Does Obama Heart CNN?
Just got an odd text message from the Obama campaign: “Watch Barack debate John McCain tonight at 9 pm Eastern on CNN.”
On CNN? Last time I checked, the debate will be on every channel this side of the Food Network — including, of course, ABC and ABC NewsNOW. Tonight’s moderator is PBS’ Jim Lehrer.
Why the shout-out for the Cable News Network? (And does MSNBC feel jilted?)
Two Obama aides are chalking it up to a mistake made by a technical person who works for the campaign — someone who, apparently, thought the debate would only be televised on CNN, like the National Service Forum from earlier this month.
They say a corrected version will be sent out later — which means the Obama campaign will owe me another 10 cents.
UPDATE: In an 6:11 pm ET from the Obama campaign: "Watch Barack Obama debate John McCain tonight at 9 pm ET on any of the major networks or cable."

No surprise. CNN is so pro-Obama and protected of him in their coverage that it’s shameful.

Actually, if you sign up for text message updates from any company or organization, you were warned that you’d incur charges and that was your responsibility. They owe you nothing. If you don’t want any more texts, send STOP as a reply to one of their texts. If you didn’t want these messages, why did you sign up for them? (Your complaining about what is in them doesn’t mean that you didn’t agree to the terms and conditions of being on their list).
It’s your responsibility to make sure your text message usage doesn’t break your bank or exceed your monthly plan or desired expenditure. Not anyone else’s.

What? Is ABC feeling jealous? Hey don’t feel sad… Obama loves you just as much as you love him.
BO hearts the press and the press loves him in return.
Why not just declare him the winner of the debates and move on! We the voters on the other hand will wait and see… with all due respect for the media, who seem to have made up their mind already.

Guys am in kenya and i want to assure you that cnn is the most watched tv station and anything that handles obama is highly treasured. Most people currently are glued to their tv screens. And please anyone send me the real facts on the ground concerning the election at kbernard47@yahoo.com

Most people in kenya believe that obama is the new american president and waits for confirmation on 4th november. Furthermore, guys can indulge in watching bbc tv that has US election special in the next few hours to mean it wil broadcast the mississipi phenomenon. You dont have to beef up msnbc.

The only think to Really worry about debating, is, can those surronded by corrupt money, is turned Clinton from Deocrates. And seems to buy fixed records. What if Clinton, and Rick Davis, knew they could buy anybody they wanted. It Fixed McCains Record in the past. And Do not, forget how it bought, Nixons election. I am sure, that special interest groups, who have paid lobbiests, could fix any paperwork. Clinton, had bought de-regulatios, paperwork fixers, and now McCain will have to distance himself, from Rick Davis and Clinton scandels. After all, what if they try to buy Joe Biden. They made Obamas paperwork disappear before. After all, the FBI has been bought before. Those special interest groups, are still on Wall Street, and in other postistion in HIGH Government. McCain should not Debate Obama. McCain is still best friends with Clinton, and has covered up Rick Davis’ Paperwork as best as he could. The ‘Secret Government’, is still in place. We WILL remember McCain has been in Government, a LONG TIME. Imagine that McCain has MORE POWER to fix the POLLS, and FIX PAPERWORK. How Will AMERICANS, Be able to trust a MYTHICAL SECRET ILLUMINATI. The Debates should NOT go on. Fox news was Bought, by special interest groups. Watch CNN and MSNBC. How many in the Senate are still corrupt. The Republican Cocus, has been caught in Lies TOO.
So the question becomes, what happened to paperwork?
Well United America. You already Know, you can not, get into collage without a Birth Certificate, Which the Collage had on Record. Yes, I would ask WHY, it Disappeared.
WHO DE-REGULATED, the OVER-SIGHT, of PAPERWORK RECORDS? The current government, has made people disappear BEFORE. WHY? Corruption? Buy offs? Well Bill Clinton and Rick Davis, STILL has not been Questioned, in FRONT of the WORLD. Notice how FOX NEWS does NOT, show ALL the STORY. WHY?
CNN and MSNBC, has shown MORE about BOTH Canidadates. Both SHOW mistakes made, by Obama, McCain, Palin, and Biden. FOX DOES NOT. Interesting…
Are we headed, for another Flip-Flopping, Senate?
The Out of Touch, Has been Caught Lying, and Would agree, then not agree.
WHY? Why has McCain, Not Givin’ his View on the Bill? The Out of Touch Senate, DOES NOT have the answer either. CNN and MSNBC ask ALL Senate Members. None can give an answer.
Call your Senate Office, and ask Why.
Watch on CNN and MSNBC as ALL the Senators, give the ANSWERS.
Be an INDEPENDATE VOTER. NO DEMOCRAT or REPUBLICAN VOTES, VOTE UNITED. INDEPENDANT, and FAIR. Who has access to fixing Paperwork. De-Reagulaters. ‘Free Market’ means NO PAPER WORK IS WANTED. Is Wall Street Crooks Gone Yet? NO. Is Paperwork Still Being Changed? YES. What will Corrupt Wall Street do? Hide the Money for Rick Davis? Another Clinton and Davis Fannie Mae? Has Goldman Sachs been De-Regulated? NO. So WHO CONTRIBUTED MONEY? :) WE SEE THEIR PICTURES. Thanks Guys…..You Just showed the world WHY the REPUBLICAN SENATE Can NOT AGREE…. :) BOTH DEMOCRATS and INDEPENDENCE ARE ASKING FOR INVESTIGATIONS. CNN and MSNBC. Notice how ABC is Now supporting McClinton Davis?

