In today’s New York Times a hedge fund manager, Michael Burry, who saw the sub-prime crisis coming and made a fortune betting against the market, wrote an op-ed imploring Former Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan “explain exactly how he and others missed the boat” on anticipating the financial meltdown.  In my exclusive “This Week”  interview, Greenspan admitted he was among the “vast majority” of people who missed it.  He added that Burry may have been among a very small number of people who got it right, but added, “I don’t know whether or not he is in that extremely small group… .  I know four or five people who are really good.  I don’t know six, seven, eight or nine.”
