Governor Charles Barkley

Um…not so likely anymore. (Reader discretion advised.)

Being outed in the press for being on the receiving end of this act didn’t stop Clinton, did it? Maybe Barkley can lower his sites, and go for US Senator from New York or Illinois.

Clinton at least wasn’t hooking up with street people.

Jake doesn’t it depend on if he moces…I mean quite a few of those “red states” now have leaders in their religious communities that have done less and they are still making boocoo moneys and “leading”
He might do well on a ticket in Florida…or Utah? heck with that kind of record he may get the endorsement of some of those “forgiven” leaders who were “sorry” for “falling from God”
I’d rather have the guy who say..”well…to be honest…”
rather than the guy who says “it’s a lynching” and then the photos, texts and phone call taps come out

I guess his wife was really proud of his truthful answer. You gotta hand it to Barkley. Years ago, he said that he doesn’t want to be a role model for kids. He’s being very consistent.

Don’t be so sure, look at what happened in 2008, people see what they want to see and choose to ignore the rest this probably won’t harm his chances with the type of voters that we have in this country.

He’s been republican, democrat and independent. Like any politician (or potential politician), the party he runs under means nothing to him. He just sees the advantage in being democrat in this current environment. Voters are yelling nasty party-based names at each other, grasping onto and rabidly defending whatever politician runs as “their party,” no matter how criminal or immoral, and the politicians themselves laugh.
And yes, he’ll probably win.

Even without this. COME ON. Do you think for even one nanosecond that Barkley had a chance to be Governor of ALABAMA.
Get real.

“…speak out on race in Arizona ….get followed day and night ….”
He ran a stop sign, then when the cop turned on his lights, the honorable Mr Barkley simply stopped, blocking traffic. Did you even read the report? The cop was stopped in a parking space watching for drunks at about one in the morning. Cop didn’t know the race of the driver, and you don’t know the race of the cop. Kinda tough to pull the race card from that deck, now matter how you stacked it.
