New ‘Top Line’ Partnership

May 6, 2010 4:13pm

ABC News' Rick Klein reports: For those of you who've watched "Top Line" over the past year on ABCNews.com and ABC NewsNOW, you’ll see some changes in the show starting Monday. Today we’re announcing a new partnership with The Washington Post that we hope is going to make our daily political Webcast better than ever. We’ll still bring you the top newsmakers, pundits, film directors, celebrities, and authors on the big political stories of the day. And we’ll be adding the Post’s political team to our stable of regulars: Look for Chris Cillizza, Dan Balz, Karen Tumulty, Anne Kornblut and others to join us to share their reporting and analysis, Monday-Friday at noon ET. “Top Line” will continue to be live-streamed at ABCNews.com and ABC NewsNOW and will be available as always on our website, at YouTube and via iTunes. You’ll also be able to see us at WashingtonPost.com, starting Monday. As always, we want to know what you think, and what you’d like to see more of and less of. Follow me via Twitter @thenote. Our guest for the first ABC News/Washington Post “Top Line” Monday will be Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. And Cillizza, author of “The Fix” blog, will join us to spin through the day’s politics.
