Turkey is a lying, denying two faced camelion that keeps changing colors by the minute. The phrases “The US and the EU need Turkey” or “Turkey is threatening US to retaliate and cut off relations” is only a factual myth, nothing more. The fact is, that worldwide, some twenty-five countries already have recognized and accepted the Armenian Genocide including France, Canada and Argentina. Shame on those who are trying to put special interests before human rights and the truth.

Even the Catholic Church had to eventually take on some culpability for genocide…but not Turkey,,so proud as to enact a law that proclaims it is a crime to insult a Turk? No doubt, that, that is a law they wish they could enforce world wide. What foolish vanity is this that they can’t address and argue the issue in open forum without enacting a law against it. Monsterous vanity! Sheer folly! Hope the world let’s them realize how UNIMPORTANT they are to the rest of us.

At least on such basic human rights issues as this, we actually thought he might be different than the previous presidents. He’s no different. He completely lacks the moral backbone he fooled us into believing he has. It’s a real shame.

Wow its so interesting reading different blogs on issues about foreign countries.
I have seen the same Pro Turkey posts on here appear on about 5 different sites. Active Turkish lobby.
I see this on issues about China but this is almost as active in trying to change opinion.
No strong opinion here but: Iran and Turkey are both Muslim but Armenia is Christian. Not sure how Iran and Armenia are in bed as one post puts it.

Obama’s Genocide of His Prior Commitment
Is Mr. Obama perhaps suffering from a cholesterol-induced memory lapse regarding his very recent (pre-election) comments on the Armenian Genocide? I can’t for the life of me figure out why he so energetically used every open mic within a hundred yards to bash our former President over the Armenian Resolution while painting a portrait of himself as a modern day all-knowing and benevolent saviour of the world who was going to fix everything that George W. Bush was so “wrong” about.
Now, we have quite the different story from Mr. Obama regarding Armenia. He apparently wants to deny the genocide and this is a painful tragedy in and of itself.
But since we live in a free society I’m quite certain the MSM will be hot on this story during the overnight and a “Google News” search in the morning will yield several thousand hits as our vaunted media corpsemen go all out in an effort to call out Obama on his about face and disrespect of the Armenians.

Here are some facts: Armenia has very strong economic and political ties with Iran. For example, recently, they jointly started building a multi-billion dollar oil pipeline between Iran and Armenia. Iranian President Ahmedinajat was awardad an honorary doctoral degree by Armenian university very recently. Another fact is that Armenia hosts one of largest Russian army bases outside Russia. Another fact, Armenia is the second largest recipient (per capita) of US foreign aid. A country who is a close ally of Iran and Russia receiving the second largest US foreign aid is a puzzle. But we all know why, cheap congressmen putting their own interest (i.e., Armenian lobby) ahead of the US nation. Our political system is vulnerable to abuses of such lobby groups. This is a good example. Please don’t waste our nation’s resources and energy on matters that will not help us, worry about our interest rather than the interest of Armenian lobby. Given all the major problems we have you congressmen should have some better things to do.
