Obama Camp Infiltrates Clinton Call
ABC News’ Teddy Davis and Talal Al-Khatib Report: In one of the most bizarre moments of the 2008 campaign, Obama campaign lawyer Bob Bauer called into a Tuesday night Clinton campaign conference call with reporters. The four and a half minute exchange led to a series of antagonistic questions painting the former first lady’s charges of caucus vote tampering as baseless.
"I’d be interested to know," said Bauer, "how is this any different from the series of complaints that you’ve registered against every caucus that you lose?"
Listen to the exchange between Bauer and Clinton campaign communications director Howard Wolfson here.
The purpose of the Clinton campaign conference call was to accuse Obama’s Texas backers of improperly padding the Illinois Democrat’s caucus vote total. The improper padding was allegedly done earlier in the day on Tuesday by getting primary voters who support Obama to fill out sign-in sheets all day long rather than waiting until the primary polls close and the caucus process formally gets underway. Part of the challenge of the Lone Star State’s hybrid primary-caucus system is getting one’s backers to vote once in the primary (either in person or through early voting) and once in the caucus.
Allegations of sign-in sheets being filled out before the primary polls close is a serious allegation because the sign-in sheets are the equivalent of caucus votes. The Texas Democratic Party rules only require someone to sign their name and state their presidential preference; caucus participants are not required to attend the entire caucus meeting.
While the Clinton campaign has aggressively raised questions about a Texas caucus process whose result is expected to favor Obama, the Obama campaign has also expressed their concerns to the Texas Democratic Party that Clinton’s supporters were not abiding by party rules.
The Texas Democratic Party responded by issuing a memo setting forth party rules and urging both sides to stick to them.
While the Clinton campaign has sought to portray the memo’s reference to impropriety on the part of "a given campaign" as having been issued with the purpose of rebuking Obama, Texas Democratic Party spokesman Hector Nieto told ABC News that such an assertion is not true.
The Texas Democratic Party is making a concerted effort not to take sides. Nieto says concerns have been expressed by both the Clinton and Obama campaigns while adding that the Texas Democratic Party does not have any proof to substantiate any of the charges.
While the Texas Democratic Party has a formal process for challenging caucus sign-in sheets, it doesn’t come until when the state Democratic Party holds its convention in June, according to Nieto. "This memo was just sent out to make certain that both campaigns are aware of what the procedures are," said Nieto. "We expect both campaigns to abide by these rules."
As soon as the operator opened up Bauer’s line on a conference call, which was intended for reporters, the Obama lawyer began painting Clinton as a repeat caucus loser whose strategy is always to question the integrity of the caucus vote.
Wolfson responded to Bauer’s infiltration of the Clinton call by encouraging him to see to it that allegations of caucus vote tampering be addressed in an expeditious way.
Wolfson concluded his exchange with Bauer in stride, saying, "We look forward to asking our own questions in subsequent phone calls of yours."
After Bauer got off the line following a few minutes of scathing rhetoric, a reporter asked Wolfson to identify the Obama lawyer who had called in. Wolfson spelled Bauer’s name and accused him of having engaged in a "vigorous defense of the indefensible."
After the episode had concluded, the Clinton camp reacted to Bauer’s highly unorthodox move by portraying the Obama campaign as increasingly unstable.
"They are unhinged," Clinton spokesman Phil Singer told ABC News. "Seriously."

Bauer is way over the top with this kind of behavior. I would hope that his man would both denounce and reject that type of hostile, disruptive, and spying activity on the part of the Obama campaign. Shame, shame, shame.

Talk about dirty tactics on the part of a campaign! Shame on you Obama’s lawyer! This ploy was obviously designed to get press coverage.

That was uncalled for, but this article is neither clear nor complete. What was Wolfson complaining about (besides everything)? And why didn’t the press ask him ‘hey, Wolfie, you had over a year to learn about and plan for caucus states–what gives?’

From what I saw, there are polling places that are violating the party rules. Both candidates should be interested in this being resolved. Where is Obama’s so-called integrity?

I keep stating to those entranced by OBAMA that there is more dirt to come…and although OBAMA has presented himself as the true candidate of “change” his true politico-self will eventually come out. The above is just and example of the depths he and his campaign staff will go to win this election. I am certain there is more going on….
Don’t be fooled by the flashy speeches and rhetoric…It’s still more of the same right down to the core!
Posted by: Marty | March 4, 2008, 9:39 pm 9:39 pm
Hey, if something needs to get resolved, it probably will be. But the whiny conference call was open to reporters and so what if someone from the Obama campaign called their bluff!! It’s about time. Maybe saved the press from a second conference call!!!

