Hillary ‘Won’t Second Guess’ Holder
An oddly distanced phrase came from Secretary Clinton when I asked her about AG Holder’s Friday decision to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed – the confessed mastermind of the 911 plot –and his accomplices in Federal Court in Manhattan.
“I won’t second guess the Attorney General,” Clinton told me. “My goal is to make sure that the mastermind and the other implementers and designers of the horrific attack pay the ultimate penalty for what they did to the United States and a lot of people who I know and had the honor of representing.”
No such distancing from former NY Mayor Rudy Giuliani. He blasted Holder’s decision: “basically in this particular case, we’re reaching out to give terrorist a benefit that is unnecessary. In fact Khalid Sheikh Mohammed when he was first arrested asked to be brought to New York, I didn’t think we were in the business of granting the request of terrorist.”
But how does Rudy square that position with his praise for the trial of the 20th Hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui in federal court? I pressed him to reconcile the contradiction and he said a trial in Federal court isn’t the only option and bringing these alleged terrorists to New York brings an unnecessary element of risk to the city.
He also blasted the Obama administration for what he called a slow reaction to the Ft. Hood shooting saying the administration is, “getting away from the fact that we’re at war with these terrorists.”

I’m with you Sara. And the current mayor of New York is too. New York has tried and convicted terrorists before, as have other countries like Spain and India. I’m glad we’re not bowing to the terrorists, and we’re sticking to our principles, as tough as that may be.

That’s because Hillary, for all of her faults, is intelligent and not as sympathetic to Muslim terrorists as others in this administration are. Anybody with half a brain or more can look at the situation and see that this is going to be a big f*cking disaster.

I don’t care where they try these bums, I am sure they will be better represented than the average America. As far as Holder he should be replaced ASAP he is un-American and a racist and unworthy of the office Obama gave him.

Just wondering which American attorneys will represent the terrorists in the court. This will be interesting to watch.

George has tried to make a story out of everything lately. If someone says ‘uh’, there’s some hidden meaning to the utterance.
George as Hillary for an opinion-giving one would be a form of ‘second guessing’ and she declined to do so.
No story ‘George’, just babble.

She won’t second guess him because it would not be politically correct. But what does not endorsing it say? And what influence will their nation of origin have upon the trial?

Can anyone tell me why Hillary Clinton’s opinion matters? Only thing Hillary accomplished was marrying Bill Clinton.
The NY senate seat was bought and paid for.
When left to her own devices this woman has shown herself to be something of a nut as she makes stories up, lies, etc.
It floors me why anyone would go to her for an opinion.
Hillary quote
““My goal is to make sure that the mastermind and the other implementers and designers of the horrific attack ”
Implementers, Designers? LOL..who speaks like that?
Contrary to what DEMS say, this woman is an idiot, yes, she’s STOOPID! <–DEM spelling.

Well given the terrorists American rights—just sentenced many americans and others to death. We will be terror attacked more because of this. Impeach and then try Obama and his administration for an assortment of crimes.

Wrong, in the trial of the World Trade Center bombers, all four were supposed to get the death penalty, two got off because their lawyer argued that no Arab would get a fair trial in the US and won, so they got life in prison. One of the bombers even continued his terrorist activities from Supermax with the help of his lawyer who eventually got arrested. Of course Giuliani praised that trial, they were tried constitutionally and in the right place due to the fact that they lived here. Completely different from the status of the 9/11 terrorists.

In the first place, al Qaeda is well funded and these useless creeps will have the best attorneys in the world. That’s because we can’t drill for our own oil, we have to finance countries that sponsor terror by buying oil from them. Secondly, Hillary was told what to say by the administration…that’s obvious.

She won’t second guess… and that’s a whole LOT better than her trying to first guess.
It;s just too bad, with her lack of cognitive skills, that all she can do on ANY issue is just guess….

Chevy55sc – You said “Only thing Hillary accomplished was marrying Bill Clinton.”
Funny… I’m still trying to figure out how even THAT can somehow be interpreted as being an “accomplishment.” Sounds to me like just another in a long line of FAILURES… but what can you expect, coming out of Arkansas?

George- Try focusing on the issue- not trying to make a story where there is none- this is Holder’s decision , not Clinton’s. So ask the important question to Holder- Why are these specific individulas being tried in civilian court in US while some others received a military hearing. That’s the real question here . George- try asking some tough questions to the correct people, vs just trying to stir up trouble and gossip which does nothing to benefit this country.

One Question….Has our president ever hear of marandizing suspects ?……Thanks Obama, you just released 5 terrorists……Of course, maybe he’s hoping one of the public will take care his problem…….I guess that would be one way to empty Gitmo.

