Sarah Palin: Rogue for President?
The buildup to her new book hasn’t eased Sarah Palin’s political challenges: Just over half of Americans in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll have an unfavorable opinion of her overall, as many say they wouldn’t consider supporting her for president and more – six in 10 – see her as unqualified for the job.
These views are much like they’ve been for the past year, when initially favorable responses to Palin’s selection as the Republican vice presidential nominee quickly turned down in the heat of the 2008 campaign.
Today 43 percent of Americans express a favorable opinion of Palin overall, while 52 percent see her unfavorably. Favorability is the most basic measure of a public figure’s popularity; in politics, where majorities win, it’s trouble when it goes negative, as it’s been for Palin since October 2008.
Intensity is against her as well: considerably more see her “strongly” unfavorably, 34 percent, than strongly favorably, 20 percent.
Fifty-three percent say they definitely would not vote for Palin if she were to run for president in 2012; that compares with 9 percent who say they’d definitely support her, while the rest, 37 percent, would consider it. (For comparison, in a 2006 ABC/Post poll fewer flatly ruled out Hillary Clinton, 42 percent, and fewer still wouldn’t consider John McCain, 28 percent.)
Palin moreover fails a basic hurdle on the road to the White House, were she to choose to take it: Just 38 percent of Americans see her as qualified to serve as president; 60 percent think she’s not qualified for the job.
Palin’s book, “Going Rogue: An American Life,” is being published this week. She’s interviewed by Barbara Walters in a five-part series beginning on ABC’s “Good Morning America” tomorrow, with the full interview on 20/20 Friday evening.
GROUPS – Political and ideological sentiment are prime factors in Palin’s ratings. Seventy-six percent of Republicans view her favorably, but that dives to 45 percent of independents and just 21 percent of Democrats. Her overall rating is held down by the fact that Republicans have accounted for fewer than a quarter of all Americans lately, 21 percent in this poll.
Similarly, Palin’s seen favorably by 60 percent of conservatives, compared with 38 percent of moderates and 22 percent of liberals.
Palin’s rated favorably by more men, 48 percent, than women, 39 percent; one reason is that women are more apt to be Democrats. She’s also notably less popular with young adults – just 37 percent of those under age 30 see her favorably, compared with 49 percent of seniors.
Beyond Republicans, she does best, a 65 percent favorable rating, among evangelical white Protestants.
Other gauges tell a similar story. Just under a quarter of Republicans rule out supporting her for president; that rises to half of independents and three-quarters of Democrats. And 61 percent of Republicans see Palin as qualified for the presidency – an underwhelming score in her own party, and one that falls to 37 percent of independents and 22 percent among Democrats.
Ideologically, as well, Palin stumbles outside her base. Conservatives are less likely than others to flatly rule out voting for her; 36 percent do so, compared with 56 percent of moderates and 79 percent of liberals. And 56 percent of conservatives think she is qualified to serve as president – another tepid score on this basic question, but much better than it is among moderates (30 percent see her as qualified) or liberals (18 percent).
Palin’s ratings are a comedown from the days just after her nomination briefly captured the public’s imagination. At her peak, in an ABC/Post poll Sept. 7, 2008, 58 percent viewed her favorably. Some of her steepest declines since then have come in the political center, down by 15 points among independents and by 20 points among moderates.

I am one of those wild card independents, who voted for Obama. Having said that, I know many independents including myself, who are keeping an open mind and seeing how things develop. Remember Ronald Reagan? Nobody gave him a chance. What were his qualifications… an actor who became governor. The rest is history.

Isn’t it rather absurd to even have the notion that this woman would even run for the presidency?–no less–actually become the president of our country?
To even entertain the thought is crazy–whe wrote a book to earn herself some cash…and she bailed out on being gov. of Alaska to do so…she’s alienated herself from her own party–and comes off as shallow and phoney…it’s unfortunate that the media is giving her so much attention with this book..all she did was trash the media in it.

