Unauthorized ‘Hillaryis44′ Website Hits Obama

ABC News’ Jake Tapper Reports: A mysterious website has emerged disseminating pro-Clinton and anti-anyone-who-isn’t-Hillary propaganda.

"We are not affiliated with the Hillary For President Exploratory Committee, or any official Hillary Clinton organization in any way," says the pro-Clinton website "Hillaryis44.com," the creators of which are anonymous and elusive.

Conservative commentator Peggy Noonan says the website "reads like The Warrior’s Id … In tone the site is very Tokyo Rose. Encouraging readers to send in ‘confidential tips,’ its primary target and obvious obsession is Barack Obama."

Various passages say: "Senator Barack Obama (D-Rezko) is busy lately lying about President Bill Clinton" and "attacking entire communities."

Another passage reads: "We have written extensively on Obama, and his indicted slumlord friend Antoin ‘Tony’ Rezko. We have repeatedly warned David Axelrod, Michelle Obama and Barack Obama that this story is not going away."

According to the website, the Obama campaign is "still posing as innocents incapable of doing anything unsavory even as evidence mounts that unsavory is their favorite dish."

I am willing to lay down money that this site is connected to Hillary.
The clintons are still stuck in 92 and believe in the wonder of filthy politics.
Hopefully the people behind will be discovered and we will know.
I wonder if maybe Huffington Post could unmask them like they did with the 1984 ad.

We already knew the Clintons could practice dirty politics. This site only shows that they are very, very worried about rising Barack Obama very early in the race. A sure sign of panic no doubt.

Hilary learned a trick from the swift boat guys and Kerry. Remember, Karl Rove when McCain was running against Bush in South Carolina? He had callers pretend that were taking a poll.

Wow, some of you just hate Hillary so much that you don’t think she is capable of any good. I will give her the benefit of the doubt her unless proven otherwise. It’s very common for people not affiliated to a candidate to do things on the candidate’s behalf and this is what his happening here. Hillary and her campaign can’t control what people do just like most of you on here make comments against Hillary but in favor of Obama. You certainly don’t work for Obama but I am sure you support him…

There is no way that that website is connected to the Clinton campaign- HRC is the front runner-what would they have to gain? No matter what is said unfortunately the Hillary bashers love to take a whack at her- I defnitely encourage ABC or any other news group to investigate-Could be this was set up to make it look like Hillary is playing dirty so that Obama can attack back-he needs her to do something negative so he has an excuse to make comments like last week’s anti-Indian smear- Wouldn’t it be nice if we all tried to boost our choices on their own merits rather than by destroying the others-Afterall-we’re on the same team and all are intelligent, caring and patriotic Americans-

Jake, either track down the source or stop reporting it and encouraging all this innuendo.
There’s no shortage of political supporters who get so ‘ginned up’ for their preferred candidate that they can’t see straight, and try to tear down everyone else. That’s the ‘politics as usual’ we’d like to get rid of, but there’s always going to be some of that going on. I’d be very surprised if that site is connected with any official campaign, but if you have any actual news, we’d like to hear it.
In the meantime, nobody needs you and Peggy snickering about how easy it is to poke your readers with a stick and get them fighting like dogs.

Carville and Begala come to mind.

Note how ABC declines to do any investigative journalism into the site. It wouldn’t be very hard to find out who’s running it, but for some reason that information is not offered.

Yes, Carville and Begala and many more.Their operatives are all over the media showing up on TV as “comentators” while the astute observer knows they are Clinton propagandists. These kind of people and the democratic party establishment don’t want a different brand of democrat (like Obama) to succeed. These are the same people who were ridiculing Howard Dean joining Tucker Carlson even though Dean was their party’s front runner at the time.
(By the way Dean was right at the time and Hilary is moving to the same direction 4 years later methodically without admitting it was shrewed decision-She knew she will run 4 years later and did not want to be labeled “a weak female candidate” By then every body will forget).
The up side about the website is it says very little about Hillary and rather every other sentence or paragraph is an attack on Obama. It shows they are very worried and lack confidence. Hopefully positive message will triumph over trash for the sake of our nation.

Just so I know, is the website” Hillary is 44″ her a reference to her IQ or the number of times she has caught Billie playing??

Many of her alleged supporters and even Charles krauthammer at TIME repeat what is on this site. It also has mean things about John Kerry. Somebody needs to ask her about it. It looks like a Republican site. However, AFSME went negative in Iowa so maybe this is associated with her campaign. It would be nice to have some investigation about it now that things have heated up a bit.

Why say it’s unauthorized? Since it goes to such efforts to not reveal who’s behind it, I personally think it’s part of the Clintons’ dirty politics.

I simply do not understand why Sen. Clinton will not let the voters to see her white house records. This would let the voters see her vast experience in foreign policy and domestic issues. I do not personaly have anything against her, but I cannot vote for someone that will not be willing to share her resume on her past experience.
