Is Bob Dole pushing Petraeus for president?

In an interview with Politico, former Senate Republican leader Bob Dole says he would like to see Gen. David Petraeus run for president as a 2012 version of Dwight Eisenhower.

If you'd like to know why Dole thinks Petraeus can be like Ike, tune into "This Week" on Sunday when the former Republican presidential candidate will be part of a special roundtable which also includes former Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle, Rep. Mike Pence, R-Ind., and Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif.

The main topic of discussion will be health-care reform, but we'll be sure to slip in a Gen. Petraeus question to see what former Sen. Dole is thinking.

This Sunday we'll also talk with White House press secretary and top Obama adviser Robert Gibbs about the president's upcoming health-care speech to a Joint Session of Congress.