Oh, please, come on. How many colleges did she have to go through before she found one that would give her a degree? She’s a beauty queen and a sportscaster, there’s no indication whatsoever of any skill in diplomacy. Much less any knowledge of history. How can any of the American public, even the reactionary far right, consider her for anything?
A rogue? Now she’s biting the hand that created her.

“Just over half of Americans in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll have an unfavourable opinion of her overall”
Is that not exactly the same for the Socialist piece of crap in the White House right now. The liberals hate and fear her, that tells me she would be a great conservative President.
Posted by: Regulas | November 16, 2009, 8:32 am 8:32 am
Palin would be a far better President than either Bush was or Obama is. Bush had no brain power, Obama has too much, he is college professor. I see from Obama’s actions now, why he voted only “present” as a senator … liike 500 times… he is unable to make a decision. Palin is an experienced LEADER! Look at her RECORD not her sutpid leftist critics. She would, she WILL lead and not be led. And she is smart enough not be a washingtonite “politician”. Well, by 2012 things will be soooo bad in our Country that Palin maybe the ONLY ONE who can radically change it.

As long as the Democrats are afraid of Palin ABC, NBC, MSNBC and all the other Obamatoids will continue to cover her.

Will it ever go away??!! What’s all the hysteria about her?? You don’t see any other ex-vice president contenders get this much attention. They fell from the spotlight the day after election day. They had just as much to say (more so) than this plastic person. I’ve said it before: McCain camp created a monster when she was chosen to be McCain’s running mate. She is no better than Levi going around dishing dirt!

The fact that this woman is even in the news is a sad sad statement on how far the NEWS intellect of the U.S. has fallen.
Furthermore the fact that 4 out of 6 think she is qualified for ANY public office – after she ditched the job of being elected Governor of the state of Alaska goes to show how utterly out of touch with reality these people are.
Sara Palin is George Bush Times Two. She is a religious cult member that believes God has chosen her and she would be very dangerous if ever elected to a high public office. She WILL push the button.

With huge ratings among republicans, conservatives and evangelicals she has a very good chance at winning the republican nomination. Ms Palin’s candidacy may be Obama’s best hope for winning reelection. It will take a Palin candidacy for Obama to overcome the negatives of a stalled economy, high unemployment and bad outcomes in Iraq and Afghanistan.

If she runs, I’ll pay attention to her policies and platforms. I won’t judge her by what the media tells me to think of her and I won’t vote for her or anyone else on personality or appearance. Things are getting too messed up to run presidential elections like American Idol.
Posted by: Kathy | November 16, 2009, 8:58 am 8:58 am
Has she read her own book? Does she really know what the content is?
And… all of this hogwash about the great numbers of people that are flocking to her Facebook page – you have to know they don’t want to be her friend…

Here’s the fact:
THE ONLY people asking the question about Sarah Palin being President are THE ONLY people who answer themselves. I.E. liberals. “Will Sarah Run in 2012?” then the same person says back to themselves “anybody who thinks she is qualified is crazy!” or my favorite: “let her run, it will be easy for Obama to win in 2012!”
Conservatives are not picking a Presidential candidate for a long time now, we still have the Republican Party to re-build, 2010 to pick up seats in the House and Senate, and a lead-up to 2012 to repeal a lot of the horrible law put in by the liberals of the Pelosi-House and Reid-Senate.
While Obama has been a total flop, it is not entirely his fault. He has his liberal base and the liberals in Congress. When conservatives sweep in 2010, things just might turn around for him. Just as Bill Clinton did with Newt Gingrich from 1994-2000, if President Obama simply signs every piece of legislation created by a Congress run by conservatives, he like Bill Clinton could merely take credit for thoses successes.
But here’s something liberals don’t know: Conservatives have always had a proven ability to see right through them.
What does one make of a liberal who asks if Sarah Palin will be President only to re-assure themselves that she won’t?
And why are the media asking specific questions about a 2012 election with only regard to her and her only?
Not one conservative is or has endorsed Palin. So one needs to find out – why are the liberals in the media and on these forums as disturbed with obvious-worry about her? Just a year ago, they proclaimed she’d be forgotten. As usual, it looks like they are never right.
I love Sarah. She is reportedly earning many millions from this book. She has a huge following, a massive appeal, and right now has more power in the arena of public discourse than Obama does anyway. Should it matter if she does or does not take the official title from him?
Either way, she’s going to campaign for candidates, remain powerful, strengthen her resources, and continue to be something liberals scream their head over.
On the chance she won’t run in 2012, I guarantee libs, she’s sticking around and will remain enormously popular. I think it’s wonderful how she has you attention now.
Much love to her!

