A few more inconvenient truths for those of you who don’t know how to check the facts: Under President Bush, we’re continuing to add new jobs to the economy, and we continue to have lower unemployment than we ever had under Slick Willy. Also, even though it was conveniently swept under the rug, the economy was stagnant under Clinton until the Republicans won the House in 1994. Alan Greenspan slowed down the impending recession which started in 1999, and that was on Clinton’s watch, for those of you who can’t remember recent history. Bush inherited Clinton’s mess, including the weakened military and intelligence services, as well as the image generated by Billyboy’s weak/nonexistent responses to Mogadishu, the Khobar Towers bombing, the Kenya and Tanzania embassy bombings, the first WTC attack, and the USS Cole. He’s done a lot better job than Slick Willy ever thought of doing, no matter how hard most of the American media keeps inviting us to believe otherwise.

I was present for the 50th Commemoration of D-day in Normandy, France at Omaha Beach where thousands of American soldiers lost their lives during world war II. Hillary had absolutely no time to talk to soldiers. Many of my friends commented about this and thought that she was not the “First Lady” that they expected. She was not the person that they saw on television. She was too busy writing her memiors and seemed very arrogant. If you think that she would make a good president, you better think again. When I was young we never saw flags falling but lately the flags have been behaving oddly; scientists believe that this could be another crisis caused by global warming.
The battle against flag falling is the most important battle that man has ever enjoined and we must demand that our politicians heed our cries and “invest” trillions of our taxpayer dollars in Al Gore’s latest venture into re-defining how we fly flags.

Gee Barry, I couldn’t help but notice that the Fourth Amendment had that inconvenient word “unreasonable” word in it. Call me a right-wing nut job if you want to, but I’m pretty sure that a trail of evidence that connects a person with a terrorist organization makes search and seizure reasonable (unless, of course, there’s a Republican President). And yes, I’m part of the small government crowd, but I believe in government doing things it’s supposed to do Constitutionally, such as law enforcement, maintaining the military including intelligence, and infrastructure. Reasonable search and seizure is not in violation of the Fourth Amendment, so you lefties who want to derail the War on Terror so you can pin it on Bush and Cheney need to find another way to defeat your own country in time of war.

If the flags fall everyday between now and election day, maybe we can credit it to the ghosts of dead veterans trying to warn us. But look at all the day when the flags didn’t fall. Have the dead veterans just now realized she’s a candidate? Will they be aware of it tomorrow?

I have been reading this all day, and the intolerance of the left is dumbfounding. For seven years, Bush has been called Hitler, a dictator, a war criminal and worse. He has been called a liar, a crook, and unpatriotic. After years of this crap day in and day out, the left finally gets a taste. Sure Hillary did not knock down the flags. Frankly, we will never know why they fell, but I can understand the jokes, and appreciation of irony on this blog. For all you democrats, who protest, deal with it. A Disturbing Omen for Hillary Clinton

Strange things happen all the time, but the ones we remember are the ones that symbolize things we already suspect. For example, Hillary Clinton had a problem with falling flags at a Veteran’s Day weekend press conference. The obvious interpretation…

Clinton used Veterans Day to trot out a package of assistance programs for veterans, and to tout the endorsement she’s gotten from a committee of more than 1,200 veterans.
“She has been a terrific friend of the military,” said retired Maj. Gen. Paul Eaton. “She has been a terrific friend of veterans.”

“CLINTON USED VETERANDS DAY.” Used it? Really?

Clinton’s package would increase educational benefits, housing assistance and job training for veterans. While veterans currently get preferences for government jobs, Clinton said she would expand that to contractors who work for the government.
“If they are being paid with taxpayer dollars, they should also hire veterans,” said Clinton.

Of course, this reminds me of the ageless philosophical question:
If a flag falls in a Hillary Clinton press conference, and only CNN is there to hear it, does it make the news?

The flags did not come “crashing down”..
They fell over, and were set up right with the help of Hillary’s associates, and she remarked that the bases were not strong enough, and she left quietly.
The Hillary Haters cannot leave her alone. Everything she does is fodder for the liar mongers.

So much for the campaign icon… Instead of the Marines posting Old Glory on Iwo Jima, Hillary’s campaign will have the picture of Hillary standing helpless while Old Glory comes tumbling down. Hillary would not have had to worry about the flags if she had a color guard. We’ll chalk it up to inexperience.

A sign of things to come if she is elected?,..maybe!. But lets be careful if The Clinton War Machine gets wise to this, then you can expect this kind of thing being a planned dirty trick against their enemies. Lets see we have had Flies, Flags what next as an omen I wonder.

I’d rather see these flags fall publicly then the thousands of flags on hidden military coffins.
