SUMMARY
I love and respect Dr. Ron Paul and Ms. Carol Paul. They are wise, loving and courageous.
I am voting for Senator Obama because if I vote for my candidate of choice, Dr. Ron Paul, we might see a repeat of the last election and end up with a warmongering, inarticulate, Republican warmongering President who never really had to live in my shoes as a member of the struggling middle-class.
I believe that the American People are slowly becoming wise enough to see through the blatant manipulation of election results by the mainstream media that is owned and controlled by big business and by the two reigning political parties.
I am confident that by the next Presidential election in 2012 that the majority of American Citizens will know about:
1) the beliefs and record of Dr. Ron Paul;
2) the weakness of our present two party system; and
3) the existence and party platforms of other alternatives such as Green, Constitution and Libertarian parties. I am confident that the REVOLUTION Dr. Ron Paul started against the big business controlled media and two reigning political parties will continue to benefit our nation for the greater good.

I say – BRING IT ON! Our present health care system benefits big business and illegal aliens, not the American citizen or the American health care providers. I have lived without health insurance and I know from personal experience that the present system degrades the health of American Citizens on a daily basis. Once all Americans have health care – without the huge glut of illegal aliens – we can consider other options as Dr. Paul suggests. I see it as a possible evolution from where we are now to where we and Dr. Paul wants us to be.

John McCain’s policies are very similar to Presidant Hoover. Take this from an old man who was born in 1933 and as a child watched as many familys came past our home and asked for a meal which my mother would give to them. They were good people and would say a prayer of thanks to God and my parents. Then they would continue on their way. I did not know where they were going and worried if they would have a roof over their heads at night. We had very little our selves and may never have asked. I wonder if we are headed under this capitalstic system with the wealth in the hands of the very few. The very rich seem to be in great terror that they may have to pay a fair tax on their mostly ill-gotten wealth which they claim to have worked so hard. They should try digging their existence out of a rocky hillside for a garden as we did as familys and children during Hoovers republican administration. Back then we had what they called old age pention, which if you were lucky enough to be qualified after the age of sixty five, would get a check which may be in the range of ten to twenty dollars a month. If it wasn’t for the Democratic Party the American people would not have social security, medicare, pensions, Unions, and unemployment benefits that we do today because the Republican Party have always called it Socialism and has fought it, tooth and nail, and will to stop any entitlement benefits for the old, the disabled, the widows, the poor and the sick.
But they are very happy to have the sons and daughters of these same people to fight and protect their fortunes when they are threatened. An old indian once said a man who sends his women to do his fighting for him is a disgrace I and a cowered.
I’m afraid that the great sacrifices of our people from the American Revolution through till Irac may have been forgotten by our legislators and our leaders in Washington.
The Patriotism and loality of our sons and daughters are to be commended and I pray for their victory and safe return every day. I pray for their familys who
seem to be alone in their greatest of all sacrifices and stress that they endure for all of us. The blood and the wounds of our solders should shame any wealthy or poor man whining about paying too much taxes to support their efforts and sacrifices for us.

I want all of you deluded, moronic liberals to remember this particular comment three years from now…and also think back really hard what it was really like during those horrible years of Bush before your socialist friends took power in 2006 and 2008. Your in for a very shocking next 4 years if your messiah gets elected. You think this is all just right wing fear and the usual politics of propaganda. Guess what? You will get a chance to relive the Depression if Obama squeezes this one out and joins Pelosi and Reid in putting through higher taxes and bigger spending ($1 TRILLION over 4yrs). Those actions will pretty much guarantee we will all get a chance to see dark financial times like those in the 1930s. Regarding your comments about digging a living out of the rocky hillside ….did you do that in your diapers? Herbert Hoover’s administration ended the year you were born…so I am thinking maybe you are exaggerating a bit or having a Joe Biden moment (FDR/TV..you know the one). The “old folks” I listen to for advice (my Depression era parents) are voting for McCain, as are all my dad’s surviving brothers and sisters. Since they all happened to have served in the military during WWII, the Korean War and/or in Vietnam, this whole rich letting the young and poor die in wars does not quite fly or at least my family members are not complaining. And all that DEMs are wonderful and gave us so much…hogwash. They did not create the programs you cited for altruistic reasons, they rammed them through to create a dependent class and to get reelected.
Vote for Obama if you want. But don’t blame me if you get to relive your youth and have to scratch out a living from that rocky hillside again.

For those of you who are all giddy over Powells endorsement of Obama, Don’t try to make it something that its not. Colin Powell based his support on what almost every other person who is voting for Obama has and it is race. Some people are voting for him because they can personally identify with him and the rest want to be able to say that they voted for a black man so that thier friends think they are open minded and inclusive. I say this because if you are voting for him because of his policies you need to seriously re-evaluate your priorities.
