There’s an ACT for that

ABC News’ Yunji de Nies reports:   On this first anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the House Education and Labor Committee has released an Internet ad, spoofing those ubiquitous iPhone application commercials (you know… “there’s an app for that”), praising the legislation.  The ad features an iPhone screen, with a someone scrolling through facts and figures about the Act, as the narrator says, “Say you are a parent and you want to know.  Does my child have a good teacher? There’s an Act for that.  And you also want to know how you are going to pay for college? There’s an Act for that. And then you wonder if they will get a good job?
There’s an Act for that, too.”   It ends with the line, “Yep, there’s an Act cleaning up the last 8 years.  Only the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.”