It is ludicrous to suggest that Palin’s ‘lack of experience’ should preclude a run for the presidency. Look at the thing that got elected! Not only did he have no experience, but his legitimacy is questioned and is his loyalty to the nation. This article is a joke, right? Like Obama is a joke.

The BO campaign(including ABC, CBS, NBC, BET and CNN) and sexists like CUE are scared to death of a Palin campaign. I don’t know yet if she is qualified, but she has actually managed governments—-unlike BO. BO’s inability to make and take responsibility for hard decisions is disturbing. Pretty typical of someone who has spent most of their time in academic and social worker activities. His refusal to take responsibility for the terrorist trials decision is apalling. He’s a very weak leader.

This forum is for for children because adults usually wait for an event to occur before commenting on it. Why don’t you wait until you read her book and then comment on it? Wouldn’t that seem like a smart thing to do? As for the childish insults you throw out, how do you like it when the same is said about your new president? The entire premise of this article is BS. Polls have never elected anyone and using numbers based on the last election is stupid but it ABC after all.

I see by the overwhelming amount of Liberal Hatred
spawned by this article that she is considered at least
as dangerous as Rush Limbaugh. Interesting. Obama,
a Kenyan lad spoon fed by left all his life. Aided by
a Saudi Prince to get into college. A man with no birth
certificate, a censored college thesis, who’s opposition
to Senate hood was defeated in the courtrooms of Chicago, is the future of universal world of socialism.
But Sarah Palin, a home grown, common sense,American, is a fool, a danger to all who hold
the New World Order dear to their hearts. OFO

6. Marijuana should remain illegal.

If you can peel away Levi Johnston, Tina Fey, John McCain, and the collective hate of the left and/or mainstream media, you discover a remarkable human being who took on the Republican Party in Alaska, built a truly bipartisan governing coalition in the statehouse, and got VERY high approval ratings before her fifteen minutes of fame on the national level.
Ronald Reagan was ridiculed and dismissed in the same way. He probably NEVER could have been elected if Jimmy Carter hadn’t malaised his way to an intolerable misery index.
Sarah’s only chance of becoming the first woman president is for Obama to govern from the left, expending his political capital on budget-busting majority-killing priorities like health care and amnesty for illegal aliens. I doubt she’ll win… but, then, I could be suprised. I voted for Jimmy Carter twice and still can’t believe he lost in 1980.

I’m enjoying the angst that Palin creates among the left wing self appointed “intelligentsia”. The country has already gotten more than their money’s worth watching Palin repeatedly pop the egos of the thin skinned balloons. Which of you predicted she would have a best seller out in 2009?
43/52 favorable/unfavorable? If she picks up seven points she’s tied with Obama on Rasmussen and several other polls. Intensity against her 34-20; well it’s also against Obama by 10 points, only 4% difference there. Obama has lost the support of nearly 1/4 of the country in nine months. That’s confirmed in every major poll including Gallup.
We are 3 years away from the election. A lot can change. This is like in 2005 when all the elites knew for certain who would be President — Hillary Clinton. So much for smug self-satisfaction.
Palin has a good chance of being our next President if current trends continue. Let your fearful fantasies run wild. And please pass the popcorn.

