Has President Obama Been Convinced that Hasan was a Terrorist?

That was my first thought when I first heard the President raise his voice as he said these words today at Fort Hood:

“It may be hard to comprehend the twisted logic that led to this tragedy," Obama said. "But this much we do know – no faith justifies these murderous and craven acts; no just and loving God looks upon them with favor. And for what he has done, we know that the killer will be met with justice – in this world, and the next.”

Here the President seems to have judged that Hasan was not criminally insane, but a political terrorist – twisted, to be sure – but acting consciously, driven to “murderous and craven” acts by a perverted reading of the Muslim faith. And how about this conscious effort to equate today’s military with “the greatest generation”:

The President said, “You may remember the stories of a grandfather who marched across Europe; an uncle who fought in Vietnam; a sister who served in the Gulf. But as we honor the many generations who have served, I think all of us – every single American – must acknowledge that this generation has more than proved itself the equal of those who have come before. We need not look to the past for greatness, because it is before our very eyes.”

Powerful words, well delivered.  From a man who seems convinced that one of  America’s own convinced himself to kill on behalf of America’s enemies.  And from a President who seems prepared to call for more sacrifice to defeat those enemies.

Doesn’t matter. Even with this stuff staring them all straight in the face, political correctness paralyzes them from doing anything. Let’s take a scenario whereby a white soldier has contacts with a white supremist group, and pledges his allegiance to the white race before his country.
Do think *he* would be promoted to Major? Do you think *he* would still be in the army? No, and rightly so, but when it comes to Muslims saying the exact same thing… oh, no… we can’t say anything about that lest we hurt somebody’s feelings.
And 13 people die and two score more wounded. And yet General Casey thinks that losing diversity would be *worse* than what happened.
We may be doomed.

Ok so why not use the word terrorist or the phrase war on terror? Because of political correctness which will lead to more terror.

Ferrari5858 – Wow… one more time huh..
Where exactly wil you draw the line?
he lied about his associations, his experience, he is destroying our economy, our country all for the sake of power. He jumped to immediate conclusions and called a white cop stupid before he got the whole story but waits days before even giving the impression that he considers a muslim who kills a dozen people to be a terrorist..
How many “actions” do you need to see before you see the truth about this man?

Posted by: arkievet | November 10, 2009, 5:09 pm 5:09 pm

Good speeches don’t end the PC nonsense that has infected our society. All it does is lead to future good speeches after future attacks.
As obvious as Hasan’s actions were, the President *still* couldn’t bring himself to admit what the problem is. Until he does, people will continue to ignore the these kinds of problems for fear of being called a “racist”.
Mayor Richard Daley blamed it on guns. Our leaders are clueless.

Perhaps Obama is sympathic to the guy. Everyone deserves a second chance. Just open the gates to Gitmo, prisons and US Borders (sorry, the US Borders are already open). Its just a feeling because everyone’s actions are based on their feelings. Look at the last Presidential election, everyone’s feelings would of been hurt if Obama was not elected. We cannot hurt anyone’s feelings in todays society, that may risk inadequacies on their part. And the result of that would be horrible, perhaps even a lawsuit. Instead do it the new high-tech way – just TEXT it to them.

Another huge loss in this story is the hard work of the mental health professionals who are tarnished by this act of treason and treachery. How difficult will it be for a vet now to go to mental health to deal with personal/stress issues and feel confident in their sincerity to help…and how difficult for these professionals to re-establish credibility with the people they strive to serve. The casualty count of this heinous act will never be completely calculated.

No faith justifies, huh? How hard is it to say Islamic faith? Christians get raked over the coals because we don’t even want unborn babies aborted. Yet, this idiot Muslim goes in and MURDERS our own brave men and women, and he gets “clumped in” with all the other “faiths”. Sorry Charlie, no deal. How can you equate any other faith with his? Last time I checked, Christians don’t go around murdering people because they don’t worship Jesus, they try to use their faith to help. (And, yes, there ARE exceptions). I never thought I’d see the day that political correctness would put our own military in harm’s way on our own soil.