CLintons painted Obama – ‘not black enough’, ‘cryptic muslim – Hussain’ with robo-call, even recently painted Obama darker than he appears. These are indegenious tectic, seeing Clintons doing all their tectic on Obama is just sickening!

Hillary said that she offers a life-long experiences and Obama offers only one speech in 2002. Now Hillary supporters – can you really back up your candidate’s claim? It looks scary to me to send someone like that to White House. Will she solve problems or create more problems?
When Bill Clinton won Texas twice they had no problem with the process there. Now the process is to blame because Hillary might lose there? How so?
I don’t drink Latte, I don’t drive Prius, but I support Obama. Anyone smart enough to run the White House, would not have done name calling of Obama supporters as stupid dreamers while clearly she needs support from those she put down to send her to White House.

If a conservative wins an election/caucus/primary/etc. in a narrow victory, there always seems to be cries of “Fraud!” or “Disenfranchised!”. How come this is simply played as a family feud? There are two closets crammed full of skeletons here, folks, and the door is creaking open. But don’t be shocked when ABC and big media say, “Nope. No skeletons here.”

Their antics leads one to conclude that the Dems could not run the USA any better than the campaigns. This could NOT happen to a finer party than the Democrats.
Keep on fighting, suing, slinging charges of voting irregularities, dirty campaigning tricks amongst yourselves.
Meanwhile, the GOP began its Presidential Campaign tonight.

In Iowa the I asked for and received the list of people attending my caucus. There were definately 2 Obama supporters that were at the wrong location and knew they shouldn’t be there. They were counted. There were also several questionable people that registered to vote. We talked about it but found the 2 would face charges however Obama would not loose any delegates. The 2 Obama supporters were young and had been following instructions by the Obama camp BUT they did know they were not suppose to be there. We decided it would be better to fight this out at the county convention. This sort of thing happened accross the state. I did not support either Obama or Clinton at the caucus but I do find it curious that Obama seems to do very well in caucus states with the exception of Nevada where they caucus was monitored carefully.

this is what happens when all we have are senators running for office. Governors have to lead, have to work with both parties and many constituents. Senators stay in power by working the system, infighting, getting on the right committees by selling out or compromising their ethics. This cat fight was destined to happen with these two. It’s going to bloody the hell out of the dem party, just when they really needed to unite. Much to blame is on the radical left, moveon crowd. The refuse to recognize that most of the country is in the center, doesn’t hate Bush even if they disagree, and doesn’t hate Bill even if they think he embarassed the country. This election would have been hillary’s if not for the far left wing and her lack of anything strongly centrist or right of center. McCain’s a proven collaborator with both sides. He drives both far right and far left crazy, but neither of them will EVER when an election without independents and some rational compromise. Reagan was easy on immigrants, Bill passed welfare reform. The center wins time and again, the alternatives are too risky for 55% of americans either way.

And just because you turn to strong arm tactics when you’re not so saintly anymore, and actually have already started LYING to the american people about communications with a FOREIGN government, and then say “it’s all the information I had at the time” when you’re CAUGHT LYING about it (thanks, CANADA!) ala Bush himself…let me just use a phrase that can be understood here: “Makes ya go hmmmmmm”

I can’t express how happy I am that Clinton and Obama will continue opposing eachother at least through to Pennsylvania. Hopefully, the Democrat nominee will be the result of a brokered convention in which the super delegates are the tie breakers. If this is the case, Clinton will probably come out on top. This will effectively split the Democrat Party along racial lines. Congratulations Hillary. Let’s hope that you succeed in stealing the nomination from Obama and spliting the Democrat Party for the general election.

Maybe we should set the bar for some minimum requirements for presidential, vice presidential candidates. What should they be? Whomever promises the most? Whomever promises whatever the most people want to hear? Political connections with special interests? Political experience? Life experiences? Business experience? Wealth? Intelligence? Integrity? Vision? It doesn’t matter who the candidate is, it is tragic that whomever promises whatever the most people want to hear how all these other values fall to the wayside.

