Nice to see some actual coverage of voting irregularities directly tied to the Obama campaign. Most of the earlier reports in other states like Nevada and Texas were dismissed when citizens actually had video of it because the MSM is in the tank for Obama. Perhaps the latest news article is right and the MSM has abandoned Obama in anger since he cut off their direct access to him for the most part.

For those who think this story is no big deal, it’s illegal here in Indiana to campaign for a candidate within 50 feet of a voting booth – that means signs. And of course, election workers are to remain impartial.

Isn’t Rev. Wright supposed to be a man of GOD.

The DNC violated its own rules and violated the rights of voters in order to stack the schedule with early states that favor Obama’s campaign strategy that was given to him by Dean. Obama’s strong arm tactics should be no surprise… he was taught by the liberal left wing and TUCC’s extremist right wing aka Nation of Islam.

So, according to Obama followers, Florida and Michigan Democrat voters should not be represented at the convention because of Republican scheduling of primaries.
But, violating election law by trying to influence or intimidate voters on election day at an Indiana precinct is no big deal.
And, some posts indicate there may be even more and heinous violations of election law by Obama supporters.
Can you imagine the howling and screaming by Obama and his mob if Clinton or McCain supporters behaved in a similar manner?

One of the most underreported stories in the campaign so far was how bad it got in Texas after the polls closed and voters attempted to go to various caucus locations.
The Obama supporters were reported to have locked doors, told people they were at the wrong location, etc.

Imagine this and more going on at evey caucus site that Obama has won.
Democrats hold unfair elections and penalize Florida voters because the elite of the Democrat party got mad.

Perhaps this speaks to the intelligence level of Obama supporters. An IQ slightly above “turnip” would let people understand that you can’t push for your candidate *inside* the polling place.

Amazing that Obama supporter/posters on this blog would make the case about Obama’s campaign behavior.
According to what is posted here, the violation of federal law in Indiana is no big deal as the same behavior was actually quite common at caucuses and primaries throughout the campaign.
So, if a someone breaks the law enough times and gets away with it, then it is okay?

I am a die-hard Hillary Clinton supporter. I participated in caucuses in Washington State. I have to say that the Obama supporters were completely civil here, which I believe is likely the case everywhere, so this case being reported on by Tapper is probably an exception. Clinton or Obama will prevail on the issues, not these kinds of sideshows.

I’m concerned about a petition sent to the DNC by an organization called Color of Change calling the use of Superdelegate to vote as they were set up to vote (i.e., making up their own minds) “a dangerous game.” Ironically, they state that this would “disenfranchise voters.” Other disturbing words are used that sound at least vaguely threatening. This is worse than politics as usual.

According to Clinton supporters, even if Hillary loses she should still win. Wow, talk about delusional cult like persons.

Hillary supporters must all be thugs like Hugh Rodham, Hillary’s brother. You know the lawyer who was paid $400,000 to get people pardoned by Bill. I guess the folks who want Hillary are the crooked folks in the Democratic party. The ones who favor bribing for pardons, renting out bedrooms in the Whitehouse in exchange for campaign donations, chasing around young interns, you know the low brow of the party.

I wonder if she was offering cold, sweet and refreshing kool-aid too?

I just voted about an hour ago here in NC. There was an AA man ahead of me trying to vote and an AA man and woman behind me. The man ahead of me gave an address that wasn’t even in the ZIP CODE of my precinct, poll worker sent him over to another area they had set up for either provisionals or to find out where his correct precinct was. The whole time the elderly poll worker was trying to explain to the man what he needed to do, the man behind me was loudly critical of the whole process and indignant. When it came my turn the lady said, as she was saying to everyone how are you today? The man behind me said in the nastiest most sarcastic mimicking way “how are you today, fine thank you”. I came so close to telling him how rude I thought he was. Don’t know if he was a supporter of BO, but given the kind of behavior I have experienced on line, it wouldn’t surprise me. I have voted at the same polling place for years and have never seen this kind of behavior from anyone before, nor have I ever seen anyone be at the wrong polling place.
My son who voted 30 minutes after me had a similar experience with an AA woman in front of the line with him, she hadn’t changed her address when she moved into this area so she wasnt in the books (how the heck did she even know to come to that poll? Asked her neighbor I guess). The lady told her she would have to go back to her old precinct and vote or she could vote provisional and she went off on the poll worker and made a comment after my son went through, you let him go through because he was white! and my son rolled his eyes and the AA woman went off on him!!! “don’t you roll your eyes at me…”!!!
What is wrong with these people? Being AA doesn’t entitle them to different rules from whites.
There was also an Obama person right at the entrance door, my son told the poll workers and they told him he would have to move the legal distance away….
I’m really dismayed by the attitude of some of these people. Surely they know the rules, the rules apply to everyone. If it was so important for them to vote, why didn’t they put a change of address in?
It’s always been fun going to vote, nice poll workers, nice people in line, even people I suspected were repubs, everyone got along. If this is more of the “unity” BO proclaims leave me out!!
It was without a doubt the weirdest experience I have ever encountered voting. It’s pretty disheartening to me.