Obama did a good job today—he read off a teleprompter. His handlers probably had to muzzle him good after obama showed his true colors again on the day of the shooting as he used the incident to play celebrity, send out shout outs to buds in the audience, pat his loonie administration on the back, and showed no emotion or sorry for the troops murdered at the emergency speech that supposed to be about the shooting. Todays stunt was nothing but a photo opt of a ever lying fraud that now occupies the white house.

Michelle looked great, very somber and appropriate.
Obama can’t undo his “afraid of a backlash” BS after the attack. The reason troops didn’t report Hasan was because they were afraid of the PC/Eric Holder garbage of harping on discrimination.
This is the same administration that have no problem with armed Black Panthers yelling racial epiteths at white voters as they went to vote in Philly in 2008.
The PC is crazy.
Michelle Looked great. That is the only complimentary thing that can be said. God bless our troops.

George, the words were off a teleprompter. The man was a TERRORIST and Obama doesn’t want to jump to conclusions until we have the facts. He thinks he may have cracked. Cracked from what? PRE-tramatic stress? He had never been in battle, and he was repeatedly promoted, even though he was receiving below standard evaluations, because minorities MUST be promoted.
The news media need to begin REPORTING on this President instead of REPEATING whatever he tells you to.

I wonder if Al-Qa’ida extremists ever reach the point where they “…could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and killing their own people.” Ten-fold more Afghans (Muslims) and Iraqis (Muslims) are killed by Al-Qa’ida bombs than Americans or all westerners combined. If you are a Muslim, think about it. Look at today’s bombing in Quetta by Taliban takfiris. They killed 24 Muslim men, women, and children. You think Allah will smile upon them for this? No.

I wouldn’t say I’d blame you for this logic. After all, you’re probably not used to the idea of a leader showing having the having the capabilities to muster the courage to face different situations all at once. I too came to learn just because I am ignorant of something does not mean it’s not possible. I could see why you would think he had no compassion. Perhaps he was big enough to internalize what was coming while not wanting to spoil the moment for the Native Americans. I could certainly see why it could be interpreted as such perhaps by small minded individuals.

Obama’s comments do not presume that the Ft. Hood shooter was a religious terrorist – but they do presume that no faith can truly justify such acts and that no person of faith can reconcile such acts with true faith. There is a big difference.
This deranged killer either may or may not have been motivated by religious fervor – but he WILL face the one true God and he WILL have to answer for this senseless violence. And meanwhile, he is going to have to answer to a court of justice right here.

Wasn’t Obama quick to judge the white police officer at Cambridge University? Didn’t Obama refer to the officer’s response as ‘acting stupidly’?
Yet when it comes to a muslim who had radical ties to suspected terrorists, spoke about homicide bombers as ‘heroes’, and jumped on a table screaming Allahu Akbar while he gunned down his unarmed victims in cold blood, we are told by Obama ‘don’t rush to conclusions’???? Who is he trying to kid? We weren’t born yesterday.
Obama’s remarks were not reassuring. He is an actor and a professional campaigner for he, himself, and him. It’s never about the country or his countrymen, it’s all about him and creating the image in us to supposedly remember him as the modern day Abraham Lincoln. He is nothing like Abraham Lincoln.
Obama’s lukewarm remarks and his slowness to admit to the facts of this mass murder make me truly wonder where his loyalties lie. It can only seriously make me question whether he is sympathetic to this man.

Obama will never admit that a terrorist attack took place by an American soldier on American soil on his watch. He will therefore go to all tortured lengths to explain this act away as anything but the terrorism that it so clearly is.

If he does believe it watch the white house try to downplay it.
A terrorist(acting alone or not) attacking a military base on US soil and succeeding in killing a dozen people and over thirty others does not bode well for his anti terror strategy.
It gives him a political headache of political scale.
Except for their most ardent fans or supporters it looks B A D bad for this new ‘feel good’ Democrat administration and their cheer leader congress men and women.

