Mr. Mc Cain…it seems you have created a monster. She turned on you even during the campaign and you have been more loyal to her over the course of the campaign and since. Shows you the appreciation and respect she refuses to give you. What a gal!

The more the Liberals are afraid of her, the more vile the attacks are on her. If she is such a light weight and air head, then why do you bother. I think that she may really be a contender up against ol’ Mitt and Romney is a Good ol’ Boy that the Libs can work with and Sarah is not! Therein lies the cruxt of the matter.

JimRod…I am going to repeat myself again. Nobody who disagrees with her is afraid of her as a candidate. We are afraid of what is happening to politics in general where voters would actually consider an “airhead of this magnitude” as a contender for the leadership of our nation. It makes us a “laughingstock” to the other nations of the world. Similar to what happened to us in “W”‘s final term. Oh and by the way…my eyes are open. It is too bad that those who would support this lightweight moron’s aren’t.

Republican) but I have to truly wonder if Ms. Palin is really the best that the Republican party has to offer. She is a political lightweight and running her in 2012 is just handing Obama a 2nd term. The Democrats are in the process of shooting themselves in the foot with this purported health care reform. I am getting just soooo disillusioned with our politicians period …. stuck between the conservative, fear mongering, obstructionist Reps. and incompetent and truly divided Dems. Our country is suffering while both parties carry on their petty non productive agendas. I wish the people of this country would just set their partisan differences aside long enough to vote all incumbents out of office …. and keep voting them out until we get some politician in office who owe their allegiance to the people, not special interest groups. Palin was the governor who sold the private jet, fired the private jet and refused the governor’s limousine.
On the other hand, BO used convicted slumlord/felon tony rezko, who was also his senate campaign organizer, to land himself a million dollar mansion through a “sweatheart” deal. Why don’t you start using common sense?
BO crawled out of the dirtiest political city in America without ever speaking out on the corruption plaguing the city.
When Palin became gov, she sent dirty repubs and dems to jail. Many were also fired. Both political establshments hated her and the people loved her for it.
Where is BO’s record of reform? Oh yeah, there is none. One would have a better chance of finding him saying something positive about America, prior to the campaign trail, then of ever speaking out against chicago’s pay to play way.

The Prez was 3 yrs old, and met Ayers at a REPUBLICAN charity organization where both were board members…remember the ANNEBERGS. And Rev. Wright did not preach these kinds of summons each Sunday…I was a member. He was about self reliant and community….charity. He was also a U.S. Marine, and I doubt if the Prez was in his church more than twice per month, since he was first a State Senator in Springfield and then Washington. Believe what you may, but truth is more powerful, and will forever enlighten you out of Your darkness. Sarah Palin is a hate and fear monger, a poor mother with nothing to offer, who has made her hate very lucative. She doesn’t have the brains of the Prez nor the education to Ever be President. BO is a fraud and his approval is down to 44%. He crawled out of the political slums known as chicago, and now the halo has fallen off.
BO has surrounded himself with some of the dirtiest people his entire life (bill ayers, bernadine dorn, rev racist, rashid khalidi, tony rezko, blago, saul alinsky, ACORN) all in the name of “pay to play” and getting ahead politically.
When Palin stomps on him with her high heels in 2012, I can’t wait to here all of the liberals jumping from the roof tops!

Why is this news? It’s a hat. She was wearing it on vacation. Who really cares what she thinks about McCain anyway?
With all the problems our country faces right now, I don’t think the media should be paying too much attention to Sarah Palin’s head gear.

You have hit the nail on the head. Sarah Palin is a self-made woman who rose to power while her husband worked as a fisherman. Now let’s look at the list of powerful liberal woman…
huffington, pelosi, kennedy, clinton ALL got to where they are by riding the coattails of powerful/wealthy men around them, but somehow they are the ones who the feminists support?
Women in general are just hateful to eachother so the attack on an attractive, self-made, HAPPY, conservative woman is predictable. It makes them feel better about themselves.

- Troopergate was a bust.
- Ethics charges were all baseless, and tossed out.
- Trig not being her baby was just a media lie.
- Eleven AP reporters were sent to find lies in her book and turned up…. nothing.
- Detectives sifted through her garbage and found….. nothing.
Now THIS?!? THIS is what the media is trying to make into a story, so that the public turns on Palin… a VISOR?!
Perhaps the media should focus more on the rights of the American people that are under assault daily in Washington. Or the willy-nilly spending of our childrens’ and grandchildrens’ future. Or the dismantling of capitalism before our very eyes. Or the government takeover of 1/6 of our economy. Or the grand scam that is Man-made global warming. Or the Constitution being used as toilet paper by Obama and Congress.
But those aren’t stories when the newspapers and networks are STATE-CONTROLLED. Apparently there are too many reporters with too little to do. Better raise taxes so government can bail out their media lapdogs and create more make-work Palin stories.

I don’t know about the jumping from the rooftops but I think the liberals will be doing a lot of tantrum throwing and crying and whining on the morning after the elections in 2010 and 2012. They act like two year olds anyway! They are going to turn into real crybabies when the republicans take back control of the house and senate in 2010 and then go on to win back the presidency in 2012! Judging from the things they say in these comment boards I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them actually laid down on the floor and kicked and screamed!

When the media attack her on something as benign as this it only proves her point. The media are biased.

It is certainly very telling when the media and the libs have to scrape together a completely inconsequential “news story” to pursue their smear campaign against Sarah Palin. She accomplished more in her incomplete term as Gov. of AK than Obama has in his entire career. So keep telling yourselves she stupid…HA. Check out her background and experience, and you’ll see she is anything BUT! The Dems keep trying to discredit her because they fear she will expose them and boot them, like she did to the secret corruption in the legislature and politicians in AK…on both sides of the aisle. One important item to keep in mind is this: never confuse education for intelligence. To be so caught up in Sarah’s supposed lack of intelligence is another sign of the left’s elitist attitude on the subject of education. A person can always be taught the finer details of geography ie. that no, South Africa is not a continent just as easily as a Harvard grad can be taught that there are not 57 or 58 states but still just the 50 we’ve had since 1959. But intelligence is altogether another manner; socialism doesn’t work, never has, never will. Evil capitalism does, plain and simple.

Yes, I know who Paris Hilton is. Her father is Conrad Hilton the owner of the Hilton hotel chain. Just because her family has money doesn’t mean that she has access to all of their money personally. Most of it is probably tied up in real estate holdings, stocks, bonds, etc. Paris herself probably receives a small portion of it. No doubt she won’t receive the bulk of her father’s estate until his death which could be years from now. Even then she won’t receive all of it because she has a sister! Her sister will likely receive half of it! Like I said, Sarah’s book is still selling. It’s selling by the thousands every day. It’s already sold more than both of Barack Obama’s books combined! She is still making money on it even if some websites are selling it at discount prices. She’s still not losing money on it! By the time it goes out of print she’ll be even richer than she is now. In fact no one really knows how rich she’ll be. And as far as Lindsey Lohan goes I imagine all of her money is going for drugs and alcohol. In fact it’s probably going right up her nose or shot right into her arm! I doubt seriously that any of it’s being saved. She is probably making it fast and she’s spending it faster than she makes it. I’m going to repeat that at least Sarah Palin is not known to be an addict or an alcoholic! The bulk of her money will probably be invested in things that will make her even more money. One thing is for sure, she’ll never be poor. She’ll die very rich indeed and her children will have an inheritance!
