Chris Kennedy to run for Senate
EmailABC News’ Jonathan Karl reports: Chris Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy and nephew of John F. Kennedy, is going to run for the US Senate seat now held by Illinois Senator Roland Burris, "He’s in," a source close to Kennedy tells ABC News. Kennedy is a long-time Chicago businessman who has largely stayed clear of Illinois politics, but he was encouraged to run by former Commerce Secretary Bill Daley who had considered running for the seat but declined. Kennedy is currently the president of Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., which the company bills as "the largest commercial building in the world." Kennedy has lived in Chicago since 1987 and graduated from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in 1994. –Jonathan Karl

I am so sick of abc and diane sawyer, she
is the one with a double standard. When
its her people in trouble, she never tells
the ask questions, but when its the other
side twists anything to get her way. the
reason the tvs stations are loosing on the
ratings. believe me. now, there is a
knew Kennedy coming in the scene I wonder
what kind of baggage he is bringing, I am
not over Ted Kennedy and mary jo k. huh

Another unqualified politician from Chicago, and a worthless Kennedy to boot. Chicago knows how to pick them as shown by the number of politicans under indictments and in prison and their highest in the land tax rates and their criminal led union thugs. Thank goodness, a non-lifetime politican and a successful business. Sure sounds like a lot of whinning from the conservatives on this blog. Guess they can see the writing on the wall. When all else fails, which the repubs have done time and time again over the last eight years, just complain. You know when you have a real loser – - when they sign their comments as “former democrat, conservative, values-based, or dittohead.”