In support of the President, military, FBI, Homeland Security and all others STILL investigating this attack: give them time to FINISH the investigation.
Just because no one is ready to officially declare motivation does NOT mean they are stupid, hiding something, or want to somehow justify what Hasan did.
We Americans are spoiled in that we think we have the right to know every little step in an investigation. Please remember: the enemy will also hear what we hear. That is usually a very BAD thing during and ONGOING investigation.

“Amazing how many of you hate the president, he can’t do anything right I suppose.

Bonnie, it is true that there are the lunatic fringe who will hate the sitting POTUS no matter what. And that is true whether the President is Republican or Democrat.
But, please understand that many people have very valid reasons for disagreeing with President Obama. Some truly do not like just about anything he does.
Many, like me, have the intelligence to realize that he (like all presidents) will do great things, good things, so-so things, and downright wrong things.
Just because we may oppose President Obama does not mean we are stupid, hateful, spiteful, despicable, racist, or any of the other vile names many like you call us.
The President is a politician. He wants to continue being the President for a second term. He MUST consider his image in all things he does. Just like all other politicians who want to be re-elected.
I personally believe that he is definitely thinking about that while he considers his position on exactly how to describe what Hasan does. Do you, as a supporter, want him saddled with a terrorist attack on his watch?

Historically, Christianity came to power under Caesar Augustus Constantine when he figured out it was much cheaper to pay the troops in salvation than money. That farce is still going on today, see above.
Considering that the United States just lost WWII to Toyota, Daimler Benz and Fiat, what did the “Great War” really prove? Why would Hasan have been such a marvelous hero if he’d have just waited a few months and shot up a bunch of people in Afghanistan?
Any one who thinks this is not a Holy War is nuts! While Ala is guarantying 52 virgins in heaven, what is our God offering? Eternity with Jerry Falwell? I don’t know what you call that, but it sure ain’t heaven to me! The problem with an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth and a life for a life is that it will eventually leave the entire world blind, toothless and dead. Is that really such a good deal?

If so, you are in the wrong country. That’s not how this great nation works. All Americans have the right to express their opinions openly, honestly, and without fear of oppression or censorship.
You do not get to play censor. So keep posting your opinions, but understand that those you disagree with can do the same.

Our elected representatives AND those they picked to serve under them made some very bad decisions over the past few years. But the blame does NOT all rest on one party.
President Obama wanted the job, he campaigned on how he could do a much better job.
Well, he got the job. It’s time to DO the job and quit blaming others.

“to destroy america”
———-
Paul, America has not been destroyed. We have bounced back from a lot worse, and we will overcome these problems also.
Unless, of course, we continue this constant pointing-of-fingers and spiteful name-calling.
Our nation is in greater danger of being torn apart by party politics than any economic crisis.

Maybe, only maybe keep the opinions sensible, intelligent and should not promote hatred from the enemies because of the arrogance of certain contributors. You love your country, good, but think first before going public is all I would say.

That is excellent advice, Pana. But do you see where your comments to Tom could well be considered as arrogant?
You posted that the President was too good for the likes of …certain Americans. I would say such comments could well give encouragement to our enemies to know that we are being so spiteful to each other.
But I do agree that all posts should be sensible and intelligent. May I add courtesy to that desired list as well?

There is very little doubt that this act was due to the Islamic religion, which is demonstrating its dangerous nature in so many parts of today’s world.

