From Sunlen Miller: President Obama will sign a presidential memorandum on childhood obesity this morning, as his wife formally unveils her nationwide campaign to combat childhood obesity this afternoon.  The First Lady will attend the signing in the Oval Office and then formally announce her initiative at a noontime event in the State Dining Room.  In the afternoon the President and Vice President Biden will meet with a bipartisan, bicameral group of leaders “to discuss working together on the economy and jobs,” the White House says.  This is the first of the monthly bipartisan leadership meetings that the President announced in his State of the Union address two weeks ago.  Those anticipated to attend today’s meeting will be: Senator Harry Reid, Senator Mitch McConnell, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Representative Steny Hoyer, and Representative John Boehner. The President will have a private lunch with the Vice President in the Private Dining Room and will be in closed-door meetings for the rest of the day.   -Sunlen Miller