The Democrats will lose in dramatic fashion in 2010.
Watch for Chris Dodd, Harry Reid and a number of other Senators and many Congressman to get clobbered.
They will be trying to run from Obama and the substantially higher taxes and inflation which will inexorably become facts of life next year for everyone.
The Democrats will keep the House (and the Senate), but Pelosi won’t be re-elected Speaker.
Hillary will pick a fight with Obama and leave (in a huff, of course) and she will win the Democratic nomination in 2012.
Obama will become the century’s first incantation of Jimmy Carter.
The other big losers in 2010 will be the RNC (good riddance with respect to its current management and lack of principles, values and vision).
The winners will be libertarian-minded candidates, mostly from the right, but very possible from the left as well.
As a result, candidates like Sarah will look considerably more attractive than Washington hacks like those in power at the present.
So laugh at Sarah all you want, but the Democrats do so at their peril – and they know it.

Most of you who are writing the hateful comments about Palin also say that you want her to just go away. However, as evidenced by your extremely liberal TV networks, magazines and newspapers, the truth is quite different. You want to keep slamming Palin, since that way you can avoid discussing the already failed presidency of your hero, Obama! This is wearing out though, and more Americans are seeing through your diversion every day, and are turning against Democrats, as election results in New Jersey and Virginia demonstrated. I guess you need a better plan, huh?

She already has endorsements from top conservatives (where months ago they were all silent)–she has more momentum politically than anyone we have seen in 5 decades. I predict her numbers continue to increase and sway most independent voters who are sick of the fiscal irresponsibility of this administration. She will be president–get used to it. It’s on.

I agree with some of the readers as being tied of hearing about palin when is this and when is it going to end. This country had had its fill of republicans who are were never qualified for the job as president and look at the mess they got us into ie bush#1,reagan, bush#2 and now this hack. It has taken Democrats to clean up the mess these aforemention individual have created. The very idea of someone like this who is clueless and her CV isn’t impressive enough for the highest office in this country. It seems like wishful thinking she can ever win unless the election was hijacked like the bush#2 election and I hope the American people will never forget about that nightmare and the eight years of economic crisis that ensued shortly thereafter. The news media should simple stop with this as she is not newsworthy. Its time to move on.

I really think she might make a good President, infact, I just think the majority of people feel as though we always have a Male in office, why should we have a female.
If they would only look ahead instead of behind, maybe they would consider a FEMALE for President.

I want to read this book before I decide she is not qualified for anything. It seems to me, there is a desire in this country to quickly judge people. She was much maligned in the past and I would like to see what she has to say.

No experiance? Barack Obama was an attorney community organizer…Sara ran a State. Sara Palin is not perfect, yet she portrays a fresh face in this political climate which has been extremely contentious to say the least. Is there any other politician currently in power, you know that is spotless and has been so attacked relentlessly as Sara Palin?…(Besides Barack Obama) She may not win the nomination for president, but will bring a passion from the heart for ideals most Americans hold dear…Not the scripted speech we have all been accustomed to hear and see and backed by a corrupt Chicago Style Political Machine. There is still many things we do not know about President Barack Obama, as they have been either brushed aside, ignored or attacked. Are all you who supported Barack Obama happy with the word ‘Change’…it was never fully defined…You are beginning to see it now in the arrogance, indecisions, and whom he surrounds himself, and lastly, the direction this country is headed. If you are comfortable with this then by all means vote your choice. I support Sara Palin. she is no quitter..Did not Barack Obama leave while he ran for president elect as a lackluster State Senator?
Go Sara, you have a message that most Americans want to hear. Bring back American Values, Character and standing in the world… and our Founding Fathers dream.