Our enemies are killing us with a death of a 1000 cuts. Internal terrorist are recruited and grown by external and internal forces and we do nothing. Our leaders are afraid to define our enemies or are unable to do so. Terrorist find safe havens overseas and we do not pursue them out of fear of offending. Terrorist web sites recruit and we do not shut them down, electronically? Countries like Iran make us look like fools as we stand like deer in the headlights. In sprite of our massive weapons of war, we are basically helpless. Faith in our elected leaders is at an all time low. We have forgotten our past and who we really are. I am outraged by this very tragedy, our military has been infiltrated by these fanatic muslims. Lets not marginalize these folks obama, you know they are more loyal to the koran and its teachings than to our country and what we stand for. America please wake up and lets all stand together by first start voting these people out of office and put those who hold our values and morals and believe in the true God of the bible, that is JESUS CHRIST, the ONLY Lord and Savior of this world. You never see a muslim go out there and try to help out people who are devasted by disasters, only Christian churches are out there in the front line.

Toey, I am a very devout Christian, but I must correct you on this statement. I personally know several Muslims who are always ready and willing to help anyone and everyone regardless of race or religion.
Please don’t lump all Muslims into the extremist camp. It is insulting to decent, law-abiding Muslims and embarrassing for Christians to have you claim such a thing.

Hasan a Major in the American Army Military during the entire time of Bush who was the head of our Pentagon as Commander in Chief. For the past 8 years Major Hasan has had contacts with people on the FBI’s ‘Watch List’. For the past 8 years Major Hasans’ views were known by some people in the American Military yet there were no ‘Red Flags’.
For the past 8 years both the FBI and Homeland Security were watching the activities and listening to communications by the people on their ‘Watch List’ yet there were no ‘Red Flags’.
So the FBI and the Homeland Security had to know about the communications, yet there were no ‘Red Flags’.
What about all those other in our American Armed Forces, both at home and abroad, who also for the past 8 years had the ‘Anti American’ views like Major Hasan and have had the communications with those on the FBI’s ‘Watch List’ yet no ‘Red Flags’ have gone up about them.
Many have the nerve to blame Obama, yet it was obvious and allowed to continue during the Bush administration for 8 years. Just like everything else they do, Republicans always ‘Passing the Buck’ instead of admitting their mistakes.

BUSH IS A COWARD BECAUSE WELL HIS DADDY GOT HIM ALL HIS JOBS INCLUDING RIGGING THE SUPREME COURT TO ANNOINT HIM PRESIDENT – HE IS A TRAITOR BECAUSE HE STARTED A WAR KNOWING THAT IRAQ DID NOT HAVE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, HE SENT INNOCENT AMERICAN MEN AND WOMEN IN HARMS WAY, SOME TO DIE – FOR WHAT??? It’s absolutely amazing that ALL problems now plaguing the US started 8 years ago. Did we go through some time warp where all was rosy and glorious until 8 years ago?
Angie, I’ve been looking for documentation of exactly what contacts took place and when. You obviously have been FAR more successful than I.
I’ve come up with the presentation to the military that happened in 2007 (2009 minus 2007, not 8 years), mentions of things happening ‘months ago’; usually that term means less than a year.
I’ve seen anecdotal comments about some comments he made while in college…not even year mentioned.
I’ve read where a Army investigator did review his contacts to that date and determined they ‘were consistent with a paper Hasan was working on’, the investigator ruled there was no definitive proof of a threat.
The Pentagon, FBI, and CIA are arguing about who knew what when…as usual.
So please share with us all this wealth of PROOF you have that President George W. Bush KNEW about Hasan…a major in the Army. Please, do share, if you can.

Oh, and to all that blindly believe this is all President Bush’s fault:
The attacks of 9/11/2001 happened LESS than 9 months after he took office. And yet far-left loonies INSIST he should have known and stopped it.
The attack at Ft. Hood happened MORE than 10 months after President Obama took office. But I, a conservative Republican, do NOT blame President Obama.
Both were Presidents, people; they are NOT involved in the daily activities of every single federal employee!
Who is the more tolerant one: me or you?

