Tony the Tiger Is Apparently a Democrat
At a rally in Battle Creek, Mich., just now, Mark Schauer — the Senate minority leader running for Congress — presented the Barack Obama-Joe Biden ticket with a special box of Frosted Flakes that he says Kellogg’s, which is headquartered here, put together. (Photo by ABC News’ Sunlen Miller) – jpt

Gosh, I think as of right now I’m going to stop watching abc or going to their site. They are getting less and less factual and more and more biased in favor of liberals.

Intersting that they are happy to be shown as FLAKES! And, to be equated with a food that is all sugar and very little nutrition… sort of like their platform.

Hey this is great. A cereal empty of nutrition but covered in nice sugar to entice foolish children into loving it is shilling for two candidates with no substance but have some nice sugary packaging! PERFECT!

having read the above, I believe that most of the comments contain degrees of bias. For me, these writers lack real vision as they view barack obama as incompetent. In this day and age, people should not be concerned about the color of a persons skin as a qualification to hold any powerful office.Capability is what counts. The power in a white man,a black man,a brown man, or a man or woman of whatever color is the same.Thank God I know this.

Kellogg’s will see a drop in sales if they endorsed a pair who at best has 45% rating of the people. Stupid move , I would like to hear more and will watch the stock price. symbol K and earnings report due on oct 28. I think they will drop based on the singer bruce springsteens reception after his obama endorsement. market wise obama is a stinker.

Warner: You hit it right on the head! All fluff and no substance describes Obama perfectly! I used to like Corn flakes but I will now be boycotting them and no longer buying them, as I am boycotting the Democratic party this year, and boycotting that garbage mouth olbermann, chris matthew, anderson cooper, etc., etc. Anyone who participated in the sexual bashing of Hillary clinton I no longer have any use for and they are history!! One of the few fair and balanced journalists, Tim russet we lost, and the other mouths roar on and on and on. Disgusting!

Two over-sweetened corporate flakes — wrapped in plastic, inside a great big tree-wasting box full of nothing?!
Are we CERTAIN Mr. Schauer and Kellogg are O’Biden’s friend?

After reading the comments here, People I think it is time to pack it up. America had a great run, but it is beyond saving if people are going to boycott kellogg for putting Obama and Biden on a Cereal Box. Hey people who are going to boycott Kellogg, take it a step further and boycott food, Don’t buy or eat food ever again.

Yes, James, McCain should be a delusional kind of character, Like Captain Crunch. Or maybe the bran to the sweet raisin of Palin. He’s surreal at times. He announced Saturday that Palin is his soulmate and partner. At least he didn’t add that when he looked into her eyes, he saw her soul, like Bush did with Putin.

Hmmmm…. “Frosted Flakes”…. Kellogg’s got it right.
Somehow, it seems appropriate to have the DNC – TC (Top Cat) with his sidekick on a box of kid’s cereal.

Two frosted flakes, alright. And, with absolutely no nutritional content, just like Obama’s rhetoric.

I prefer Cheerios, anyway – the original, not the sugar-coated varieties they’ve created. I can add my own sugar to my cereal, thank you.

Mary Anne:
McCain is one of those people who bashed Hillary during the primaries and his surrogates were exceedingly vicious.

“In this day and age, people should not be concerned about the color of a persons skin as a qualification to hold any powerful office.”
The only person(s) concerned about the color of skin as a qualification is Obama and his minions. Otherwise, what exactly does he have? Nothing.

If they don’t do a box of cereal for McCain/Palin, They should be boycotted!! I will not buy another Kellogg product!!
Posted by: Sa1940 | September 1, 2008, 8:16 am 8:16 am
Hopefully this is just a box that they put together for the candidates, not to put in the stores. It would be crazy for a company to alienate half the country over a cereal box.

At least the stimulus checks went back to US citizens who paid for them not Iraqi like the billions spent on Bush’s war of choice.

Well, what a great advertisement! Of course the Prez and VP are on the box, after all they are Gr-r-reat! The best leadership we have had! Can you imagine Bush with the scowl and Cheney using the F-word or the bimbo from Alaska on a box with Tony? No, they would have to be on a box of Fruit Loops!
