I don’t think McCain’s people are going to bring up the flimsy plagarism claims against Biden. Because if they do, they might have to address the strange appearance of McCain’s “cross in the dirt story” that seems quite obviously plagarized… plus the changing story about Mother Teresa’s involvement in their adoption, plus addressing the rumors of McCain’s role in the USS Forestal fire, plus addressing the rumors of an affair with Vicki Isemann, plus addressing Cindy McCain’s prescription fraud and addiction, plus his disgusting serial adultery in his first marriage. Need we go on? McCain would do well to elevate the discourse of this campaign, as Obama has tried to do.

Obama/Biden is a very solid democratic ticket. If McCain wins like Bush won his second term, I am going to have very serious doubts about Americans possessing good judgment.

I am so outraged. I was inclined to vote for him if he chose Clinton. NOW, no way…no how. He’s full of hubris and ignorance. And I’m gearing up for a McCain/Romney ticket. I’ve never voted Republican, but I’ll do so this year! What a poor decision…what a missed opportunity. Here, we’ve all been waiting to find out who it was…and he gives us a boring character like Biden. Had he picked Hillary, I would have felt conflicted and voted for their ticket simply because I cannot vote against her. But now, I don’t feel conflicted at all….and I no longer feel guilty for voting for McCain. This is nothing more than another slap in the face!

BHO wants to hire Biden to give him on-job training. We Americans can not afford this inexperienced, naive and bone headed man as president. With BHOs’ radical and terrorist connection, he will not get ‘security clearance’ (if he dares to apply) then how can we let me to be our President?

John McCain made an excellent choice, picking a Democrat who fully supports him and has been very critical of Obama’s lack of foreign policy experience, empty mantra of change, and so forth.

Barack Obama has made all the right judgement calls: Iraq..set a timetable, now a reality; Afghanistan…add more troops and go after BinLaden in Pakistan, becoming a reality; Georgia…involve NATO and European heads of state, now working. Conversely, McCain has blustered, bumbled and falsely claimed credit.
Now we have Obama-Biden; Joe Biden is broadly acknowledged to be, as Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, the most knowledgeable Senator in Washington on foreign leaders and foreign policy, plus he is polite, fair minded and is a man of integrity.
America finally will get to rejoin the world community. Is there a better option in November?

I find Biden’s lack or regard to political correctness so very refreshing. And in respect to his mouthing off, to paraphrase an old Bushism: Bring it on!

Government cannot help poor people. FDR tried it with The New Deal and LBJ tried it with The Great Society. You know what has helped poor people? Capitalism. Poor people in America have a better standard of living than most people in the world. In fact, I would venture to guess that America’s poor are among the top ten wealthiest people worldwide.
The same is true for peace. The UN was created to prevent wars. Have they? No! However, when countries intertwine themselves economically, they are a lot less likely to go to war. Again, capitalism to the rescue.
Therefore, if peace and prosperity are your top goals, you need to vote for the party that promotes capitalism. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case with the Democrats since JFK.
