Undecided Rep. Altmire: I Won’t be the Deciding Vote

That’s what he told me on GMA this morning, when I asked what he would do Sunday afternoon if Democrats were stuck at 215 “yes” votes, one short of victory.

“I'm not going to let myself get in that circumstance,” he said. “I will more than likely make a decision before the vote so everyone will know where I am.”

The Congressman is feeling the heat from both sides – “tens of thousands of emails,” he said – So what will his vote hinge on?

The price tag -  “the long term cost projections are simply unsustainable”

And insurance industry restructuring -  “I want to see systemic reform;  changes in our delivery system that are gonna incentivize quality over quantity”
