Some Dems Not Comfortable With Obama Budget Plans

ABC News’ Rick Klein reports: While many Republicans have expressed concern about the number of earmarks in the spending bill going through Congress, a growing chorus of Democrats are standing up against the bill as well. Sen. Evan Bayh, D-Ind., and Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wisc., both said Wednesday they’re going to vote against the bill and they want Obama to veto it because of the pork barrel spending.
