I find that many of Rush’s critics have not listened to him; therefore they spread incorrect information. Rush said he hoped Obama’s current stimulus package fails (nothing to do with Obama’s success as President). If you take the time to read where the money is allocated in the current stimulus package, you will find that it’s loaded with pork. Very little there to stimulate the economy. Obama said he would never sign a bill that was loaded with pork – guess we’ll see. If you strictly gave the money to American households, each would receive thousands of dollars. You’ll be lucky to get a few hundred dollars.
Liberals are always defending free speech – but only for liberals. Why are NPR (has to receive gov’t money to survive), Air America and liberal talk show hosts failing? Because no one listens to them.
For eight years we heard the most vile things said about President Bush (I’m sure our enemies loved it) – but now we are not supposed to criticize Obama.
I was a Democrat for 25 years, until I realized that 35 years of a Congress controlled by Democrats ruined the country (by enacting all the entitlements and free rides). And here we go again! I think the voters who elected Obama will be surprised to find he has clay feet. Right now he has to make good on promises to those who elected him (i.e. – the right to sue, without time limits, for equal pay is a payback to the labor unions).
There are actually free loaders out there who think they will be rich this year because Obama will pay their bills (take money from successful businesses and successful individuals and give it to them). That’s why they voted for him.
The reason more and more companies are laying off employees is because of the threats Obama made about more taxes for businesses.