Polls are like the weather they change daily. What gets me is the amount of attention the media heaps on this woman. Like they haven’t kicked the crap out of her and her family enough. But I guess as long as she puts herself in the limelight she’s asking for it.
Of course all of the liberals, whether it be Obama, Clinton, Pelosi, Reed or Frank all get a free pass. Palin’s not running for President and even if she was as a Republican I wouldn’t vote for her. She has a new book out. So what? Let’s move on already!

What part of “this wasn’t about HER – it was about McCain”.
She has an ego larger than anyone else I can think of at the moment.
She is not qualified – I truly believe one of the main reason McCain lost was because he choose her.

she’s got teeth [and shows all four rows when she smiles, which is constantly, a leftover tic from pageant days], tits and terrific nerve to try to fob herself off as a viable candidate for the hardest job on earth. i don’t care if she makes millions hosting an asinine fox news polititalk show, but this creature must never be permitted so much as a tour of the oval office, much less occupancy. this is an embryonic fascist, a huckster who believes that the rules for the “little people” don’t apply to her. Beware of her; she is no good for America, only for herself.

If this woman can survive the horrific attacks launched against her over the past year and a 1/2, she can face anything.
The amount of disgusting things said about her and her family by the “open minded” liberal left was shocking.
However, they just can’t seem to knock her down for very long, can they?

Just over half find “Death Panel” Palin lacking some of a human’s basic intelligence? Surely, you are not serious! I would wager you talked to those from the Party of No; a poll of all political pursuasions would be around 95% against her. She is presently bad-mouthing the people who gave her a chance to crawl out from under a rock into the sunshine of national politics. She owes all she is and what she’ll glean from the book someone wrote for her. The Joe Sixpacks, hockey moms and pitbulls couldn’t care much. In a year or so, no one will remember who she was . . .

Without the constraints of McCain’s campaign handlers Sarah is going to continue to speak directly to the American people.
The media’s attempts to destroy her have not worked and her political power is only going to grow larger.

Palindrones are colloquial half truth steeped in the Rovian tradition but without a knowledge base. Pages and pages of these don’t comprize a book. Poor little Sarah. She keeps whining about how the bad media picks on her. Yet, it is the media that has created this “Palin Frenzy”. Oprah lobs her soft questions lest she be thought of as a “meanie” like that nasty Katie Couric. Hillary says she would love to have coffee with Sarah. Everyone loves Sarah because her husband is a “hunk” and she is just “folks”. Sarah rails at the people who said bad things about her family. Who said bad things other than her “almost” son-in-law? Sarah loves her children and grandchildren, but when does she have time for them when she isn’t “face-booking” or trapsing all over the country?
Get real. If she were a modest, serious legislator instead of a hot sex symbol for the GOP, who would pay attention to her?

I have never given much attention to polls. They can be very misleading, and totally lopsided, depending on who is conducting the poll. For instance, to get a unfavorable rating for Sarah Palin, the polster could conduct his inquiries to a areas that have leaned towards the Democrats in the past elections. The polster may have won all kinds of awards, but to me they are merely plastic statutes and/or pieces of paper.

I’ve got a couple questions for Sarah Palin supporters.
Has anyone who thinks Sarah Palin is presidential material actually listened to all of the words in the comments she makes (and not just her quips and one liners as entertaining and absurd as they always are)?
I just watched some of the Barbara Walters interview with Ms. Palin on Nightline (BW is really a lite weight these days, no really tough questions like death panels comments-really?!) and for the life of me I don’t understand how anyone can take her seriously.
She comes across mainly as a whiner with thin skin (she is in politics after all and nobody forced her to accept the V.P. nomination or asked her not to talk things over with John McCain during the campaign) and also she continually comes across as a person who does not know how to or chooses not to do thorough research on any subject (seriously); sadly she just shoots from the hip (and her mouth off in the process).
To me, she comes across like she thinks that because she is from Alaska (a gorgeous state with fiercely independent and self sufficient people) and was, Alaska’s governor that we should be bowled over by her folksy, controversial, flippant words and her independent/survivalist type attitude and nothing else (including the lack of substance to her radical opinions and her total lack of knowledge in real world affairs (along with her obvious lack of experience)).
But, as an independent person (who votes based on important, real people based issues and constructive solutions (not destructive fear mongering or crack pot one liners and big business lobbying) I say let the Republican party show all Americans how far out of touch they are, let them go ahead and pick Ms. Palin as their next Presidential candidate.
Thanks and Take Care,
Seriously and Sincerely!

