Obama and McCain to meet with Iraqi Foreign Minister
ABC News’ Kirit Radia Reports: Presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and John McCain are expected to meet individually with Iraq’s Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari in the coming days, sources told ABC News on the condition of anonymity because the meetings have not yet been announced.
McCain is expected to meet with Zebari on Sunday in Washington, D.C., and Obama is expected to speak with him over the phone on Monday.
Iraq’s embassy in Washington refused to confirm that any meetings with the presidential candidates were scheduled.
Iraq has emerged as a central front in the early stages of the race between Sens. Obama and McCain. Sen. McCain, R-Ariz., has touted his foreign policy experience, having championed last year’s force "surge" that is largely credited with the decline in violence throughout the country. At the same time McCain has derided his competitor for having not visited Iraq since 2006. McCain recently challenged Obama to visit Iraq with him.
Obama, D-Ill., has been a staunch opponent of the war in Iraq. He has promised to begin withdrawing troops from Iraq soon after taking office.
Foreign Minister Zebari is in the United States for discussions with administration officials, particularly on a status of forces agreement that is currently being negotiated in Baghdad. The agreement would establish a legal basis for US forces to operate in Iraq once the current United Nations mandate authorizing forces expires at the end of the year.

Santorum: Money Will Not Defeat Obama, Ideas Will
Rick Santorum's Full Speech at CPAC 2012
Dear American Voters,
Hon. Senator McCain and Obama, besides each having many attributes and characteristics. The critical differences between the two of these presidential presumptive nominees are as under:
1. Presidential “Temperament and Composer”.
2. Little Washington “insider Versus outsider” experience.
3. “Vision and mission” for our nation future rather than past.
4. American policies, ” first U.S.A Centric” than any other country [ ies ] centric.
In my professional opinion Senator Obama leads in all above qualities.
The need of our next movement and generation is a change. The Change in ” past Washington and its Leadership”. A change we can believe in and not the seductive, deceptive, and confusing slogan of “leader we can believe in” [? Effexor ?".
Our Greatgrand Nation has to address many present and future challenges and start with new clean "Slate and Senator".
God Bless America. its diverse people, and our Greatgrand Nation.
Our Greatgrand Nation is needs the CHANGE at every level and for long time.
I am sure Senator Obama with the help of Senator Clinton and her supporters, can deliver that CHANGE.
Please stay involved, stay engaged, and stay informed. Please do not allow any seduction, deception, and or confusion by some partisan media and leaders effect your vote [ Psychological Terrorism ]..
Yours truly,

Col Khaj, I doubt that you are a registered voter, let alone American or ever in the military. Perhaps you are one of the hundreds of paid BHO bloggers just trying to make a living. If you do the research, the most trustworthy and moderate candidate that America needs today is McCain. Most military would not touch Obama with a 10 foot pole, he is too naive and liberal.

you are pretty dumb…most Hillary supporters are adults and care about issues not their own spite…
most Hillary supporters overwhelmingly stepped for Barack and against everything John McCain is standing for…
but you probably don’t even know what he is standing for this time huh?
of course not because if you did …you would be a whack job or just plain stupid… to switch from Hillary Clinton and what she stood for and then switch to Mccain who is promising the opposite.

Foreign Minister Zebari is in the United States for discussions and “lord” only knows what OBAMA will say this time. I guess we will have to wait until after the phone call on Monday, and hear what the Foreign Minister says and then have Mr. Obama say he misunderstood me, or I didn’t say that…..on another issue the Fed’s are trying to get Rezko to talk about the governor and senator (OBAMA) but no go by Mr. Rezko at this time. The Fed’s strongly suspect corruption on the governor and senator side and frequently they try to get this information out of convicted criminals.
Rezko is a convicted liar and criminal, proven to be deeply involved in political graft and corruption. He is in jail awaiting sentencing. Rezko was the major fundraiser and bankroller for Barack Obama. The hundreds of thousands of dollars he got for OBAMA, the $650,000 lot he purchased for OBAMA, the contacts he made for OBAMA, the parties he threw for OBAMA the were all selfless philanthropic donations according to the man just convicted of corruption and extortion. OBAMA now says this was not the man he knew for some 17 years. You will need something really strong to drink in order to believe this story. Will Rezko talk when he goes to prison?