H. Clinton’s voting record has been more like a republican than a Democrat. She seems to think that her Bush like qualities will be well regarded. The last thing America needs is another republican, someone who acts like a republican, or someone who thinks like a republican. It is time for honor, integrity, truth and justice to replace corruption, lies, evil and hate. That will require Barrack Obama as president.

Unlike some people, I am not afraid of riots in the streets. If people choose to violate our laws and riot because they are unhappy with Clinton becoming the nominee, let them be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sure it’s about Obama. It’s about one staffer in one location getting caught pretty early in the day with a poster she was meant to place outside at her table inside. It’s about Obama, upon finding out about it, instantly correcting the situation and taking responsibility for it.
But you guys act like a ring of Obama backing mob enforcers were caught mugging hundreds of Clinton voters on the way to the polls.
It’s an Obama issue, but it’s pretty darn small comparing to the “Aha, Gotcha!!” responses on this board.
I mean, it’s not like he’s trying to get votes counted that he agreed wouldn’t count in writing and in recorded statements, using public attacks to spin the ban on these votes into some sort of mythical disenfranchisement (which he agreed to) and smear his own party just to get delegates from an elegal election where his competitor’s names weren’t even on the ballot or anything.
I mean, cause then, there would be some sort of outcry about fraud and stealing the election if a candidate did something like that, right?

This is a blatant violation of voting protocol and any rookie would know that. This Obama person was trained, I assure you. She was there under the auspices of “assisting.” I would consider her a “voting observer” for Obama. I was such for John Kerry in Florida. You are trained for this and instructed (hopefully) that you are not to wear or display any signage for any candidate, unless you are at a certain reasonable distance. Further you simply cannot be allowed to set up shop in the voting place.
I have no idea how this ever happened since the voting moderators at that poll surely knew better.

I think superdelegates have to consider that most Obama won were from caucuses. Caucuses didn’t present the whole pictures of willing of people. Most caucuses are political activist that most likely for Obama…. and I wonder if those activist most likely ex-weather underground people.
Obama cannot claimed he is a winner if his winning by caucuses.

I am a Hillary supporter, and will not vote for Obama. With a heavy heart I will cast my vote for McCain.
As to Michigan and Florida? Split the delegates by the percentages, and in Michigan, give all the delegates to Hillary, who chose to run in the state, rather than Obama, who did not. Why should he get credit for delegates in a state where he did not run?

There is proof that the caucauses in Texas were ruled by Obama’s people and tonight’s election in Indiana…Lake county to be specific…was so rigged that Obama should be ashamed to accept the win. Even the black mayor of Gary was in on it!

Why wouldn’t Obama cheat? He’s already seen to it, by his nomination hold, that the FEC is unable to get a quorom and is therefore completely ineffective in policing election irregularities. His plan is to keep the vacancy until he wins (in his mind, the only possible outcome) and when, in 2011, the FEC finally says he cheated, it will be a Friday night press release that no network news organization will cover.

I also have been a Democrat my whole life…have been disappointed before…BUT…never like this! If Obama is GIVEN the nomination, we shouldn’t vote for McCain, we shouldn’t just stay home, we should start a WRITE IN HILLARY CAMPAIGN!!!!! She could probably still beat McCain that way!!

I wish someone could tell me why they are voting for Obama, and actually tell me something other then He’s for change, He’s uniting people, He’s making history. If Obama is given the nod (keep in mind that neither can achieve the number needed without help) My vote goes for McCain. As does all 10 members of my family. There will be no uniting under Obama because there are those who will cling to their guns, their religion and antipathy towards those who are not like them. There is no clearer statement that he is in lock step with the Rev mentor, political adviser, than that. Not to mention Michelles extremem hate towards anything white.

Obama’s problems are just beginning. Many Hillary supporters will definitely vote for McCain. The Democratic Party ain’t what it used to be!