I would not want to have a president, male or female, who blames the rest of the universe for her shortcomings. Bush, at least, admits to some of his mistakes (veiled as it may be) when he offered a semi-apology starting with “mistakes were made……”
With this rogue, all she knows is being rogue, right or wrong, well-thought of or not, reasonable or not, sensible or not.
It would be a slap on the American public’s intelligence if she will even be considered a candidate.

Ah, yes Ronald Reagan. As I recall my husband was laid off for the majority of the Reagan years.Five and a half years to be exact. I believe we were in a deep recession then too. Just like the one Bush got us in now. Well actually Bush got us in a worse one, the brink of a depression. An ill-timed, illegal war, lower taxes for the rich, astronomical gas prices, etc. Yes, by all means we need another rogue administration like the previous one. That worked out so well for us here in the middle class. And those claiming Obama has been a total flop. You might want to actually look at his accomplishments so far. And where were all your complaints when Bush destroyed our economy and put us into a severe recession, took a surplus and put us trillions of dollars in debt. Debt that he dumped in the Obama administration’s lap along with an economy on a massive down hill slide. I prefer to give the changes time to work. No recession ends in less than a year. And I can no longer lose my insurance coverage because of my preexisting type 1 diabetes, or any complications or any condition that may arise from it.That alone is worth the wait.
Posted by: Bea | November 19, 2009, 5:32 pm 5:32 pm
Very simple…If Obama is considered to be qualified, then Palin is qualified. She was a Governor, governors govern and manage budgets…in other words they run things. Senators don’t have any of those responsibilities, they show up and vote yea, nay or abstain. She did hope and change, he only promised it and never could define it or wouldn’t, as he knew the truth wouldn’t get him enough votes. Before you decide whether or not she’s qualified look into what she did in Alaska by doing your own research, not relying on major media to tell you what to think. Then whatever you decide it’s fair. Some of these fat asses in Washington would do well to follow her lead and get out of the way in Washington…She may havee left a little early but that’s definitely better than hanging around long past your welcome as these career legislators do in DC.

It’s strange and scary when i hear people say they dont know why so many people are drawn to palin. She is possibly the most PERFECT IMPERFECT polician I have ever seen on the national stage. While I do not know whether i would ever vote for her in a national election, I respect her and seems to be more drawn to her each day. There is a strenghth there that is admirable and i find myself rooting for her to keep going and overcome and to never let the attacks break her down. How can a mother of 5 who is so obviously aware of her family, her relationship, her parents, her god find the energy to also wrap herself around national politics, run a state and withstand such horrific attacks……yet, still standing. I do not agree with Palin on all issues but i wonder now if my increasing support for her…is also the attitude many of her supporters have and perhaps it is that support that contributes to the incredible endurance I have seen in her. Palin is a work in progress for me but so far this perfectly imperfect person has earned my respect and so my eyes and ears are open to see what she will do next.

How on earth is Sarah Palin a “scumbag” the woman who newsmax only way to diminish her was to show how attractive she was, in a failure of a plan to bring her down. This woman is just the right amount of reform the GOP needs. Without a doubt in my mind that we are looking at the next Reagan. But what confuses me, is why does she care so much for a country where such close-minded people on a regularly basis try to ruin her life. Gotta love and respect this woman, whether you agree with her politically wise or not.

