Tancredo Declares War on Republicans Who Support ‘Amnesty’
ABC News’ Z. Byron Wolf Reports: Anti-amnesty crusader, Congressman, and Republican Presidential Candidate Tom Tancredo of Colorado is going to take his anti-amnesty approach to a new level at a press conference tomorrow — one he assuredly hopes will give him a much-needed hop into tomorrow night’s Republican debate in New Hampshire.
As the Senate seems prepared this week to pass bipartisan, comprehensive immigration reform that Tancredo thinks gives amnesty to illegal workers, he is going to declare war on many members of his own party. Tancredo is going to call for the ouster of Republicans who support the compromise bill. That doesn’t just break Ronald Reagan’s golden rule to not speak ill of another Republican, it pits him squarely against all Republican senators who support the bill.
Tancredo, whose PAC is called Team America, will launch what he envisions as a grassroots "Save America Campaign" effort against Republicans who support the bill.

Good position. What if we let those illegal immigrants who have jobs stay here for up to two years, as long as they register, (maybe we could use New Haven`s ID system) continue working, pay their own medical costs, a substantial fine and back taxes. If they become unemployed or break any laws they would be subject to immediate deportation. Those who do not register would of course be subject to immediate deportation upon apprehension. This could be a transition to a future well thought out guest worker program to be considered after our borders are made secure.
Let`s keep in mind that in addition to the other costs to our system, every dollar of suppressed wages they are responsible for costs an American worker $2,040 anually, a cost that goes back to 1986, the date of the last amnesty. Regardless of what the supporters of the Amnesty bill say, in my view, the jobs held by the illegals are jobs stolen from American workers.
