Rep. John Dingell, D-Mich., is announcing this morning that he’s running for a record 29th term in the House. His announcement is coming at 9:30 a.m. ET in Ann Arbor, Mich., and will stream live on his campaign Web site.
The 83-year-old dean of the House of Representatives has held office since 1955, when he was elected to fill the out the term of his father, who died in office.
