The very first comment in this blog, by buen, is troubling. Congress doesn’t have the authority to overturn constitutional decisions of the Court. If the Court has interpreted a statute, then Congress can respond with new law. The Court’s interpretations of the Constitution, as was the case in Citizens United, can only be changed by future Supreme Court decision or by Constitutional amendment. Check your law before you add your less than two cents of opinion.

By 2/3 vote the US Congress can override a US Supreme Court case. There was a case where Congress passes a law making it a federal felony to participate in a lynching. The Supreme Court held that Congress did not have the power granted by the US Constitution is exercising such a law. The Congress by 2/3 majority vote overturn the US Supreme Court decision in the case and re-enacted the law.
For your information and on the money, influence and power taking over our nation, Government, and constitution, a vote by Obama and a 2/3 majority by both Houses of Congress would veto the US Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United v. FEC.

The current situation (before the recent ruling favored the incumbents), hence the nickname of McCain-Feingold was the “Incumbent Protection Act.” Mr. Obama received a lot of questionable money coming in from foreign sources. I suspect they object because this ruling in favor of free speech takes away some of their current advantage.

our court system works better than any in the world. read the decision and then comment. judges often rule against there personal feelings because the law dictates the other way.
