ABC News' Z. Byron Wolf reports: Like a lion on the Serengeti, Rep. Darrel Issa lied in wait today, just out of sight of reporters pursuing Rep. Joe Sestak. And then, after Sestak defended himself and the Obama White House regarding former President Clinton's offer of a presidential appointment to get Sestak out of the PA Senate primary, Issa pounced. He jumped in front of the cameras while Sestak was still on the Capitol steps and said that clearly, in Issa's opinion, the job offer broke the law. More to come on this story. But the behind-the-scenes look at Issa positioning himself makes for great video.
