McCain and Palin: Together Again
ABC News’ Teddy Davis reports: Sarah Palin is once again hitting the campaign trail for John McCain. This time she will be stumping for his re-election to the U.S. Senate. Palin’s McCain events, which are taking place on March 26 and March 27 in Arizona, are part of a series of events that the former Alaksa governor is doing on behalf of Republican candidates. “The special election yesterday in Massachusetts was truly amazing,” wrote Palin on her Facebook page. “It is a clear indication of things to come.” The Palin-McCain reunion comes not long after McCain defended his former top campaign aides from criticism which was leveled at them by Palin in her memoir, “Going Rogue.” “There's been a lot of dust flying around in the last few days, and I just wanted to mention that I have the highest regard for Steve Schmidt and Nicolle Wallace and the rest of the team," McCain told Reuters in November. "I think it's just time to move on." McCain is looking to Palin to help him shore up his support among conservative Republican primary voters. In Arizona’s Aug. 24 primary, McCain is being challenged by Minuteman co-founder Chris Simcox and businessman Jim Deakin. McCain is also facing a potential challenge from former Rep. J.D. Hayworth, R-Ariz., who was defeated for re-election in 2006. In addition to campaigning for her former running mate, Palin is also hitting the campaign trail for Rep. Michelle Bachmann, R-Minn., and Texas Gov. Rick Perry. Perry, a favorite among TEA Party activists, was the subject of a recent Texas Monthly cover story speculating that he might run for president in 2012 if he gets past his March 2nd Republican primary challenge from Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. “I look forward to standing with Sarah to promote our shared conservative values of limited government, low taxes and individual freedom,” said Perry in a written statement. “Gov. Palin is a true conservative leader whose priorities and message resonate with Texans, and I am honored to have her in Texas supporting my campaign.” Palin’s event on behalf of Perry is scheduled for Feb. 7 in the Houston area. The Perry campaign is encouraging Texans to register for “Super Sunday with Sarah” by clicking HERE. In lining up behind Perry, Palin finds herself on opposite sides from former Vice President Dick Cheney who has campaigned on behalf of Hutchison. ABC News’ Matt Loffman contributed to this report.

Big mistake… Sarah has been supporting conservatives all around the country to get rid of liberal republicans like McCain, and then campaigning for him??
She will lose so much credibility if she does this, that she never will recover. We voted for Sarah in the presidential election and not McCain, and never would vote for Him.

Not too late to wake up and get your act together, Sarah! At our house, we are, (were), depending on how you handle this, your biggest fans.

Palin is on a suicide mission. McCain is a political hack/has been. He needs to get off the stage and let someone else have a chance. She has been given an unexpected gift to help her retreat graciously: Cindy McCain’s ad for gay marriage which has gone around the world. Palin can either stand up for the values she spouts, or demonstrate her values mean nothing when she saddles up by McCain (John and Cindy).
