ABC News’ Karen Travers and Sunlen Miller report:
President Obama seems optimistic that Tiger Woods will still be successful on the golf course after his hiatus in the aftermath of his car accident and cheating scandal.
In an interview tonight on Fox News, Bret Baier said a viewer wanted to know Obama’s thoughts on Woods’ return to golf at the Masters next month.
“I think that Tiger has acknowledged that he betrayed his family and that’s a personal issue that he’s got to work out,” the president said. “I hope they’ve worked it out. I’m sure he’s going to still be a terrific golfer.”
