Questions About the President’s Terror Review? Ask the White House Yourself

ABC News' Sunlen Miller reports:

Many questions still remain for the White House about the attempted terror attack on Christmas Day, so the administration will be opening up an online forum with one of their top national security advisors to take Americans’ questions today. President Obama will speak this afternoon at 3 pm to release a declassified security review of what went wrong leading up to the attempted attack aboard Flight 253. Afterward White House National Security Council Chief of Staff Denis McDonough will be answering questions from the public – via livestream on the White House website – at 4:30 pm this afternoon. The declassified report will be made available this afternoon by the White House and is expected to be a thorough explanation of how Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab went through security with an explosive on Christmas Day. President Obama said yesterday that “while the information was there to disrupt the attempted Christmas Day attack, the intelligence community failed to connect the dots in a “potentially disastrous way.” The White House prompts people to write in via facebook, twitter or on the White House website any questions you may have for them about their review, intelligence matters, or the changes to be made going forward. -Sunlen Miller
