I see alot of complaining and negative criticism about the paths chosen to try to get our country moving in the right direction. What I fail to see are any constructive solutions being offered. It's rather simple to blurb out numbers to show this guy or that guy recieved funds for whatever reason. Lets face it, there's corruptio0n and greed on both sides of the isle. There's also people on both sides trying their best to come up with solutions to the terrible problems facing the country. So on a positive note. I would put this out there. We need to stop tying healthcare to employment. Our businesses in America can never compete globally when their healthcare costs excede the cost of doing business. Starbucks pays more for healthcare for employees that it pays for coffee. Are they a coffee provider or a healthcare provider?? We do need major changes in our country and if EVERYONE would concentrate on positive solutions instead of concentrating on how the "other side" are all crooks it would be a good 1st step. Any politician unable to obey the law and do what they were elected to do.. improve the lives of americans, should promtly be voted out of office. I can think of several high ranking officals from both parties that appear unable to do that. Lets stop the negative complaining and elect some better people to represent us.

If you voted for Obama, you got snookered. What can you say? Soon, the money will run out. Then China stops buying our bad debt and, presto, Obama is out of magic tricks to satisfy his voter base.

Obama - "Change You Can Count On" (that's because after he gets done, all you'll have left is a little spare change).

Wow, the republicans who did all the comments, really have not been aware of what just happened for the last 8 years. Unbelievable. Spending, lets see, BUSH - two wars, a new department that does not even work, more security that does not work at the airports and ports, hmmmmmm, what else, oh yeah the vacations he constantly takes. And him being the 36th ranked president of our nation. If anyone is petty, corrupted or disillusioned, it is pretty much the republicans. It is unfortunate to explain rational behavior to irrational people, so I wont. I just know that in the last 30 days, I have seen a leader, than a frat boy who can not even complete a sentence. Sounds republican to me. Bunch of fearmongers, haters and the like. There is another group that arose with those traits.

B, What exactly would you like the Republicans to do? It's all well and good have Obama say he wants to be bi-partisan, but that doesn't matter a hill of beans since he had Pelosi and Reid write the legislation. Did he push the Democrat leadership to include Republicans in the writing or amending of the spending bill? No he didn't. He got to take the photo op by having Republicans over at the White House to say "Oh I'm bi-partisan!!" while knowing the whole time that when it came time to put the bill together, Republicans would basically be blocked from the process.
Obstructionists? They should be when that is the only choice left because you don't get invited to the party to write the legislation or make any significant amendments to it.
Think on this, the spending bill details out that even if a Governor declines the bailout money for their state that the State Congress can still take the money and spend it. How exactly does unsurping the checks and balance of the State government sit with you???

We're being "rescued" to death! Enough already! At the rate Obama is spending, he'll add $37,777 trillion to the deficit at the end of 4 years! Now T
THAT'S change we can count on!
Does he have a problem with reality? Does he realize the average salary of the average American?
The banking "crisis" wouldn't have gotten so bad had the government NOT gotten involved in the first place - says many economists! Enough already!
Please - no more government, no more government intervention, no "fixes", blunders aplenty! Let capitalism work! Please!
And Obama, please, quit with the threats already. We aren't a foreign nation you can bully around! We are American citizens and those Governors were representing US!

I wish the republicans will grow up to be able to have a civil discussion with the President.
At the end of the day, President OBAMA is responsible and also accountable for the vision of this Nation.
Just being ostructionists is rather a poison to our democracy.

What is also becoming a big joke from the Sainted One is the fact every time someone complains about a portion he claims well it is only $7billion or $5 billion. Well add all those exceptions up and they quickly become a good portion of the bill. You know a billion here a billion there and soon you have $800 billion.

Seems more of the same from the Sainted One. He is talking out of both sides of his pis hole. First he says we can debate the issues then says cable chatter is a problem. The man would make Custer look honest to the Indians.