I have to wonder if Sarah Palin visited merriam-webster.com for the definition of “Rogue” before she attached herself to that title. It certainly provides a fitting definition of her persona.
Rogue: 5 entries found.
1. vagrant, tramp
2. a dishonest or worthless person: scoundrel
3. a mischievous person: scamp
4. a horse inclined to shirk or misbehave
5. an individual exhibiting a chance and usually inferior biological variation
Classic!

Palin is just another hard right conservative. She espouses all the Hannity and Beck idiocy. If the country is truly center right, she will garner a lower percentage of support among the fringe. Most people are smart enough not to buy into her good looks and sex appeal. Once you get past skin deep, Palin isn’t a deep thinker and cannot compete effectively if she has no new ideas beyond the hard right wing of the GOP.

I don’t believe the polls. If Palin runs for the presidency she will give Obama a good run for job. Naturally the college students that voted Obama would be in an uproar if Palin won. They don’t have the brains to sit on and don’t know one thing about politics. They are lucky to pass their exams. Palin doesn’t have to think about what she would do about Afghan, she knows what steps to take. Obama can’t make decisions and needs help.

Palin would make a good president and this country would be in better shape than what it is now. We are over a trillion dollars in debt and the deficit will never be balanced. Obama is spending too much money on the war. He needs to bring the troops back from Iraq and end it. That was his promise in his campaign. The big question is does China own America? We need a change in politics.

Swizzie: Palin accomplished her goals that she set out to do and stepping down as governor is nothing new in politics. If she sees a chance to further her career why not. Isn’t there a governor in SC that is going to be impeached for misconduct? Get a grip. And her book sales will exceed over a million sales. She is getting more popular every day and that is good for the republicans.

Sarah Palin is the biggest political joke and junk. She’s selfish and phony. Most importantly, she has no brain!
She abandoned her own people in Alaska to pursue quick profits in her book deals. I’m always surprised how well she can always manage to shamelessly overestimate herself. She is just a female version of average Joe. Her audience are either uneducated or super religious, who never know one of our founding principles which is the separation of government and religion.
It was a mistake that she could be a governor. Let’s not make an even bigger mistake and stop associating her name with presidential candidate for 2012. These two terms have ZERO correlation!

Anyone who would consider this fraud for any type of public, let alone a national office should schedule an immediate session with a headshrinker. Look at her record. How many ethics probes were necessary during her term in office? How many scandals were laid at the feet of her administration. The woman can’t remember the last book she read, and admits she seldom reads newspapers. Just because she can utter soundbites on cue sure does not mean she has any political gravitas. Her foreign policy credentials are practically non-existent. Why would we want her in any office? Because she is cute? Because she is “just like you and me”? I certainly don’t want anyone like me making decisions that effect the country and the world. I’d like to think that someone a whole lot smarter than I am is in charge of that.

I NEED 100,000 STONG BACKING THE PROPOSAL: “HOME ON THE RANGE”
WHEN THE IRAQ & AFGAN WARS ARE OVER AND ALL OUR TROOPS COME HOME, WHAT KIND OF JOBS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THEM???
I PROPOSE THAT WHEN OUR FIGHTING FORCES COME HOME,THE ARMY, AIR FORCE, NAVY,RESERVES & THE 202,000 FIGHTING MARINES BE AWARDED FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND DEDICATION!!!
THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD GIVE THEM EACH 1 ACRE OF LAND (IF THEY WANT IT) ALONG THE UNITED STATES BORDER WITH MEXICO, PLUS FUNDING TO HELP MAINTAIN THE BORDER FENCE. WITH THEIR TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE THEY COULD LIVE GOOD LIVES AND STILL
BE PROTECTING THEIR COUNTRY!!! ANY OPINIONS ON THIS???
IF ANYONE AGREES WITH THIS, TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!! AND SUPPORT THE PROPOSAL!!!
AND SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS ON THE WEB,THANK YOU!!!..
