Coming Up: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Mayor Rudy Giuliani
An update for our program this Sunday: We’ve added former Mayor Rudy Giuliani. He was the mayor of New York on 9/11. What does he think of the decision to try those accused of masterminding the 9/11 attacks in New York City?
And…As the Obama Administration edges closer to a decision on Afghanistan, I’ll talk to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about the U.S. plan for troops and whether the President has an exit strategy. She’ll answer critics who say the Administration is “dithering” and how the U.S. can avoid an open-ended commitment. And we’ll ask the former Senator from New York for her reaction to the 9/11 terror trial decision.
George Will, Bob Woodward of the Washington Post, Washington Week’s Gwen Ifill, New York Times Columnist David Brooks and David Corn of Mother Jones join me on our roundtable. We’ll debate the Justice Department’s Guantanamo decision, which has already sparked strong reaction, Sarah Palin’s new book, Going Rogue, which hits bookstores next week and the latest on the Fort Hood shooting. You won’t want to miss it. See you Sunday.

George!! Ask her if she will use a failed healthcare reform initiative by Obama as ammo in her 2012 campaign.

Obama Wrong On Terrorist Trial In NYC. Obama Wrong On HealthCare.
Obama Wrong On The Economy.
3 Strikes.
I suspect the Terrorist will go free on some technecality and Americans will go to jail if they don’t buy Health Insurance.
No Obama 2nd Term.

Geesh Brooks? Brooks is a democrat who cloaks himself as a moderate republican. I like all points of view but please have real conservatives on to represent that side not Frum and Brooks. I can see the whole table setting around dumping on Sarah Palin so predicitble I won’t have to watch. I liked it when Malkin and Ingraham made appearences. I mean you have real liberals on why not real conservatives.

George – your wording is too funny:
“We’ve added former Mayor Rudy Giuliani. He was the mayor of New York on 9/11.”
No kidding, really? Is there any other reason he’d be on?
Giuliani is a one-trick pony who, in spite of being mayor of NYC during 9/11, hasn’t bothered to learn anything about terrorism.
Expect him to spout the usual GOP talking points about Dems putting our country in danger. Nothing to see here.
Who is on Meet the Press???

Ask them both about the President bowing to the Saudis and the Japanese Emperor. Americans, especially American Presidents, bow to no one.

Well at least every hour those of a certain ilk spend kvetching about good manners on an international stage is an hour they’re not making up and spreading lies about health care reform.
On another note, I can’t wait till this whole “dithering” thing falls out of favor. Is it just me or does dithering sound like something vaguely private and sleazy?
(kidding, but I’m soooo tired of that word! I’m also tired of Rudy Guiliani– what a surprise that he’d be back on air when the topics du jour have anything to do with 9/11– noun, verb and all that)

LOL. If there is anything that’s overtly obvious, it is that the administration has zero plan on Afghanistan.
