ABC News’ Rick Klein Reports: I spent the morning on the Washington Mall today — soon to be the site of one of the largest gatherings of humanity in American history, for tomorrow’s inaugural events. A full 24 hours early, the buzz of anticipation is real, evidenced by the fact that strangers are saying hello to each other. A few people say they’re trying to meet at least one person from all 50 states, and are walking around with checklists. I snapped a few photos of the early activities on my iPhone — home of the new ABC News application, and where I’ll be twittering from today and tomorrow.
