Obama Superdelegate Indicted
The Governor of Puerto Rico, Aníbal Acevedo Vilá, endorsed Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, in February as we were first to report.
Puerto Rico’s primary is scheduled for June 1.
Like the Clinton governor/superdelegate who had his own troubles with Johnny Law (Juan Law?), Eliot Spitzer, Acevedo had run for office on an anti-corruption platform.
It’s tough to find good anti-corruption governors these days.

The example of Spitzer and this guy Acevedo proves why having a experience matters. Obama could end up to be one of these people. Obama’s association with Nation of Islam and Black Liberation is the scariest of all.

It is somewhat different to be cheating on your wife, perhaps, than to be paying off your election debts illegally. However, one begins to wonder whether there is ANY politician who is not thoroughly corrupt in some way these days. Acevedo is apparently just the tip of the iceberg and there will be more to come. Should corrupt superdelegates be able to vote on the nomination? I guess the Dem party will have to judge…or maybe we should just assume that the nomination process is also totally corrupt.

ABC news seems to be the fairest of all media. It not only tears Obama but also Clinton.
MSNBC is nothing but Obama network.
CNN is biased in favor of Obama not to the extend of MSNBC
Fox News – We all know.
CBS – Do not know if anyone visits them.
Good job ABC, keep reporting. Just please keep your headline more in perspective as it generates hate talk between Obama and Clinton supports.
I support a joint ticket Clinton/Obama or Obama/Clinton … Let them trade horses how ever they want.

No Democratic Candidate even own the nomination without winning CA/FL/NY/NJ/OH/PA.
OBAMA can make history. Democratic party leaders are full of idiots if they nominate OBAMA.

This Puerto Rico Governor is the same guy that Obama met with and had fundraisers with. Another buddy of Obama is now indicted. Why am I not surprised?

US Vet: “Why am I not surprised?”
Eh… because you’re not that clever, maybe?

Was Rev. Wright, who spent Easter in Puerto Rico, there to advise him, one wonders …

BTW-BARACK OBAMA IS NOT A LAWYER. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. HE TOOK THE EASY WAY OUT AND USED HIS WIFE’S INCOME AND REZKO’S MONEY.

“As one of eight superdelegates from the island, Acevedo casts one of Puerto Rico’s 63 votes at the Democratic convention. The other 55 are apportioned based on the results of the island’s June 7 primary. Residents of Puerto Rico can’t vote in the general election.”

Gosh, Mr. Acevedo was in Congress, too:
“elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Seventh Congress to a four-year term (January 3, 2001-January 3, 2005); not a candidate for reelection in 2004, but was a successful candidate for Governor of Puerto Rico.”

Yeah, we knew it. He’s not exactly the most popular right now in Puerto Rico either, especially after he spoke up in support of Obama. Most Puerto Ricans favor Hillary Clinton. In fact, a high number Puerto Rican’s in Borinque and the U.S. love the Clintons.

When will the heat be turned up on the Super Delegates that are supporting Obama but represent districts or states that went for Clinton? Like both Senators and the Gov of MA? Or Bill Richardson, didn’t Hillary win his state? It just seems there was this guilt trip laid on the shoulders of representatives of black districts that supported Hillary. But there seems to be no push back. Lets make this thing simple. If you are an elected statewide official, you should vote how your state voted, if you are a congress person then vote how your district voted. The non elected supers should vote how their state voted.

Hey, it’s okay, Obama will just reject and denounce him and on it goes. How is the Rezko trial going these days? Oh yes, did anyone notice that the BIGGEST contributions over the years that Obama made to charity was to his pastor’s church? That might have more significance than anyone really knows as it appears that Rezko gave a lot of money to the Pastor too in addition to other dubious people.
