Obama: Michelle a Better Dancer than McCain

Sen. Barack Obama danced to James Brown’s "Get Up Offa That Thing" – while the TV screen showed a split screen of Michelle Obama dancing form her appearance on Ellen back in September.
"Let me tell you that Michelle may be a better dancer. But I’m convinced I’m a better dancer than John McCain," Obama joked.
Ellen agreed, "I am too."
The dialogue then went from dancing to the upcoming Halloween holiday as Senator Obama described his daughter’s costume choices this year.
"Sasha, the younger one, is a corpse bride and Malia is gonna be an evil fairy. I’ve got to admit they both look too cute," Senator Obama said yet apparently fonder of scarier costumes, "They’re not scary enough for my taste I want them to have blood dripping."
Obama joked that he thought about bringing out an old pirate costume that he still has in his closet for one of the presidential debates.
Ellen and Senator Obama discussed her ongoing effort to get George Clooney on her show – and Obama assured her jokingly that he was going to appoint Clooney to be Ambassador to the Ellen Show, "We would have you and him sit down without preconditions," he said, and
"resolve any differences you may have."

I remember back in the March and April timeframe when the likes of Jackt and Vanessa and Thinking were all claiming that Obama was not about politics as usual and was going to be above the fray. Please note that Obama attacks McCain multiple times daily, and 24×7 by his advertising. Yet, the MSM goes into a frenzy when McCain directs a single word at Obama. The MSM is doing everything in its power to pick the guy that they think will sell the most copy in the future because he will engage in the most screwups. How can Obama possibly screw up more than George Bush. Just wait and see.

The VC gave him cushy pillows and lots of nice comforts because he was a nice “songbird”. That was their nickname for him as he violated the servicemans oath and collaborated with the enemy when he was in “captivity” He should be a darned good dancer if he hadnt crashed 5 jets. Its not the VCs fault he got injured in his wreckless attempts to be a big hero.

By the way, what is the current PR blitz about Obama going to visit his poor granny who is on her deathbed. And Obama is dancing around at the same time? That does not look like befitting behavior for an empathetic man. What’s up with that? It actually sounds like Obama is attempting to cruise his way in the White House. It’s the classic rabbit versus the turtle story. Does the rabbit ever win that one?

I agree. Maybe 5 years in the Hanoi Hilton would change the odds a bit on this dance contest. That’s not a threat, but good Lord what a cruel thing to say. That’s as bad, if not worse then the ad about McCain being to old to work a computer. The difference is…the dance comment came after the information flooded in, about McCains physical limitations.
So they make another inane, insensitive comment, and Jake thinks it’s so cute, he just had to share.
Gawd how small and petty is this?
The girls costumes will be adorable. I hope they have a lot of fun, on Halloween.

Aw, shucks, what a cutie! That Obama sure is swell, isn’t he? He can dance, but not too well. But better than that old codger McCain. (Notice he didn’t bring up Sarah Palin– she was grooving pretty well on SNL the other night) He’s as adorable as that goofy regular guy, Joe Biden, who is his running mate. The one who stars in that “oh, that joe” series.

Keep up, darlin’. The footage of MICHELLE was from September. Obama filmed his appearance on Ellen from FLorida today, apparently. He was talkign about the girls’ Halloween costumes and such, remember? Yes, he did find time this week to appear by satellite on Ellen from the campaign trail. It’s not his first Ellen appearance– he danced then, too, in person with Ellen– and it probably won’t be his last. No time for press conferences, but he can answer Ellen’s probing questions. What a guy!

Doesnt Barry understand you should always put family last!!!! Why is Obama’s recent comment that he is definitely a better dancer than McCain not racist since this plays into the stereotype that black people are inherently better dancers than white people…but when Joe the Plumber comments that Obama’s tap dance is almost as good as Sammy Davis Jr’s, everyone jumps on this as being a racist remark? I’m sure that I’ll be branded racist for bringing this fact to light.

How much did the outfit Barack Obama wore on the Ellen show cost? Does it have to be dry cleaned after busting a move on the show? How much will that cost? Will he be able to pack it along for his trip to see is seriously ill grandmother (in a day or so) or will he bring other clothes? How much did those other clothes cost? Will he use a suitcase? How much did the suitcase cost? *eye roll*