Posted by: malcat | November 11, 2009, 11:19 am 11:19 am

Malcat – Glad to read you consider yourself “tolerant” because you don’t believe President Obama was responsible for the Ft. Hood attack. Nice to also read you think this issue is a tad more complex than simply blaming all Muslims.
But, I have to agree with Valerie on one point: Our economy was in fact destroyed over the past decade, mostly because of Republican supply side economic policies: outsourced jobs, tax cuts for the wealthy few, and deregulation. As one owner of a small business, we could feel the effects back in 2007, now marked by the National Bureau of Economic Research as the beginning of this current recession.
Recessions don’t magically appear out of nowhere. It has taken many years of policies focused on overspending on war, an economy based on spending, and relaxed banking controls for our economy to reach this point.

Posted by: CenterOne | November 11, 2009, 11:34 am 11:34 am

Centerone:
My tolerant comment was to point the finger at those who rant and rave against President Bush while accusing those who disagree with President Obama as racist. I wasn’t bragging, just making a point.
As I said in my post: 9 months into office versus 10 months into office. I don’t think either President can be personally held responsible for either. And not a single one of my Republican friends believe it. For that matter, none of my liberal friends think so either. But, is it not true that many liberals (possibly even you) blame President Bush for 9/11? I believe my question about tolerance is quite appropriate in this case.
I did not respond specifically about the economy. I was merely pointing out that liberals seem to believe as Angie…the sickening rant of ‘past 8 years’ is ridiculous!
And please do not merely include issues about the economy that point to the Republicans. Democrats are also to blame by encouraging relaxation of credit for homebuyers. After all, they were in control of Congress part of those 8 years. Let me point out one thing: your comment “economy based on spending”. I’m sorry, but that’s what the current President is doing now….right? I thought it was wrong during the previous administration and fear it’s wrong now.
I get sick and tired of people lumping me and most Republicans into the same slime-bucket with the few politicians. Just like the Democratic Party, the Republican Party is more than the egotistical idiots that sit in Washington.
The spite and hate coming from the extreme fringe of both parties is going to tear this nation apart.
I think it’s time we started acting like American adults instead of spoiled children taunting each other over every little ‘win’ or ‘lose’.

I wanted to see how the media and people would act to Obama in a big disater like this..(katrina,9/11,) most people blamed Bush when anything bad happened. Those of you that blamed Bush for every problem. How does it feel to here people blaming Obama for this? Its not Obama’s fault as were the other things not Bush’s fault. This just goes to show you that there are just some messed up people in the world.

And CenterOne, I happen to think what happened at Ft Hood is way more than a ‘tad’ more complex.
I had hoped when this story first broke that it was something like ‘employee rage’; one person. I shudder to think there may be far more to this than that; and it definitely is looking that way.
I have family stationed there. Our family was lucky. The attack on Ft Hood will never be just a political issue. It strikes at the very core of our military and their safety.

Big difference as you know full well that Obama was not in the military prior to becoming PRESIDENT.
Though Cheney did everything NOT to serve in the military – PERIOD!!! There was a DRAFT and he used his connections NOT to serve – that is a COWARD!!! His fifth deferment was because his wife was pregnant WHILE 1000′S OF OTHERS LESS CONNECTED AND LESS WEALTHY MEN AND WOMEN WITH FAMILIES SERVED OUR COUNTRY AND DIED FOR IT IN VIETNAM!!!!
TREASON – betrayal of country – a violation of the allegiance owned by somebody to his or her country – outting a COVENT CIA AGENT FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES – TO SHUT HER HUSBAND UP BECAUSE HE PROVED THAT IRAQ DID NOT GET WMD FROM AFRICA; OUTTING A COVENT CIA AGENT PUTS OTHER CIA OPERATIVES IN DANGER – THIS IS TREASON!!!

Exactly my point, Melanie. You called Cheney a coward because he wasn’t in the military. President Obama apparently did not feel it necessary to serve either. Guess he felt being a community organizer was enough.