dl – You keep trying to make an argument for Obama. What you seem unable to understand is the fact that most of us cannot get away from the fact that he is racist and ill-equipped to become POTUS.
Now, I may be “dumb” according to you, but I am smart enough not to fall for Obama and his lies.
You have been on these blogs all these months, repeating the same arguments, talking points, whatever. I seriously doubt you have changed one mind in all that time. Myself, I read your blogs sometimes and other times, I don’t. You are important only in your mind, not mine.
I will repeat to you again, Obama is racist and does not have the necessary qualifications to be President. That is why he is not getting my vote and a lot of other Hillary Supporters votes. McCain is ok with me, just like he was ok with John Kerry. lol.
Why don’t you take the night off. You have been on these blogs every night for months now and really, you are not doing a d*mn thing for Obama and his cause.

Happy to see you are still clinging to that ‘Hillary’ campaign. Of course, your guise isn’t really fooling anyone but yourself.
McCain is a Pro-Life advocate. Any intelligent woman would have an opinion about that; and probably not like what you are trying to promote. Hillary was Pro-Women’s Rights.
Hillary was trying to advance Universal Health Care – a more extensive plan than any other candidate. McCain is against Universal Health Care, instead, his stance is to support the current status quo. Any intelligent woman would view this as not supporting her own children.
Perhaps you are the one who should take the night off.

On this blog, I get so tired of endless rants against Obama. Most “facts” that are thrown up are personal opinion, or “facts” based on personal opinion.
I have always been nice, and I am always accused of ridicuouls things for my views. I truly enjoyed my fellow ignorant Americans being so critical of a guy with a weird name in the first post. My fellow Americans that are so small minded truly make me want to vomit.
If your going to post, make it facts. I have so many facts on McCain and proof of what he said that truly would affect America depending on WHICH McCain took office, that is what we should all be afraid of.
I know HC and McCain supporters have been loyal, but I am waving my white flag and asking you to please research more. Not what the media feeds you, or what is o their websies- RESEARCH.

The Nations of the world hoping for an Obama victory include, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, not to mention Hamas and Al Qaeda. Get a clue.
Obama said in his book Audacity of Hope “white folks greed runs a world in need” which is an echo of Rev. Wright’s racist and anti-semitic rants. Obama was a member of Rev. Wright’s church for twenty years. Rev. Wright’s church teaches black liberation theology whose founder is James Cone who said “If I had one hour left to live-I would want to spend it with my hands aroung the throat of a white man-choking him to death”"what we need to do is get rid of all this whitness-white people are the misery of the world” An Obama Presidency would bring the opposite of the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. Obama will be a specter is haunting the United States. The specter of the racism, anti-Semitism, and anti Americaism. with malice toward all. Just look at who Obama has counted as his best friends for years and you will see the folly of supporting Obama:Here’s a quick run-down of some of Barack Obama’s questionable and disturbing associations:
* Rabidly anti-Israel Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi. The Obamas were regular dinner guests at Khalidi’s Hyde Park home for years.
* Terrorist sympathizer Ali Abunimah, who runs the viciously anti-Israel web site Electronic Intifada.
* Unrepentant Weather Underground terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn.
* Reverend Jeremiah Wright. What more needs to be said?
* Anti-Israel foreign policy adviser Samantha Power — fired after calling Hillary Clinton a “monster.”
* Anti-Israel foreign policy adviser Robert Malley — fired when it was revealed he has been holding talks with Hamas.
* Hatem El-Hady, former official of the Hamas-linked charity Kindhearts, closed by the Justice Department. El-Hady’s web page—with Michelle Obama listed as an opt-in “friend”—suddenly vanished from the Obama campaign site with no explanation,
* Tony Rezko — a Chicago fixer currently in a whole lot of legal trouble.
There are more, I know; this is just off the top of my head.
I have never witnessed a presidential election in which a major candidate had this many skeletons in his closet.
Also, don’t forget Obama’s friend and cousin Raila Odinga, who recently ran for president in Kenya, promising to impose Sharia law if elected. Who may be the most egregious of Obama’s associations… and (conversely) the one least reported. Afterall, Obama’s ONLY foreign policy experience (so far) was campaigning for his cousin Odinga (a convicted felon) in formerly stable Kenya. This while Obama’s Marxist revolutionary cousin had his Islamo-fascist political operatives busy raping and looting and burning black women and children alive in their church pews. Obama’s new ally (now co-Prime Minister Odinga) has now displaced hundreds of thousands of refugees, burned crops to the point where Kenyans are starving and thoroughly destabilized a pro-Western ally bordered with Islamo-fascist Somalia.
Obama needs to explain and justify his lockstep foreign policy allegiance with Odinga’s
hardline Marxist-fascist junta in Kenya