Think about this.
The democratic party is supposed to be the party of the open minded. Libs preach that the cons are racist and sexist. Yet its the dems that are constantly fighting over racism and sexism.
Explain this one to me.
If the democrat way of governing is the best way to go then could someone explain why Michigan is in such trouble?
Michigan, a state that has lib senators, lib congressmen, lib govenor, lib city council’s, and lib mayors. You’d think it would be the Utopia of the entire country, but its not. My God, its the exact opposite. And the only excuse for the chaos that is Michigan is that its Bush’s fault.
After decades of lib control in Michigan, the insane taxes and laws, not to mention the lib run education system, has finally run the once great state into the ground. And after all the madness and chaos, the lib voters recycle the same snakeoil salesmen over and over and over. It might be a different person taking over the mayor or senators job but they all seem to come into office with the same slogan. I’m going to make real changes, and its going to get better. But does it?
You libs are either incredibly stupid, incredibly naive, or just plain gullable.
Medicare, Social Security, the DMV, and the US Postal Service are ALL government run programs. All are in need of serious reform or even better outright eliminating. Yet, the libs want to turn over their own personal health and well being to the SAME people that run these messed up programs. Are you INSANE!!!!?????
Hillary is for chang.
Obama is for change.
Destroying the country wouldn’t be a good thing, but it would be a change.

Mrs. Clinton was First Lady for goodness sakes and Mr. Obama just left the minor leagues two years ago. We must have a qualified person in the white house, and the only candidate left is John McCain. Me and the Missus have to think of the country, first, not the party!

If Obama wins the nomination, the democrats can kiss the Presidency goodbye… Look at Texas… Even with African Americans, who comprise of close to 20 percent D-Base voting overwhelming for him by almost 9 to 1, he wasn’t able win the state… That means that he’s only winning 20 some odd percent of everyone else that’s not African American… Mostly bleeding heart liberals… and you can see that preference in the stats (higher income, education) and also with the Kennedy endorsement… The battle states are won by Hillary.

want to talk about fair & open? Let’s talk about Hillery & Bill’s LOCKED FILES. Yes those files that they locked up for the next 50 years. Files that will show all the dirt & dirty tricks they have done. Hope her friends during this go around have a better health plan than those in the past. Hillery says she has experience to run the White house, yet she has problems running her own hand picked folks in her campaign. What will happen when she needs to bring folks together. She talks about being able to run this nations economy, however, she can’t run her own finances. Not being able to pay her own folks. When the going gets tough, she resorts to scare tactics & negative smearing. When it gets tough in the White House will she try these same tactics on other nations or be creative enough to know how develop goals & strategies to work through the tough times. Beware people leopards don’t/ won’t change their spots.

What else is positive if everything is negative. How about photo of him with Ayers, the terrorist convicted .. that could be double negative. Solution: meida should not expose Obama because it is hurting him ( Ohio and Texas results). I think the motto: Honestry is the best policy is very appropriate for OBAMa . TO TELL THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ALL ABOUT HIM THAT HE WAS ONE TIME INVOLVED IN CORRUPTION AND THAT HE NOW RENOUNCED IT AND APOLOGIZED TO THE PUBLIC might work since the OBamania are still crazy for him. The “boneheaded decision is not enough explanation afterall because he lost three primaries.

My precinct had 357 people sign in at the caucus. 178 signed for Clinton and 178 signed for Obama. One gave no preference. Because it was a tie, we had to decide what to do about an odd number of delegates to be divided (39). The caucus chair proposed that each candidate get 19 delegates and that he would be the 39th delegate and remain uncommitted (and vote that way at the district convention). This was a perfectly fair solution as each candidate would get exactly the same proportion of delegates as they had votes (1/2). The cry-baby Obamatons started screeching that it was unfair and that the 39th delegate should be forced to vote with the popular vote of the state. I only wish we’d taken them up on it as we’d have gotten another vote for Hillary.
The Obamatons are just a bunch of naive cult-followers. I like how their hired bloggers come and and put all the anti-Clinton stuff all over the Net. An educated voter is their worst enemy. Someone posted “If Clinton gets the nomination don’t assume that Obama-backers will vote for her”. Maybe so, but I have not talked to a single Clinton supporter that would EVER vote for Obama — we’re planning to vote for McCain if Obama wins.

