Bachelorette Party Was ‘Low-Key’ For Jenna Bush
ABC News’ Jennifer Duck and Ann Compton report: No wild times on the strip in Vegas for the First Daughter’s bachelorette party. Jenna Bush celebrated her final months as a single woman with a girls-only getaway at a private home in Boca Raton. "It was like a spa weekend. It was very low-key," a source tells PEOPLE magazine in this week’s issue available on stands Friday. Her fiancé Henry Hager partied in Miami for his bachelor party the following weekend, reportedly staying out until 1:30 am. "It was a total boy’s weekend," the source told PEOPLE. "There were about twenty guys, most of whom came down from D.C. and New York. They went fishing all day Saturday, but they didn’t catch anything!" Bush and Hager are getting married on May 10 in Crawford, Texas at the Bush family ranch. The wedding will consist of a private ceremony for 200 relatives and friends according to the magazine. ABC News reports both Bush and Hager will be in Charlottesville, Virginia for Hager’s graduation from business school following the wedding on Sunday, May 18 and then head off on their honeymoon. The couple is considering "spending four weeks in Europe, going from country to country" for their honeymoon says a PEOPLE source. Where will the couple house-hunt? Sources say they are looking in Baltimore.

Of course her bachlorette party would be low-key. She did all her partying during high school and college! Too bad we all can’t do 4 weeks in Europe. And guess who’s picking up the tab on their security detail? You guessed it….good ol Mr.& Mrs. John Q. Public.

As far as this Dem is concerned, Jenna is one of the few successes of the Bush Presidency. She’s really a lovely young woman; must take after Laura.

Okay, if we’re supposed to ignore the first kids, then why are we hearing tabloid updates on their whereabouts?
Congrats Jenna, now feel free to retreat back to private life.

It’s good to hear something different than Clinton and Obama. Good story where a young girl doesn’t go to jail or rehab.

A couple rich brats getting married, spending lots of money in Spa, in Europe vacation; while millions of poor Americans worring about where the next meal comes from, and how to pay the next bill… ALL because what her stupid Dad did to this country! SHAME ON YOU! BUSHES!

Xiaer, if the Bushes should be ashamed, what about the Kennedys? And what about John Edwards owning the largest house in America? And what about the Clintons? And Jimmy Carter? And what about all the other rich democrats in America? The Bushes are not rich because of his presidency. He actually took a pay cut. Congratulations to Jenna, like any other bride.

Did she invite any of the soldiers who were maimed in daddy’s bogus war? And what is w/ you freaks claiming this is a ‘good’ story. yikes are you really that desperate for something that doesn’t expose America for the idiot-fest that the Dems and Repubs have turned us into?

…How many engaged and newlywed Americans have died in Iraq? Once she and her sister so conveniently decided to go out on the campaign trail for their father’s re-election in the Mid-West, they also should have enlisted in the military to support his campaign in the Middle East!

Why aren’t the Bush twins in Iraq fighting their daddys war? To good to fight girls?

AJ, I agree. If Prince Harry can be in Afghanistan right now, why can’t the Bush girls. You can bet that we would be out of there soon if the politicians kids were represented like the common citizens. Obama 2008!

I was able to meet Jenna last summer at a mutual friends wedding. She is a very loving sweet girl who deservs the best as any other person does.
It is intresting to me that there are people complaining about what her Father has done but remember… our parents don’t control us after a certin age and we do not coltrol them either.
Grow up people and let her have her beautful day that everyone wants in there life. She has nothing to do with decisions made by another person any more than you can!!

See what happens to a famous person when they try to do something in secret, there cover is blown by the nosey media, I am talking about Prince Harry, who had to hustled back to England because the extremists were going to target them. That is partly the reason you dont see the bush twins in Iraq and second of all, the last time I checked we had an all volunteer armed forces and no draft.

She seems like a wonderful human being – which clearly says she was raised well.
The Bush Presidency may be not the greatest but he seems to be a normal, nice man in his personal life.
Remember folks: in public life we make choices we may or may not want to wake.
In public life we are not responsible for every wrong happening in society.
In public life we are not always ourselves.