If Obama or McCain were really interested in helping the common folks they would be drilling for oil here and building new refineries. Geologists say that the US has 10 times more oil than Saudia Arabia so why is the US dependent on their oil, it make no sense. During Katrina, the oil rigs off the coast did not leak any oil. New drilling technology makes drilling for oil environmentally very safe. Those speculators that are driving oil prices so high would see the hand writing on the wall if they knew the US was serious about taking advantage of our own oil and prices would go down. Both Obama and McCain have bought into CO2 being the cause of global warming when the ocean produces more CO2 than all the humans combined and the sun has more to do with the temperature on earth than any other factor. Even the experts agree that even the most stringent controls on CO2 will have little if any effect of the earths temperature. I am voting for whatever candidate starts thinking about what is in the best interests of the common person and starts drilling now.

Obama wants to bring “hope” and “change” to America because he and his far left America hating buddies of long standing think America is a bad place and needs to be changed into their utopian vision of a socialist society. A socialist society of less prosperity for all, more hate and rage against America. An America that has replaced the stars and stripes with the white flag of defeat. An America that has been disarmed and rendered helpless to defend herself or her allies against attack.
OBAMA: “We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times … and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK,” Obama said.”That’s not leadership. That’s not going to happen,” he added
If that’s the type of “change you can believe in” and YOU WANT TO BRING PROSPERITY DOWN A NOTCH OR TWO, TRIPLE GAS AND FOOD COSTS vote Obama.
OBAMA: “ White folks greed runs a world in needs” Sounds a lot like the Black liberation theology teachings of the Rev. Wright’s(“God D### America”) Trinty church that Obama was a member of for twenty years.
If that’s the type of “change you can believe in” and you want MORE RACIST, ANTI-SEMITIC AND HATE AMERICA TRUE BELIEVERS AND THEIR ILK IN THE SEATS OF POWER IN GOVERNMENT RUNNING YOUR LIVES AND DESTROYING YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF FREE SPEECH AND THE “RIGHT TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS” vote Obama
OBAMA: “Iran Does Not Impose a Threat to the US” and wants to help pay for his top heavy and corrupt government boondoggles by disarming the military If that’s the type of “change you can believe in” and you want AN AMERICA THAT HAS REPLACED THE STARS AND STRIPES WITH THE WHITE FLAG OF DEFEAT , BEEN DISARMED AND RENDERED HELPLESS TO DEFEND HERSELF AGAINST ATTACK , vote Obama

