I actually believe Rudy Giuliani is making the right move in picking his battles. That is as long as he stays in the race through Super Duper Tuesday (Feb. 5). EVEN IF HE LOSES Florida on Jan. 29. That’s because Connecticut (30 delegates), Delaware (18 delegates), New Jersey (52 delegates and New York (101 delegates) are all WINNER-TAKE-ALL primaries. Those states and Pennsylvania (74 delgates), which is more of a straw poll (not bound by vote) and Massachussets (43 delegates), which is a proportional primary, are primaries where Giuliani should do extremely well. If he can’t win in his home state and these neighboring and nearby states, then he doesn’t deserve the nomination.
