And she will win. she came so close without none of the black vote and female republicans will register in draw as democrat to get her the nomination. No the saying about 'first african american' and first woman president looks pretty good.
Her run in 2008 sent ripple effect for women around the world. look what happen in Koweit and imagine if she is the president. That the best that could happen to women at home and around the world.
In 2012 Obama should be the last person to talk about NAFTA, the war in Irak and every and every lies he used to beat hillary. No amount of favorable media could help him. On top of it it will be a fight for the control of the party. The establishment, pelosi Dodd kennedy are not looking good now and might not be around then.

Obama is a winner! Obama wins again. The guy is wise and knows how to play the game with the kooky Republicans. He beats them at every turn and the Republicans are frustrated..they don't know how to deal with the Obama man..he is too smart for them.

Why on earth was LIZ CHENEY given a seat at the roundtable? First, she is not a journalist or an establised stategist/journalist like Carville. Second, she has absolutely NO objectivity on one of the main subjects of the day, her father. (Ever heard of conflict of interest? She should have recused herself in dicussion of her father.) Third, why three GOP voices and two DEM--what happened to balance? Third, she was rude, talking over other guests, interrupting etc. "This Week" got McLaughlinized and just went down a few pegs in my estimation. And I've been watching for years--since well before Brinkley retired. Shame on you.

One other thing. Obama's many cave-ins, flip-flops, what have you, has encouraged the extreme right (as evidenced by the planned protests at Notre Dame today) to think that they can keep pushing him to adopt republican positions; maybe even the far right's agenda.
I doubt you will agree because you appear to be a die-hard Obama supporter but with the benefit of longer range thinking and distance from D.C., that's how I see it turning out.

Looking into my crystal ball, I see that Obama is rapidly turning himself into a one term president. He has abandoned what should have been his base and attempted to create a new base by appealing to moderate republicans. But when all is said and done, if the republicans comes up with a semblance of a decent candidate, moderate republicans will no doubt return. If the republicans do not come up with a decent candidate, I think moderate republicans will choose to not vote for Obama. The democratic party is in the process of giving away all their gains.
More and more I'm seeing the effect of "political gamesmanship" on regular Americans as somewhere between useless (democrats) and disastrous (republicans). I choose to not be a cheerleader to this mess.

Obama said bi partisan and he meant it.
Seems for him a WIN is USA wins.
I could not imagine realease of those pics before his trip or if he plans to get some hope of a tentative peace or stop the terrorists already targeting troops over there as i heard, or before the prosecutors look at what can be done with the architects of torture.
Do we really need to for symbolical end to close GITMO and spread the detainees out or do we just need to make sure there is no more toture and they get some civl rights and fair trials ASAP? What is the difference if they just change quarters?
Hey,USA instant gratification is what got us here
SOME THINGS WE NEED TO WAIT FOR. Obama can do it slow and steady and get it right . We can't afford any more of the jump and think later like the last 8.

Obama wins again! This guy is so smart, he's always one step above everybody. Smart president! took me eight years to be able to say that.
