Yeah, they serve a purpose and are necessary for major construction.
Requiring them to change a door or a window is an excess of government and just a way of extorting money from the people.

Ha ha ha ha!
That’s not fast and easy here where I live.
Just changing a door or window requires a building permit.
I have a few windows that I won’t change just because I’d have to get permission from the government to do so.

That’s not fast and easy here where I live.
Just changing a door or window requires a building permit.
I have a few windows that I won’t change just because I’d have to get permission from the government to do so.
They are going to stay there, leaking out energy because it’s doesn’t make economic sense to change them due to the added costs of involving the government.
btw; Mr super smart ultra intelligent President Obama, when are you going to figure out that carbon emissions are not the cause of any Global Warming?

Maybe he can clarify his comments about Vancouver having a temperature of 55 because of global warming.It seems like every day he makes another comment revealing his ignorance of geography, history and basic science.Apparently he had no knowledge of the fact that Vancouver has the highest mean Feb. temperature of any recent Winter Olympics host city.Maybe he can find someone who speaks Canadian to explain it to him.