Posted by: malcat | November 11, 2009, 12:40 pm 12:40 pm

I thought Obama’s teleprompter speech at the Memorial Service was appropriate and somber. It was good.
However, I am more dismayed by Obama’s “off the cuff” comments that show his true passions and beliefs. 1. “The Cambridge police acted stupidly”, 2 the slaughter at Fort Hood “Let’s not jump to conclusions”. Or on the Jay Leno Show months ago 3.” I bowl like the Special Olympics”. These are the comments that are unpresidential and what people remember.
As far as political correctness and radical Islam, here is some recommended reading: 1. “Because They Hate” by Brigette Gabrielle 2. “Now They Call Me Infidel” by Nonie Darwish. 3. In the Presence of My Enemies by Gracia Burnham. These books show the true deceptive and UGLY face of radical Islam.

Posted by: littleleers | November 11, 2009, 12:42 pm 12:42 pm

And Melanie, unless you have possibly broken into federal and/or military records, you have no way of KNOWING exactly why Mr. Cheney did not serve. I don’t know either. Maybe he was a coward. Maybe he just didn’t want to kill someone for a war he did not believe in….like many feel today.
As for VietNam, I know all about the draft and draft dodgers. I also know about the many ‘brave’ Americans who spit on our warriors when they came home. Most of them were liberals.
And I also know about the grief and pain when loved ones die in any war. I’ve cried over too many flagged-draped coffins not to know.
Please stop demonizing people because of their mistakes or just because they don’t agree with you. I don’t want to fight with you. But I will not stand by while people accuse others when they have NO proof.
For instance, it has never been proven that Cheny or Bush were involved in the release of the CIA operative’s name. I hope they weren’t. But if it is ever proven, then I will join you in the hate…then. My cousin died as a CIA operative…they also serve just as our military do.

Dodging the draft for ‘oneself’ is a COWARD… CHENEY = COWARD!!!
Reinstitute the DRAFT again – will probably make the GOP warmongers think twice before sending our troops into danger. Though because their children would be well connected and wealthy – they would probably seek deferments too… (not all – but the cowards would).

It is pretty sad when I have to resort to an English paper The U.K. Telegraph to learn the truth about what is going on in the U.S. Being PC is what caused this tradgedy. Enough is Enough. We know the media is owned by the Obama Administration, but this is ridiculous.

Posted by: Marie McMenamin | November 11, 2009, 1:15 pm 1:15 pm

Melanie, so what? He didn’t want to serve. That does not automatically mean he was a coward.
Many men did not want to serve in the military. Many of those were afraid; but many also had other reasons.
Remember Cassius Clay..aka Mohommad Ali the ‘wonderful’ boxer. He was granted deferment for religious reasons, he hated violence. This man routinely beat other men for money! I can’t decide if he was a coward or just a greedy @$$#***.
Let me return you to our President. There is no draft that is true, but he COULD have volunteered. But he didn’t even though our nation has been at war for years. Is he a coward? I don’t know so I’m not going to call him one.
You quoted what is public record about Cheney. My statement was that you could not KNOW exactly WHY. You have the dates and media-produced facts. But you do not know how Mr. Cheney thought and felt.
You may well be right. But it’s not fair to accuse someone of something (being a coward) when all you know is he didn’t serve.
Our nation is founded on laws and principles. One of the most valuable and essential to our freedom is ‘innocent until proven guilty’. Proven, not suspected, not even if we think we know because of the obvious facts.
Concerning Hasan. I want him to have the best defense team possible. I want all law enforcement officials to be absolutely perfect in protecting his rights. I want the trial judge to rule the court with an iron fist. I want all that so when he is found guilty there will be no grounds for appeal. Then we can shoot him!