Or NBC- The National Barack Channel?
No way.
John McCain will make a definite MOVE tonight- because he is a DO-ER – not a poser.
Barry- The Aninted One” – will be at a sever disadvcantage, besides his obvious lack of experience: He had to leave his beloved tele-prompter home!!!
Count the ahs, ums and stammers.
Grab a beer and make some popcorn- this will be a SMACKDOWN.

It’s very simple. CNN is offering several high tech additions to their coverage this year that will keep technologically savvy voters more ENGAGED and people who text might be more inclined to watch if it’s less stale. It actually looks quite COOL with a live reaction meter along the bottom and a commentator scorecard (2 left, 2 right, 2 moderate) for people with HD. The other stations are also offering different stuff, but I think CNN looks the coolest. I don’t think they meant to cause a ruckus–if they REALLY wanted to promote a liberal leaning channel then MSNBC is definitely in the tank.

CNN is in bed with Hussein Obama is a fact. Also if you watch NBC’s Brian Williams you will note that he talks w/McCain with a critical voice and his facial expressions are mean looking, but when he speaks with The Chosen One, he is nice and sweet. Katic I cannot take; she’s as radical liberal as they come. Charles on ABC is the best to watch, even though he was really bad to Palin, mean actually. At least he does not act like he is married to Obama. The news in the U.S. has gone from bad to really, really bad. No democracy should have such bias news. It is controlled by the radical liberals, except for PBS and Fox. This is very damaging to America; we will have the young grow up who cannot think for themselves after listening to all the major networks and CNN…..brainwashed, just like Hitler did and Russia does.

ABC has not exactly been fair with Obama over the past year and a half. They have been very nasty to obama and so, maybe that is why.
They have promoted Hillary and McCain over obama and check with George’s sunday program and the round table is usually quite nasty towards Obama.
Fairness counts.

MSNBC is actually the most in love with
Obama and in complete hatred of Mccain/Palin or is it Palin/Mccain…
well this week it’s back to Mccain/Palin
CNN is still a little miffed with Mccain camp shunning their coverage before Obama went on his foreign abroad trip.
So, quite naturally CNN seem to be in Obama’s back pocket…You tick off the media and you get bias against your favor. Mccain should have invited him into his campaign travels.
It’s like the Papparazzi…you tell them to get away and they treat you crappy in their minor pursuits….

I am attaching this post from NoQuarter. Despite all the rigged polls through the MSM, this military wife catches Obama’s big lie.
Comment by Holden Caulfield | 2008-09-26 23:37:35
During the presidential debate, John McCain humbly mentioned wearing a bracelet in honor of a dead soldier and promptly shared the name of that soldier with us. Then Obama did something I found absolutely appalling. Obama said, “I gotta bracelet too, it’s uh, uh,…” and then he had to look down to read the name on the bracelet because he could not remember who the soldier was. As a military wife of a war veteran, this relayed clearly to me that Obama wears the bracelet bearing a dead soldier’s name as a political prop with no thought of the individual who made the ultimate sacrifice in giving his life in service to our country. I sincerely hope the American public sees Obama’s awful, heartless disrespect to the military shown over and over again in an internet or TV clip so the media can’t ignore it in their quest to bury Obama’s blunders.

CNN is the fascist product of what is crippling America today. They support a man and give him coverage like Germany was told how wonderful Hitler was. He got the youth vote and the propaganda began. The brain washing, the hype the euphoria. No difference, except we are talking about the greatest, democratic country in the world, or it once was. Men and women are dying as we speak, so CNN can tell us to vote for a man like Obama, done nothing for the poor, the blacks or main street. He is a manufactured product of our day and the people who love this country have to endure this.

CNN is not pro Obama this morning. Their logo for the ‘Candidates Today’ segment places McCain at the upper corner, brightly lit, smiling, and facing into the broad part of the screen. Obama is shown at the lower corner, lit darkly, and his smile is obscured by a shadow placed over his face, and he is facing towards the edge of the screen. Advertisers spend thousands to make images like this; this is blatant.
Posted by: Jerund | September 28, 2008, 8:22 am 8:22 am
I have yet to see CNN or any network challenge Obama for his post-debate ad and record falsifying campaign spin. Saturday, Obama made a HUGE DEAL of the “fact” that McCain ignored the middle class and workers in the debate.
Except that during the debate McCain said the following:
“We’re talking about failures on Main Street, and people who will lose their jobs, and their credits, and their homes.”
Seem that the DEMS only hear it when their own candidate talks about work and the middle class…
Q-TIPS, anyone?

Breaking News I live near Grand Rapids Michigan and today Obama had a rather large rally in the calder Plaza. I watched it from home here in the burbs. I just got away from the tele to let folks know what LOCAL news in Grand Rapids has reported and what we must all now assume a reporter interviewed one of the heads of the GOP there they confirmed it John McCain IS condeding Michigan they are pulling staff and resources OUT of Michigan then he said they will be monitoring the state. http://www.woodtv.com is one of the local stations to check this on. This does NOT mean that rightwinged 257 groups won’t stop running negative ads on Mccains behalf.