Most of the comments and media coverage show me just how ignorant and racist America still is. Hillary was FIRST LADY. Not Vice President, Secretary of State or any other office. Are you kidding me with this 35 years experience nonsense.
What about Whitewater and what really happened to Vincent Foster and not to mention Ron Brown. Where are her tax returns? And we won’t even mention Bill’s dirty deals.
Let’s face facts: Most white americans do not want a black president and will follow this cheating, lying dragonlady to hell because of that.
I will vote McCain before Clinton. At least I know where he stands!

All the kool-aid drinking empty suits are starting to squirm, GOOD! And you Russell, how about all the blacks voting for the Messiah just because he is black, you are no better and just as racist.

Imagine that…Hillary complaining and trying to change the rules again. What a clown. I can’t imagine Clinton’s crying and whining holding up against McCain in November. She’ll only serve to motivate the Repugs to come out and vote.
Obama’s pledged delegate lead is still intact. Being up by 20 points two weeks ago in these states and winning by 10 points and 3 points is not momentum…it’s hanging on by a thread. Superdelegates, take notice.

After only two days of media scrutiny the Obama camp is backpedaling, whining and becoming unhinged! Does anyone truly believe Obama will be able to sustain a winning campaign against McCain and the Republican? It seems obvious that they won’t. They outspent Clinton by significant margins in all four of the primary states that voted yesterday. They lost three (two by large margins). If democrats want to take back the White House and change the direction of this country, then vote Hillary Clinton.

It appears the Obama camp is imploding fast. It just shows how immature the group really is.

Clinton should get the delegates for Florida and Michigan. It is ridiculous that these are being left out. She earned these delegates!

I have been on the blogs for months. I have watched every democratic debate and most of the Republican debates.
I have never seen so many people write such horrible stuff about Hillary. If you want to knock her on the issues fine, but the Obama supporters are mean spirited. The problem is you can throw out a bunch of stuff but you can’t take it.
Old stuff is the past and you must move on. Having a woman instead of a man in over 200 years is what we need.
If its all right for other countries to have women run their government its should be great for ours.

Hello, Here in Switzerland we tightly follow the US elections. Most of the people here are scared by the fact someone with such a little experience in politics could run the most powerful contry in the world. The most common advice is : “Elect Hillary Clinton and take Barack Obama as vice-president, then next time, Obama will be ready to take power”. Personnaly I also agree that Obama doesn’t have enough experience to rule our world…Thank you Americans for all the passion you put in this election and for the excellent media coverage :-)

Superdelegates take notice that we are mad as hell aren’t going to take it anymore. Do your job pick who is best for this party and can get elected. DO
NOT let Obama and his supporters strong arm you the way they have.
Kennedy, Kerry and Kennedy get ready to change your votes.
Obama can not come out fighting, then he will be going against everything he has been standing for.
Maybe now Edwards can come out for Hillary now. She has proven to be the person for the people.
Iraqi speeches do not get you anywhere
when thats all you have. She sits on the same committee as McCain and she has been there for 2 hearings. How are thoughs hearings going for Obama. What hasn’t done any to busy running for President can’t multi task.
Not who I want to lead us, he might push the wrong buttton like when he votes. (6 times said he pushed the wrong button in the US Senate)

Unstable and unhinged…
Sounds like two accurate portrayals of the Obama campaign now that the momentum has shifted.
Those who are familiar with the slash and burn tactics that characterize past Axelrod work should not be surprised.

And to think, we call this country great with this type of election mess going on! What ever happened to “We the people?” It is so sad to say that “America was once the greatest place to be”, now, look at the shame we have bestowed upon ourselves as “greed” and “dirty politics” have taken over! I really am perplexed!

This whole election thing is getting scarier and scarier. I teach a group of young adults, most of who are 17 soon to be 18 or under 20. While our class is not about politics, the subject recently came up. I was totally amazed, although I probably shouldn’t have been, that the majority said they were voting for Obama “because they were tired of having old farts running the country.” When I asked them to please explain what they thought he would bring to our country, only one out of the 11 could even offer something about his campaign promises. The rest all yelled out “change!” What kind of change, how to finance it, what about the war, how to fix housing situation, etc etc. No one could offer anything concrete and in fact many didn’t really care because it didn’t concern them—not now anyway because they already had their Blackberrys, laptops, and designer clothes.

BTW just so you know, there is a typo error in my comment, not grammatical one saying “most of WHOM”. Sorry for the double posting, havent a clue how it got there. A final comment is that while I’ve been a life long Democrat, if this “stuff” from both Dem camps keeps on going, I may just have to vote Republican.