“…Democrats are also to blame by encouraging relaxation of credit for homebuyers” Malcat
Wrong again – trying reading Bush’s June 17, 2002 lowering the standards of buying a home…
“…Finally, we want to make sure the Section 8 homeownership program is fully implemented. This is a program that provides vouchers for first-time home buyers which they can use for down payments and/or mortgage payments. (Applause.)
So this is an ambitious start here at the federal level. And, again, I repeat, you all need to help us every way you can. But the private sector needs to help, too. They need to help, too. Of course, it’s in their interest. If you’re a realtor, it’s in your interest that somebody be interested in buying a home. If you’re a homebuilder, it’s in your interest that somebody be interested in buying a home.
And so, therefore, I’ve called — yesterday, I called upon the private sector to help us and help the home buyers. We need more capital in the private markets for first-time, low-income buyers. And I’m proud to report that Fannie Mae has heard the call and, as I understand, it’s about $440 billion over a period of time. They’ve used their influence to create that much capital available for the type of home buyer we’re talking about here. It’s in their charter; it now needs to be implemented. Freddie Mac is interested in helping. I appreciate both of those agencies providing the underpinnings of good capital.
There’s a lot of faith-based programs that want to be involved with educating people about how to buy a home. And we’re going to have an active outreach from HUD. (Applause.)..”
========
‘$440 Billion over a period of time….’ ALOT of taxpayers money to help people buy homes they really couldn’t afford thereby helping to create a mortgage boom that went bust when the five years ARM’s started to reset in 2007 and their rates went up.

Melanie, I didn’t say the Democrats were solely responsible. But they did participate and encouraged it, actively worked for it.

Obama has truly made the Obama-Nation an abomination.
Over spent
Over Controlling
Overbearing
It is a shame we have lost the country I grew up in. First we were over exposed to TV Trash of sex and mayhem, losing the one earner family that let the wife stay home and do the very hard work of raising the children and making a family. Then we were dummied down and then over populated and finally over immigrated. AND finally over whelmed with Political correctness and ended up with a country that is not only weal redistributed in the name of equality but so much in debt that we cannot even defend our own jobs with borders being flooded by products that our own citizens could build if union wages and greedy executives did not make this un-competitive. So now everyone is either out of work out of their home or running out of hope and belief in America.
But we don’t go ballistic and commit crimes no we keep trying and praying.

Obama didn’t hesitate to call Cambridge Police ‘stupid’ after the arrest of a black professor. Maureen O’Dowd didn’t hesitate to paint Joe Wilson as a racist cracker for shouting ‘You Lie’ during Obama’s sacred speechifying, by adding the imaginary word ‘Boy’ to the end of his statement. Quotes were fabricated out of whole cloth in order to portray Limbaugh as a bigot and prevent him from purchasing a football team. In each of these cases, no one in the media stepped forward and said ” we must be very cautious before we label anyone as a racist. We must wait until we gather all the evidence.” In all three cases evidence was either imagined or manufactured.
After the Oklohoma bombing, President Clinton took the opportunity to….talk about ‘hate on the ariwaves’…attempting to link Timothy McVeigh in a not so subtle fashion to Rush Limbaugh. The Media took the ball and labeled him a terrorist right away.
Yet apparently as a member of the US military you can parade around off duty in full Islamic garb, make inflamatory anti-American statements, attempt to contact Al-Qaeda and terrorist affiliated imams, shout “ALLAH AQBAR” before shooting thirteen soldiers dead and wounding thirty others…..and have the entire media HESITATE TO JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS. (How can we be sure he was a terrorist? Won’t this heedless labeling upset other muslims?) Meanwhile, the public is sickened by the double standard.
Obama and the obamedia doesn’t want to acknowledge this as a terrorist attack because it makes them look bad, and it moves the focus away from health-care. Plain and simple.

Obama is the biggest clown prince ever. Does he even know what a terrorist is?

