Si, se puede. I once chatted with Cesar Chavez, who coined that phrase. I believe he would shake his head to hear the junior senator from Illinois co-opt the phrase for self-serving campaign purposes. This is a phrase that was used to help inspire the oppressed. There is nothing oppressed in Obama’s background whatsoever. There may be once the Rezko story is blown open.
