From Sunlen Miller:
In remarks in the Grand Foyer this morning, President Obama will release his $3.834 trillion budget for Fiscal Year 2011.
The budget includes $1.415 trillion in discretionary spending and a $1.267 trillion budget deficit representing 8.3 percent of the gross domestic product.
In the afternoon, the president will take part in an online town hall of sorts — answering video and text questions submitted by YouTube users after the president’s State of the Union address last week.
YouTube's political platform, and Steve Grove, YouTube's news and political director, will “ask a selection of the top-voted questions” to the president in a live-streamed interview on YouTube and the White House website.
More than 11,000 questions were submitted and voted on from over 55,000 people.
Later, the President and the Vice President will meet with Secretary of Defense Gates in the Oval Office.
