Bush Votes for McCain
As ABC News’ Jon Garcia reported yesterday, President George W. and First Lady Laura Bush cast their ballots Friday using early voting.
"For months the President has said he supports John McCain for president and of course he voted for him," White House press secretary Dana Perino said.
President Bush has not appeared at even one rally with Sen. McCain.
SNL has its take, too:

Republicans blame the main stream media for bad weather. After all, the forecast is being reported and it is raining on McCain.

“At this defining moment in our history, the question is not, ‘Are you better off than you were four years ago?’ We all know the answer to that,” Obama narrates. “The real question is will our country be better off four years from now? How will we lift our economy and restore America’s place in the world?”-BARACK OBAMA

All so-called “journalists” should be deeply ashamed.
The first step to loss of freedom is the loss of a free press. Today’s press has brought about it’s own demise by promoting one political point of view to the exclusion of fair reporting.
News should the reporting of facts, without opinion. What happened, where it happened, when it happened, who said it, what they said, where they said it.
Journalists opinions should be clearly marked as editorials.
The old media is dying as they see less readers, fewer advertisers and more and more layoffs.
It’s a good thing. Cancel your newspaper, quit watching alphabet channel news and let these producers of political opinion know that you want unbiased news.

Mike says “November 4th is our chance to begin building a better future for our families, our communities, and this country that we love”
I guess he is talking about what it will be like when Jay Z is in the cabinet running education and Rev Wright is the head of HUD. Raines gets the treasury spot as he bought it fair and square.
I am the first to admit Obama has won it. Things just look like they might be a little troubling down the line.

Lynn2008 – I am with you. This has been a sell out by the American media. Colbert is more conservative than msnbc.
And one asks, what kind of country are we going to become.

Good for Mccain. But Bush vote is not enough for him to win the WHITE HOUSE.
This will also deminish Mccain popularity amongst the Independence voters.

This is the final nail in McCain’s political coffin: the most unpopular President in modern times voting for his successor. Does the President reallly think his endorsement of such a failed campaign is going to make any difference?

After eight wasted years
in Washington the president
wastes his vote by voting
for the wrong man.
