary Clinton is promoting certainly sounds a awful lot like ideas from the old “sickle and hammer” playbook. And since none of her Democratic rivals have publically disagreed with any of her statements, they must be in agreement.
So it would appear to me that Spock’s comments are right on the money!

spock – maybe the GOP is always asked about religion because they are the ones who have been masqerading as God’s party