I was at the Texas caucas for district 185. There was an Obama rep who took the sign in packet and went off with other Obama supporters to fill them out, they came back and handed it in, they were the only ones to do this.
FYI- They were suppose to show their voting reciept to be able to sign the sheet. The caucas is counted by the talley on the sheets , not the people!
Once signed people could leave.
People were pissed, there was no way to prove that everyone who signed the sheets were even there! Obama people made us have to count them, what could we do , we should have thrown it all out.
I am soo fustrated over this , and so are many of the other people who were there. With reports out of Dallas talking about poeple being locked out, police reports showing up now reporting how Obama’s people were locking the doors to the buildings and telling Hillary supporters the caucas was moved or cancelled, I think that comes close to what we see in 3rd world countries. It’s time to end caucassing. It does not work , its a waste of people’s time and corrupt politics are easy to pull off.

I can’t believe that the Republicans actually think they have a chance of winning this election after 8 years of one of the worst presidents this country has ever seen. People are complaining about the Clintons when Bill left office with a 65% approval rating. G W’s rating is dismal. Simply put this is a job application and we are the employers. Do what any employer would do. Vote for the most qualified person. Simply put.. it is Hillary.

I am another democrat turned independent. I will vote for who is best for the job and that is not Hillary. Bubba for all his faults was good for the most part. Hillary has been handed everything and has not had to earn her way up.
No one ever has resoect for something that was given to them. She has an incredible sense of entitlement for someone who has done nothing.

How many of you that are defending the Obama camp have ever seen a caucus? Caucuses reflect the will of party activist not the will of the people. Unlike primaries coercion is widespread and a lot of irregularities tend to show up. Most of the states that hold caucuses are die hard Republican states. Winning the general election in those states is very unrealistic. Let the investigation into the irregularities go forward, unless you are afraid that the Obama camp broke the law, judges by the lawyer’s behavior I would guess that it is indeed possible.

Obama campaign has paid workers that call voters , knock on their doors. Take them to the polls or caucuses, then check after to make sure the voted . This is the American way. He has more money to spend and one wonders real where all that money comes from ( bundlers and straw donors). Dirty tricks are not new to the Obama campaign they are just as calculating and cunning as the Obama the politician. He has gotten away for years with Chicago way of getting. donations

It is an unwritten rule that rival campaigns will not interrupt or participate in conference calls that another campaign is doing for reporters, donors, or supporters.
It is also been Senator Obama who says he will run a campaign that is different and better, one that respects other people and their points of view, one that takes the high road, and does not “challenge the system”.
Last night, however, we saw something very different and it will be interesting to see if the media discusses it.
First, we have Senator Obama’s team filing lawsuits in Ohio and Texas over various issues but have consistently complained when Hillary’s team has done the same. While I agree that all voters should have the right to vote let us not think that Hillary’s campaign is the only one filing lawsuits to ensure fairness. Let us also remember the Obama campaign filing lawsuits to get voters votes to count if lawsuits are filed in regard to Florida and Michigan.
Moreover, during a CLINTON conference call last night with reporters and others not only did an Obama campaign lawyer listen into the call he actually CHALLENGED and DEBATED the Clinton campaign during the call. This is truly not taking the high road, running a different type of campaign, or being above politics as usual and it will be interesting to see if Senator Obama takes the appropriate action and removes this person from his campaign team. This was an obvious breaking of campaign tradition and the Obama campaign and Senator Obama himself should be asked if this is proper.

