Politics Live: McCain’s ‘Twitterview’

Back in the campaign, he practically bragged about his lack of technological acumen. So who would have guessed that Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., would be part of the first ever "Twitterview," with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos?

ABC’s Rick Klein and David Kerley chat it over with Bret Hovell, who covered the McCain campaign for ABC News last year. As unlikely as it seems, Twitter has become a piece of McCain’s post-campaign persona — a key part of how he’s communicating with the public.

This was cute, but I’m not sure if it;ll catch on. Besides the silliness of the answers, what if politicians took advantage of the anonymity and simply had an adviser impersonate him/her?
