Oh, That Joe! (No. 11 in a Series) — ‘Stand Up, Chuck!’

Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., loves to give shout-outs to the crowd, but this week in Columbia, Mo., he gave one he’d probably like to have back.

"Stand up, Chuck, let ‘em see ya," Biden asked Chuck Graham, a state senator.

A nice enough gesture.

Only problem is, Graham is in a wheelchair.

A second or two passed awkwardly….

"God love ya, what am I talking about?" Biden asked himself. "You can tell I’m new."

And then Biden got on with his stump speech….