I am sick and tired of hearing McCain and Clinton constantly talking about who will be ready on day one. Oops! Was McCain guilty of plagiary? He stole that line from Hillary! But seriously, they go on and on about who has the most experience and Obama doesn’t have the experience to run the country. Well excuse me, but if it took presidential/white house experience to be president no one would qualify. What was Bushs’ qualifications, his daddy was the former President. Reagan was an actor and a governor. McCain is a what, Senator? Obama a what, Senator? Clinton a what, Senator? Seems pretty even to me. You get experience on the job, and let’s face it nobody can do worse than Bush!
Now granted Obama may not have the political experience of his two competitors, but guess what? Maybe that’s what we need at this point, someone to do things differently. McCain’s experience is just a carbon copy of more Bush and might keep us in a war for the next 50 years killing off our youth, and Clinton, well she’s emotional at best and would be having tantrums when things didn’t go her way. Besides, I never knew that being first lady qualified you for President! Both McCain & Clinton ought to have a ton more experience than Obama, they are both at least 15 years or more older than him with that much more experience in politics, let’s be for real! Hillary is 60 and McCain is about 75 and dull as paint. Everyone was clear about the rule regarding Michigan and Florida and so was Florida and everyone agreed, so why now is Hillary so intent on wanting to have Florida and Michigan counted, because she’s behind in delegates? Oops! Isn’t Florida the state Bush stole last time around?
I don’t dislike Hillary, and if she were to win the nomination, I would support her, but I wish she would stop behaving like an angry, arrogant, emotional shrew! I think Obama/Clinton would probably make a pretty good team, even though I’d prefer Obama/Edwards. While some people say that Hillary is showing how tough she can be, others are saying no, she’s an emotional woman! I know, I’m an emotional woman!
I think they both should concentrate on throwing mud at the Republicans and not at each other. Don’t give old McCain a free ride and easy ride. He has their nomination and he’s just laying back in the cut waiting.
Let us keep in mind Democrats, that while you may not like Obama or may not like Clinton, one thing we all should be able to agree on, we cannot stand another 4 years of the Bush era, and McCain is nothing but Lil Bush, jr., whatever Bush says is right! If you think things cannot get worse, think again. You all better get a reality check. Recession,
more home foreclosures, maybe yours , loss of jobs, not having enough money to make ends meet and support your family, gasoline $4 a gallon, and more jobs going overseas, and let’s not forget more and more youth being killed in Iraq and for what a war we shouldn’t have been in, in the first place all based on lies! Remember what Lil Bush said we could be in a war for the next 100 years. Are you willing to risk your son or daughters’ lives, hell, I’m not!
Barack and Hillary basically need each other and we need them, Barack may not have as much experience, but so many dislike Hillary. People have not forgotten Bill’s indiscretions with Lewinski and the fact that they wanted to impeach him. You need each other, so kiss, make up and play nice, it’s time for us to come out of the Bushes!

See, that’s the problem with the Obama campaign; they are inappropriately aggressive. Obama claims he isn’t into “politics as usual”, he’s right; he has twisted it into something worse. He claims he doesn’t do negative campaigning, yet in his speeches he was able to blend criticism with catchy phrases that diminished Clinton’s character on superficial claims with false comments interpreted as hers. He was able to disguise these criticisms among the rhetoric of hope and change, twisting the argument as though he were the victim, when in fact he was the perpetrator. The media’s infatuation with him promoted him as above such politics while they were relentless on the attack against Clinton and her base. Obama’s surrogates were doing the same. To claim you don’t use negative attacks while your entire system is attacking makes you untrustworthy. To further add to distrust, Obama was caught spinning the truth about NAFTA, his “experience”, Rezko etc and people noticed regardless of the media’s aggressive attempt to sell him big. Even in losing, Obama and the media have the nerve to blame Clinton’s ads that question Obama’s readiness. Their defense, legitimate questions are equivalent to “negative attacks…. kitchen sink approach” simply because it comes from Clinton. This in it self is a negative attack. Obama, was never above the fray, even though smoke and mirrors from he and his groupie media tried to portray him as such. Fortunately voters are smarter than Obama, Obama’s surrogates and the media of MSNBC and CNN give them credit for. The combined efforts and tactics of the media and the Obama camp created a wedge in the Democratic Party, one of mistrust due to unfounded insults toward Clinton and her supporters since the beginning. All the talk, all the attempts to discourage, distract and discount Clinton’s support didn’t work. The people again, made their own decision. To use Matt Dowd’s analogy of Britain vs. American Rebels; The British were the media and Obama camp using the power of media to influence the public telling the people what is, what the people will do. In turn, the people rebeled against the power of money, special interests and the media push, saying “WE will select our leader!” Tuesday, March 4, 2008, was “THE VOTE HEARD ‘ROUND THE WORLD.”

WOW, with the millions of dollars the Barack Hussein Obama campaign officials claim they bring in each month, apparently $50 million in February, you would think they could afford their own conference call with prominent reporters.
Apparently Bob Bauer, the interloper didn’t receive the memo that they have enough money to pay for his own private telephone calls. The rudeness of Bauer is appalling and I wonder, is this not a form of telephone taping, is this the future for Americans if Obama wins the White House?

