Without just laws and due process of law we have nothing but anarchy. Before slavery was outlawed it was legal, that did not make it just. When women were denied the right to vote it was legal but it was not just.
The ability to detain someone without charges, evidence or any process of due law is unjust regardless of how ‘legal’ they may claim it to be.

Do you remember September 19, 2008 ??? The commercial paper (debt) market froze up putting tens of thousands of businesses, big and small in risk of going out of business. The U.S. economy had gone into cardiac arrest. REPUBLICAN ECONOMIC POLICIES DEMONSTRATED THEIR UTTER FAILURE. Republican. Failure.