I had been listening to you all, about Fort Hood. I /we will pray for them all. They are truly honored in our books. But what I do can to hear is, HOw our surposed leaders in the field of security ever go in. They could not find a bee in a hornets. Unless it sung them. We need folks who can spot these Little things and act on them. The so called FBI, is time to regroup and get young blood in there. Ones who see these keys and look for the varments. Every time that a thing such as this goes up. They all start to point the finger. NOT ME> NOT I, than WHOM. We need to police up this agancies and fire all the dead weight. Maybe we will be lucky to find a few Good men and Women that can think. Save this country of ours. When I was a Marine for over 30yrs, 8das. When had a motto, “IT IS NOT HE BIG THINGS THAT GET YOU KILLED, BUT THE LITTLE THINGS WE OVER LOOK. Start looking. Not under you bed. Get out there an do your job. We did ourds.
Thank God.

terrorism is a method. If you threaten someone with bodily harm in many US states you are charged with a “terroristic threat”. This particular Muslim attacked US troops so in his mind he probably reckons his action as a part of the war (instead of 911 or other Muslim actions in which they attack civilians.) Whether Obama shares that view or not it was still a horrible crime and should be punished accordingly (whether the Army charges him as an army soldier who did wrong or we charge him as a foreign enemy who did wrong.) He should face firing squad.

You can not compare the military of today with the military of the past. Especially the one’s who served in the second World War. These men and women fought for a reason and if we would have lost that war we would all be speaking German, at least the one’s that were blonde haired and blue eyed. What is our military fighting for now? Don’t tell me it is for my freedom because I know that is just a lie. We need to get all of our military personnel out of the middle east and stop letting them be killed for nothing. As for the Ft. Hood incident, people snap everyday and if this person was on a “LIST” of people to be watched, then I blame our government once again for not stopping this henious action from taking place.Once again, they knew but did nothing until it was too late. Is there something wrong here or is it just me? Once a person attains a certain level do they just step off the accountability ladder and start throwing the accountability at someone else? What is wrong with these people in power? Why can’t anyone see through this smoke screen. They use the idea of freedom and patriotism to snooker people into believing that our military is going the right thing. Why do we, as Americans just continue to acept this and believe that everything is ok? I just don’t understand the “putting our heads in the sand” and waiting for things to get better attitude. Can no one use thier heads for something besides wearing a hat anymore?

The relation between west and east has to change:
1- The west has to stop wars
2- The Iraqi war caused mistrust.
3- Christianity ans Islam call for
tolerance
4- why is America fightihg for
5- Why do not America consider a Tolerant policy.
6- Why has there been divisions in Iraq
7- THe Muslim Americans have nothing to do with those wars
8- In general the American Muslims has to be considered equal ro any other minority
9- President Obama who is quite aware of this situation needs to be caring about the Muslim’s condition without perference to a minority over the other
President Obama has to establish a committee of Muslim American consultants who guide him to end such hatred towards them,

It was this administration that dropped the word terror and terrorism. I guess the terrorists did not get that memo….
Actions speak louder than words. This is the second time this has happened.

What is pathetic is that despite the MOUNTAIN of immediate evidence that this was an Islamic Jihadist attack, despite the long, long track record of Hasan’s virulent support of sui-homicide terror attacks verbally and on a website and the fact that the government had been trailing him for 3-months, the “authorities” kept putting out statements that they were “seeking a motive.” Were these people crazy?? As if this wasn’t enough, he was uttering the Islamic Death Chant Allahu Akbar as he was pulling the trigger slaughtering people. Obama was LAME from the start, referring to referred to these “senseless” acts of violence. But there WERE NOT SENSELESS!!! Jihadists have a PURPOSE, a goal of murder for Allah. Nothing senseless at all for them. They are not crazy, they are driven by their perceived Koranic mandate. When will our world STOP trying to appease the Islamic world??? If they are offended, let them clean up their lethal acts. Obama initially as if there was no connection with Islamic ideology. But then, he is so desperate to be loved by the Islamic world that he has given Iran months and months of extra time to race to a nuclear bomb, while bashing our supposed ally Israel. Where the heck are the priorities of this administration, if any??? Is it waiting for a radiological bomb attack upon Western societies?? Wake up, America.