The most negative campaign ad being played before us is none other than that of the well organized media. Their analogy and comments are the most transparent Clinton attack I have ever seen. I am amazed this “state count” is held in such high esteem when you look at the caucus numbers vs primaries. You don’t have to be suspicious or paranoid in order to know that something is wrong in this equation. Not to mention the improperly carried out Ohio county extension would have nonstop media coverage today had it been at Hillary’s request.

Bauer used terribly bad judgement by calling in on this Clinton conference call with reporters.
Then, just the week before last Obama’s campaign finance director meets with Canadian officials to downplay Obama’s comments on NAFTA. More bad judgement?
At this point, Obama’s claim to having the best judgement is simply laughable given that he surrounds himself with people who don’t exercise it, and make his campaign look stressed and not up to the challenge.
They are the ones looking quite desperate, are they not?

Canada says leak was “blatantly unfair” to Obama
OTTAWA (Reuters) – The leak of information about Barack Obama’s position on the North American Free Trade Agreement was “blatantly unfair” to his campaign, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said on Wednesday.
Harper said the government was mounting an “internal security investigation” to find out who leaked the information, which suggested Obama’s campaign had said not to pay too much attention to his protectionist rhetoric on NAFTA.
“This kind of leaking of information is completely unacceptable and in fact … it may well be illegal,” the prime minister told Parliament.
“It is not useful, it is not in the interests of the government of Canada, and the way the leak was executed, Mr. Speaker, was blatantly unfair to Sen. Obama and his campaign.”

To sling mud among fellow Democrats.

Spreading shame in hate slinging words.
Win at all cost even with the destruction
That leaves a Democratic Party in shambles.
Slash and burn accusations without backing,
Hillary ambition to mow down any opposition.
Attack Clinton “The Machine” Fraternity
Profiting from the White House secrecy.
Mark The Penn slashing Obama, grilling him,
Where he is a subordinate politician slave.
Who must submit “At Will” to master Clinton’s.
Yes, elevating themselves, at our expense.
Clinton’s, who would pardon Bush “At Will”
Charged with crimes against the Constitution
Giving him immunity as a Good Will Ambassador,
They would give the tyrant a legacy for History.

I personally think that both Hillary and Obama are way too liberal in the mouth to run their own campaign. Why should I help elect either of them to the office of President of our great nation? As a veteran I tend to trust McCain more than anyone else. Also, McCain has ran his campaign without scandals, with one exception, and he apologized for that radio commentator that made those derrogetory remarks. In doing so, McCain lost all of the man’s influence. Could you cast away votes like that before you have an election sewed up?

As a Vietnam Vet Theater Veteran, I think Bush Blunders has cost this country too much, and with McCain 100 year statement, it bring tears to my tears for those families that will suffur so.
As a veteran, I also know it was Liberals that founded this country, so why are you attacking them?
Coservatives have turned into government corporate merger managers, where their religion of profit rus “We the people” as working servants in our own country. Conservatives want to clone US into a corporate image where the government runs US 24/7. You see Liberals want to give the choices to the people to make.
I respect McCain except when he declares, “Bomb. bomb, bomb Iran.” These comments are not of a true leader of the Free World, furthermore one that the tyrant Bush has endorsed.
It seems that Royal Washington is forcing on US into a McCain and Hillary campaign, where Bush wins both ways in Bush having his legacy. In Obama we have a chance to change all that in accountability of Truth in facts.

As a 50+ person, I am deeply disappointed in how Hillary and her camp has instigated this brawl with Barack and his camp. I really hope that this exhibition of inmaturity and “win at all cost” attitude will not discourage our younger voters from being involved in the democratic process. Not only am I embarrassed as a democrat, woman and mother but as a citizen of the United States – the world is watching. Allow me to apologize — where did we go wrong my children? Do not give up hope because when given a chance I believe you all will make a difference in the future. Learn from our mistakes. God Bless.

I love that Hillary’s supporters have started using Rezko (not Rezco) and Canada to attack Sen. Obama. The Canadian government’s memo reiterated what the Sen. told the press. Hillary has simply stuck with the inaccurate version before the actual memo was released. Also the Canadian govenment said she did the same thing. Tony Rezko not only donated to Sen. Obama, who then gave the money donated to charity, but also to President Clinton. If you want to preach about research and ethics and truth, you might want to listen to your own advice.