Soros Grabs State Positions That Control Elections
Dec. 10 (EIRNS)—According to the website of the “Secretary of State Project,” created in 2006 by the George Soros apparatus, the state position of Secretary of State, with power over the election process, has recently been won by candidates sponsored by the Soros Project in Ohio, Montana, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada, and New Mexico.
Writing for the Norfolk, Virginia Examiner, former Denver election commissioner Jan Tyler reports that the “Colorado Secretary of State’s position is up for grabs. Many questioned why Governor Bill Ritter would appoint a committee to recommend a candidate when he has the authority to do so on his own. Instead of giving us confidence in the Governor, we should be skeptical. George Soros’ Secretary of State project works behind the scenes to influence the Secretary of State positions. They have been successful in Ohio and other states. Shouldn’t someone be asking what George Soros is up to in Colorado?”

I’m not sure why they are being given rights as though they are citizens. They committed an act of war. I can see why Moussaoui was tried in federal court – because he was arrested here by law enforcement. These guys were captured by the military -therefore they should be tried in a military court.
I’m thinking these guys will get off because they weren’t Mirandized. Their attorneys will say that any confessions were coerced. And how will they ever find a jury without preconceived ideas about the case?

Great idea! Still think our justice system in the world? The Port Authority had responsibility? Read form Wiki: The victims of the 1993 World Trade Center bombings sued the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for damages. A decision was handed down in 2006, assigning liability for the bombings to the Port Authority. The decision declared that the agency was 68 percent responsible for the bombing, and the terrorists bore only 32 percent of the responsibility. In January 2008, the Port Authority asked a five-judge panel of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan to throw out the decision, describing the jury’s verdict as “bizarre”.[32] On April 29, 2008, a New York State Appeals Court unanimously upheld the jury’s verdict. Under New York law once a defendant is more than 50 percent at fault, he/she/it

Hilary wants to President so bad – just like Obama but neither one are up to the job. Neither one has ever done anything.
Holder is just Racist , albeit black but none the less a racist and un-American.
Our Country is in such bad shape leadership wise – We have what will turn out to be the worst President in history. Which is sad for all Americans. It’s not Obama’s fault that he is stupid – a gifted speaker without question, but never the less a loser as our leader. I
But it’s not all Obama’s fault with help of the hollywood – pelosi – franks – reid etc. he was doomed before he started.
Back to Hilary – I just feel sorry for her – because you want something doesn’t mean you deserve it. Bill killed her chances of becoming president as unfair as that sounds it is true. No boby wants him back in the White House.
But the real shame is we have a black man in office who will blow it big time and doesn’t know it yet and soon it will be to l late.
I think both parties should be desolved and be replaced by the American party.

One of the reasons we can’t get a lot of countries to work with us in this ‘war against terror’ is because they are afraid of the consequences. If the hope of our countries security is not making the terrorists upset than why are we spending 550 billion dollars a year for. I have faith in our military to keep us safe, and I have faith in the ideals that makes us that ‘shining light of freedom’. I will put our ‘Truth, Justice and the American Way’ up against any jihadist. Too bad our politicians lost their backbone.
ps – Any military trial decision is going to wind up challenged in federal court anyway so let’s just get it over!!!

For that has been written I guess you are all lawyers, judges, and you know the politics, history and all the ins and outs of this case. Its great being Monday morning quarterbacks, second guessing our government, failing to realize that it was the government of the past eight years that has bought us to this day. All the lies you the American people bought into for what revenge? For all the thousands of lives lost in the Middle East wrongfully. For the wars we are currently in and shouldn’t be but, you the people cried out for blood you wanted blood. Instead of thinking about how to best deal with those guilty of the WTC we blindly followed a leader and his cabinet esp his VP and we went to war. We didn’t know the facts nor did we know why we went into a country that was clearly not where the guilty party resided. Then for us the U. S. to hold these men we say did the crime for all these years and no resolution insight, we are just as wrong for us holding them without due process. I don’t know if their trial should be here but if you honestly think about it where can they go and get justice nowhere but here. If people would stop talking and listen and think maybe we can resolve this once and for all. The WTC was my home and now it’s gone with many of my friends let’s please let them finally rest in peace and get this over with once and for all. And for those who are so set on attacking our President one question I have why didn’t you attack our pass president? America has a lot of past issues that it needs to resolve before it can be honest with its self. It’s funny since Obama has come to office racism has shown its self to be ALIVE and WELL in the great UNITED STATES….and just in case you need reminding the only true native AMERICANS are the INDIANS and not anyone who came to the U.S.. The INDIANS were here when EUROPE arrived. Let’s not get our history twisted and it was those who came here that murdered those already here with violence. Our history is a violent one and my education taught me that violence begets violence. Before you so readily set out to attack someone for the ills and trouble of this country take a good hard and long look at yourself. You, I and anyone who considers themselves to be an American are all at fault as well as part of the problem. Let’s do some good and try to be a part of the solution.
