Mr. Obama will absolutely attempt to appoint the most liberal, America hating, constitution-rewriting person he thinks might make it through the confirmation process possible.

As an appellate judge Ann Claire Williams affirmed a conviction in the case of US v Connors, 01 CR 326. A habeas corpus petition is now pending in the US Dist Court, 7th Circuit, Northern District of Illinois (US v. Connors, 09 C 1821) to vacate that conviction based on evidence of government misconduct which included forgery of documents and jury tampering. Judge William’s inability to protect the constitutional rights of citizens to a fair trial should disqualify her from consideration for the United States Supreme Court.

Judge Ann Claire Williams of Chicago is the person who should be nominated. She is an awesome person, and deserves the nod.
For those who do not know her background: “Before she became a lawyer, Williams was a music and third-grade teacher in the inner-city public schools of Detroit. She has an undergraduate degree in elementary education from Wayne State University and a master’s in guidance and counseling from the University of Michigan.
Williams attended law school at the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated in 1975. Her entire legal career has been spent in the confines of the Dirksen Federal Courthouse in Chicago, including a nine-year stint in the U.S. attorney’s office, where she served as the Midwest chief of a nationwide narcotics task force.
Williams has described herself as a political independent. At her confirmation hearing for the appellate post in late 1999, Williams stressed that she did not consider herself a judicial activist. “We don’t legislate in the courts,” she told lawmakers.”