Dear Col. A.M.Khajawall (Ret.),
First let me congratulate you on a most impressive name.
Second, I beg to differ. You point out to four aspects that, in your opinion, makes Sen. Obama the better candidate:
1. Presidential “Temperament and Composer”.
2. Little Washington “insider Versus outsider” experience.
3. “Vision and mission” for our nation future rather than past.
4. American policies, ” first U.S.A Centric” than any other country [ ies ] centric.
One – the world these days is not a forgiving place. I would be more interested in an SOB who aggressively looked out for our interests than a young brash and pathological messianic-prone Chicago politician interested in promoting a megalomaniacal vision of his own place in history.
Two – you as a voter are displaying the classic psychological displacement. “Washington” is a state of mind rather than a place. We rail against those who typify Washington aloofness and influenced judgment… like being overly cozy with fundraisers and influence peddlers (see Rezco)… like saying one thing but having a more “nuanced” meaning (see NAFTA, Israeli stance, speaking with rogue nations, etc.). He may not be a Washington insider… but a Chicago insider… tell me one is worse.
Three – missions and visions are (despite their lofty titles) are actually concrete – “Hope you can believe in” is not a mission, it is a slogan. “Yes, we can” is not a vision, it is a stolen chant… he might as well say “No Uvas!”
Four – this is where I suspect your credentials… he is not USA-centric, rather he is globally-centric. His church, his book, everything he says does not point to an America that is manifestly great, rather the US is accidentally happens to be the greatest power and that we (the US) ought to eventually find our niche in the whole lot of other nations on this globe. As president, I would like to think that the president believed “in” America rather than look at the US as falling into the twilight of history.
No, sir. I do not want a young cocky lawyer to be the next president. Give me the old guy!

We need CHANGE – let’s move forward please. By voting for McC. you will be voting for more OF THE SAME STUPID MESS.
He is NOT for Women’s rights, he is NOT for AIDS therapies overseas, he wants to close down more PLANNED PARENTHOOD clinics as he thinks women are too stupid to make such decisions. (I personally would like those men in both Houses to tell us how many of them seduced a women prior to their “holy” marriage !! ha ha ) He wants a patriachal society with women at home cooking and cleaning. PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY. He wants to send your sons to more wars,he wants to enrich the already rich and keep the poor, poor. It shows how completely out of touch McC is when he thinks that the middle class (such as is left) and poorer folks can “save” for their own health insurance! Dear God – they are nowhere in our reality – they don’t know the price of a loaf of bread these days. Do you not see how much other countries spend on educating their youth and how LITTLE we spend here? Can you not see that some better tax structures would help this problem. Lack of opportunities and goals in school and trades is a real deficit for our youth – underpaid educators, children with empty bellies – get a grip here, can you not see this? Do you not read how the rest of the world laughs at our stupidity?
The great America is likened to the Fall of the Roman Empire. Are you not tired or reading about HUGE payouts to CEO’s – what can they possibly do with all of that money in their lifetime? It needs to be shared with the less fortunate. Where is the Christian ethic of caring for the earth by those wealthy oil companies – rather hypocrytical don’t you think?
Careful with your vote – we desperately need CHANGE.

You are promoting a fear of something that you are guessing.
FACT: There is more questionable corruption and insider shenannikins in the McC party – so please, in fairness of debate, list them also.
If you read international papers you would know that the US orchestrated the DEMOCRATIC elections in Palestine and then changed their mind about it all becuase they didn’t like the result. Without giving Hamas a chanxw (just to see what they would do and how they would manage) they cut off aid and have, together with the Israelis, creatied a ghetto of half starved people. Not content with taking away their livelihoods, their medical facilities, stealing their land with the obscene wall in the name of what – the Torah? The Lost Tribes who are so lost is laughable.
You need to see how controlled the US is by the Jewish lobby and how distorted news is from that part of the world. You expose your ignorance by making such ill founded statements.
Diplomacy is about diplomatic discussion, debate and compromise working towards solutions wherever required.
Take a long hard look at the world in which we live today not just this land mass called America.

As a former Hillary supporter I trust McCain with our national security more than I trust Obama who hasn’t even been to Iraq in years yet he is unwavering in his opposition to everything Iraq. McCain will end the war but will do so gracefully instead of Obama’s “get out not matter what the reprocussions” style. Hillary supporters for McCain in ’08!!!
